CHeese and I's Private RP: Gender-Bender Music Academy

Introduction:

Situated in a large bustling cityscape on top of a large hilltop is a shining light for all those young souls who pursue the musical arts. Melodia’s Academy for Gifted Male Youths (MAGMY) boasts the finest quality instructors, facilities and instruments from around the world that will supply any young prodigy with all the tools needed for success. As it is evident from the name, the academy was founded by Melodia. Despite the name sounding slightly feminine, our founder was actually male, but was named Melodia by his parents despite this. Dr. Melodia Symphonica, was a great man who came from a wealthy family in Poland. He was inspired by music and it was the driving factor in his life, he learned how to play many classical instruments and conducted in several orchestras over the years. It so happened that one day he decided to set forth and travel the world in search of the perfect musical score. After years of searching with nothing but failures, he stopped where this great academy now stands, and he heard a voice. The voice told him to build a great academy, the greatest musical academy the world had ever seen. It was to be the beginning of the journey of one of the greatest future musicians, the voice said and it was his responsibility to make sure the talent didn’t go unrealized. Of course our founder being who he was, he immediately jumped at the opportunity, starting constructions as soon as he bought the land. Before he knew it, the new school was inviting students, and attracting attention internationally with prodigies from every country possible coming to share their musical talents with the world. Each year he checked each and every class, looking for the so-called prodigy, and each year was a disappointment. Though he was very proud of the quality of his students, there was not one of them that could play the perfect score. As time passed, so did he and when he met his end, his son took over, then his son after him and so on. Now is the eighth time the torch has been passed to a new generation. Harmonia Symphonica, the heir is now the headmaster of the academy, like the founder he has a feminine name but he wears it with great pride.

It was the start of a new year, at a new school and a new life. Just like any normal transfer student right? Well, Beni corrected, the issue is, I'm a girl. Beni had come to attend the academy for boys because of the prestige, but not only that. She'd wanted to attend the academy since she was young, despite her parents trying to deter her from it due to the costs. But now things had changed. Her mother passed away and her father became very distant. Her dream was getting further and further away, her dream to play beautiful music and make her parents happy. At a last-minute decision she submitted her entrance form to the academy. She was going to go, as a guy.

My second year in MAGMY...
I thought to myself as I passed some unfamiliar faces from last year. I would introduce myself but I wanted to get everything settled first before I went talking to people. There was a certain room where I could put my instruments, and I needed to find a good spot so I'd be able to find it easily.
The one and only thing about MAGMY that every guy - except me - hated was that it was an all guys school. No girls to gawk at in between classes - and during class.
Now, you see, I was different. I was glad that no girls were here. I wasn't the type to catch a girls eye with charm and looks anyways. I was the type to scare them away. I wore glasses, was serious about grades so I didn't fit in well, and was too clumsy to be anywhere near a jock. I wouldn't say I was well- built either. Some used to call me popsicle stick.
They still do. But I've grown on the name.
