After what seemed like an age of wandering along impossibly long corridors and passing bizarre crystalline structures they entered some sort of pitch-black room. It was clearly enormous, and unlike the rest of the totally odorless ship, smelled distinctly like a hospital.
If a man dedicates his life to good deeds and the welfare of others, he will die unthanked and unremembered. If he exercises his genius bringing misery and death to billions, his name will echo through the millennia for a hundred lifetimes. Infamy is always more preferable to ignominy-Fabius Bile

" My subjects, you are going to wish for such a pleasant demise..." An eerie-all too Skyyron-voice echoed from the darkness A gigantic figure clanked out of the darkness. Four gigantic crystalline insect legs stabbed against the smooth floor and a variety of crystalline mechanical arms, wielding borderline demonic 'surgical' tools, followed. Eventually the Skyyron appeared too-but a couple of dozen meters in the air and suspended by the four legs. He was wearing (an outfit similar to this, but black and with crystalline Skyyron-armour e.g. spike-ball shoulder pads: http://m.cdn.blog.hu/te/tengersam/image/MJJ%20-%20CSM/fabius.jpg) and had massive blue sunglasses. His hair was a giant spiky Afro that had the same color and shine as his unique spectacles.

(Just so you are aware, I am fully aware that Fleco thought that, he just read his mind XD)

Fleco gawked at the skyyron, temporarily forgetting the pain of his ankle. "I knew my spider senses were tingling!"

One of the dozens of arms coming off the Skyyron's back switched into a disk with five large spikes coming off of the flat. The Skyyron stabbed the spikes into Fleco's back and lifted him up into the air. The Noctyyr dropped Holly.

The Noctyyr next to her forced her down onto the ground with the slightest movement. "I am thoroughly impressed with your ability to withstand pain, typically those of your level or organism are much less accustomed to negative sensation and would lose 'conscientiousness'-how delightfully intriguing!" The man laughed, a mechanical crystal eye depositing itself over his eye.
The room became suddenly dazzlingly bright with light.

The 'room' was absolutely gigantic. It must have been at least half a kilometer tall and easily four times that width and eight times that length. It was designed like a massive cathedral inner, with a sloping roof, gigantic crystalline statues,, ornate pillars set into the walls and even huge pains of glass depicting Skyyron scientists at work in a similar way to holy depictions in churches. However, the room was anything but holy. Gigantic scientific machines designed of crystals and materials far too alien for purposes far too complicated. Green gem surrounded by spiraling crystal made up test tubes contained hundreds of, typically dissected, alien organisms and prisoners suspended in a mysterious liquid. A row of huge hexagonal tables that sloped inwards went down the whole middle of the room, each one covered in mutilated organisms or mid-construction machines. Bizarre part-alien part-machine slaves moved around the room, each carrying out it's own purpose with it's crystalline augmentations.
"It does not matter, as we have them all here anyway!" The scientist laughed. His hood magically went up over his head and the arm dropped Fleco onto the nearest table.

(I keep reading 'holy' as 'Holly', damn it! XD)
Fleco cried out as the impact sent pain shooting through his wounds.

Five of the hooded servitors moved over to the table. Sharp legs came out from under their hoods, similar to the Skyyron scientist's, and anchored them to the floor. Their powerful mechanical arms turned Fleco over and held his arms, legs and head in perfect place. Another servitor came over and, with dozens of tiny arms ending in needle-like points, shredded Fleco's pant leg and flung the bits into the psychic furnace that made up it's gut.

"Dear unintelligent adolescent organism! We are going to repair your entire leg!" The scientist laughed. He was now suspended above Fleco and his crystal arms were turning into a demonic-looking buzz-saw, massive hooks, drills with several smaller drills ringing them for different purposes, huge needle-like points and other tools. The buzz saw started and lowered towards his leg.

"Um, no. You're not." Fleco said, eyeing the buzz saw nervously. "Holly is going to fix my leg, because you haven't sedated me or cleaned the area around the intended point of incision. If you proceed, I'll sue your Skyyron butt for everything you have."

The Skyyron put his armoured gauntlet over Fleco's mouth. "Silence! You wouldn't want me to make an incorrect incision and severe a vital artery, would you?". The scientist looked over at Holly, his robotic eye zooming in on her. "I require other assistance from you, and if you complete my designated task then I will let you 'fix' your friend. Of course, the longer you take, the more 'fixing' I will have to do in order to...occupy my scientific curiosity. It is quite exciting, after all, as I have never been able to perform surgery on a half-human teen before! I have never even looked at an X-ray or chart!"

"I have something I want, on that miserable planet. You are going to use your magical powers to get it, or I am going to see what happens when you mutate an adolescent with seventeen different alien amphibians!" The scientist said like he was talking to a toddler. "Simple enough?"

"More information will be given at a future time!" The scientist snapped, a massive crystal surgical blade stabbing into the bench right beside Fleco's head.
