Valkyrie threw several blades into Raavols back. Raavol growled and stomped Ebony into the ground, before turning his head to Valkyrie. "You have grown too attached to the creature! It is corrupting your judgement! If we had tried we could be back by now, but instead you let your emotions get the better of-" The blades all exploded, making Raavol stumbled slightly.

Ebony latched onto Raavol's mind-shields and all- and dried to drag it into the void with her, but her grip was shattered by a force she knew all to well. Damn it Gaina! She thought in the split second before her mind went out.
Crawford frowned. That's her eighth life gone....

Raavol lifted his foot from the huge hole he had made in the ground. Valkyrie ran to Raavol's side and looked down into the hole at Ebony's crushed body. Valkyrie picked up Crawford's message due to the fact he was still tuned in to Crawford's mind, but was still very upset.
