Shadow felt like someone had stabbed her in the heart as soon as he made the cub's blood spill out. 'He is heartless.',the thought rose in Shadow's mind as she closed her eyes.
I\'m extremely sorry for my absence. I\'ve been very busy and was recently attacked by 3 dogs and am currently recovering.

Runo stopped by a large lake and collapsed, crying her heart out. "How could I? How...could... I..." she sobbed. "The demon within me won't rest... what can I do? I can't kill myself or the demon would unleash into another cat, and I can't run away in case it might change over me and I'll kill another one that's near by." she spoke to herself.
Rinkusu chased after Runo, but lost her somewhere in the woods... but not their woods. The Shadow-Wind clan's woods...

Shadow took off out of the tree and thought,'When I find you alone I will kill you... Ash...' She then went after Runo and had wanted to talk her.

Runo began hitting her head hard on a larger rock. She was angry, absolutely fill with hateful shock. She picked up a large boulder about a size of a house with her psychic powers and threw it far away. She slashed away at trees and rocks with he claws, and causing a great big mess all over the place. "I...can't..do this... ANYMORE!" she roared.

Shadow landed infront of Runo and said,calmly and kindly,"You need to calm down." She then thought for a moment before sighing and adding,"You killed a cub without knowing it,you have a curse given to you by Ash. All of this is Ash's falt. He is the heartless monster and he should be killed for his crimes. You are someone that would be better if he didn't put that horrible curse on you." She then sat down and she seemed to have changed her eye color to a calming sky blue.

Runo gave her a suspicious look, then sighed. "I wish that we weren't enemies..." she muttered. "Thing would be so much easier..." She walked over towards a small pond and swiped a rock, making it skip a few times in the still water. "It seems like I'm the only one in my clan who has any common sense. Basically everyone wants to kill you guys, but I guess I'm the odd ball in this situation." She closed her eyes, laying on her stomach beside the pond.

Shadow sighed and said,"I have these dreams that seem different then now. The war has ended and Ash was killed. The new leader looked alot like you,but I can't tell the dream is too fuzzy. The clans are not together,but they formed an alliance. Then my dream just stops and never finishes." She paused and added,"I wonder if it is more like a vision than a dream..." She sighed and sat down her eyes now changing to their normal color.

Runo shrugged, "That would be a nice dream... To finally have peace within each clan." she sighed. "But I just can't be the leader... there's like this demon inside me that never rests for kill... and not just the kill for prey..." She looked away, tilting her head down a bit, drawing her ears back, and closing her eyes.

Shadow sighed and could smell the lynx,but said nothing of it when she caught the smell of Dark,also. Dark watched the females. Shadow hates to kill in a battle so I don't think she would now... Is what he thought.

Runo was aware that Dark and Rinkusu was near, she could hear their thought patterns. She sighed and rolled over to her side. "Sometimes I think I should just go... be gone...forever. All I do is cause trouble."
Rinkusu shook his head and took a few steps out of the shadows.

Rinkusu shot a glance back at Dark, holding back a loud snarl. 'We should not be around them!' he thought.
Runo sighed, "Rin, knock it off! I can hear what you're thinking..." She got up off the rock and jumped down, and narrowed her eyes. "Just stop it! There are cats in the Shadow-Wind clan that don't want to do this anymore!"
