Ash easily snapped back, and grabbed her neck by his jaws. "I can easily crush you right now, but I won't." he chuckled.
Runo purred, though she couldn't help but sense a fight going on somewhere... and the urge to kill Dark. But she resisted as best as she could, replacing the urge with kitten moments or any kind of love would do to keep the demon down. Could Ash be right? She is this demon?

Runo's body shook and she got off of Dark. Her claws and teeth ached, and a low snarl came from her. "I..I'm sorry Dark, I... I can't keep it down...not fully.." she stuttered. She walked away, stopped, then turned around harshly and let out a huge and powerful blast of a fusion of fire and phsycic power, making the cub hide out crumble down to pieces, and smashing the little cubs. Runo sniffed, tears in her eyes, and a small whimper escaped. she ran away then, not daring to look back.

Shadow didn't dare continue moving and let her body go limp in her jaws. Midnight watched her and thought,'Is momma giving up?' Shadow's eyes went towards a member of Ash's clan and she seemed to not even relize that it was the lynx that Runo was always with.

Runo howled when she got to the boarder. She collapsed to the ground, crying her eyes out. "It's all my fault... I can't keep doing this anymore..." she cried.
Rinkusu looked at Shadow, fear in his eyes for what was happening. 'Don't give up...' he thought to her.

Shadow looked at Midnight and motioned for her to run to the cave that she always talked about. Midnight didn't want to,but she obeyed and flew to the cave. Shadow got her paws back under her and picked one up before placing it on the bottom jaw of Ash. She got her claws onto the teeth of his jaw and hooked them on his teeth. She pulled down with her paw and hoped that she could release herself.

Shadow's body began to ack and she couldn't stand up. She looked terrified as she crumpled down onto the ground and pulled her ears back. She then became still and her breathing went rigged. She looked up at Ash and the terror filled her eyes.

Rinkusu couldn't take it anymore. He leaped onto Ash and started attacking. "Those are Runo's friends!" he growled. "Runo is not Runo anymore, but her true form." Ash snarled.
Runo was still collapsed at the boarder, still sobbing. She wanted to get out of her demon form, she wanted her wings gone, her original color of fur back. She wanted to stop killing her fellow brotherin and the little cubs.

Shadow's head fell to the ground and she tried her best to not close her eyes. She feared that,if she closed her eyes,she might not open them back up.
Mean-while Midnight made it to the cave and curled up by the picture her mother had painted.
Dark made it to the other clan's territory and saw Shadow. He raced over to her and tried to help her up.

Something urged Runo to get up and walk further into the clan. She saw Ash up ahead, pinned down by Rinkusu? And was that... Shadow and Dark? Where's Midnight? One glance at Shadow made her claws itch to finish her off, but her sullen heart told her no.
Rinkusu growled and snapped at Ash.

Midnight walked into the cave farther and into a room filled with candles and pelts.
Shadow looked at Dark and said,"Go to Midnight,I'll be fine. I'm only worried about my cub." "But... Shadow...",Dark whined. "I said go!",Shadow demanded. Dark obeyed and flew to go find Midnight. Shadow still layed on the ground and tried to bring her breathing back to normal.

Runo nudged her, "You have to get away, now, while Rinkusu is holding Ash down." she whispered, placing Shadow on her back and flying off so Ash couldn't do anymore damage.
