Ebony's wings caught a few branches before she touched down, but other than that their landing went fairly smoothly. She gripped at the trunk of a tree with one wing to keep herself balanced so she didn't crush Bow Wielder. "Move. Move now or be stepped on." She said, dropping Bow Wielder to the ground in front of her.

Olivia opened her eyes to scales and claws. Letting out an audible sigh, she looked around.About 200 meters down what a dark forest filled with horrors even your subconcious couldnt come up with. (Time skipped^^)

Kargark belched black smoke from his maw, his teeth glowing red from the fire burning inside of his throat. Tentea spun in the air, elevating greatly in height to see further ahead, although thanks to Dragon's sense of vision improving during the night she could already see extraordinarily far ahead.
Bow Wielder commando rolled out from under Ebony, whipping his bow around in a perimeter check. Realising how thick the surrounding black, haunting forest was, he turned to Sword Master, who was dismounting from Ebony. "I think we may have headed a little far into the forest, perhaps we should fly back a bit." Bow Wielder suggested. "No, we have already wasted enough time and simply by stopping the Dragons are getting further ahead of us, we will have to make camp here." Sword Master replied, but even he was nervous as he looked into the dense black void of black foliage that surrounded them, almost as if closing in on them slowly.

The minds of dozens of predatory creatures floated in and out of Ebony's awareness, some too faint or, perhaps even camouflaged, to pinpoint, others were much more obvious, more likely typical predatory monsters, and some, some were oddly powerful and unidentifiable, and even appeared to be sensing Ebony right back. "I'm not sure you would say some of the foul creatures that roam these woods have a 'mind'." Sword Master said, as in the distance a wolf howled.
Down in the forest it almost seemed like there were shapes in the trees, faint eyes peering up through the blackness beneath the gnarled branches-watching Olivia, but whenever she would try to look directly at them they would disappear, as if she had imagined them.

Ebony shrugged, deciding that she was unfazed by the difficulty she was having as she tried to locate the source of the minds around her. "If it makes you soft, squishy apes feel any better I can fetch the setik. She's about four and a half feet high, jumps at anything and capable of destroying this planet before you can say 'supernova'." She smirked and shifted into her human form. "And if that isn't mind blowing enough for your medieval minds, men have walked on the moon."
