"One problem dealt with, now we must deal with this Dredge, what should we do, any suggestions?" Valkyrie asked. "Well, we are secure here, so the best option would be to remain here." Raavol said. "Valid point, but this Dredge character intrigues me, he appears to be some sort of bounty hunter, but I believe there is more..." Valkyrie said.

"So you suggest we stay here for the duration of our four days?" Valkyrie asked, smiling slightly.

"I don't think we will have to look for him-he will come for us. He has once and he will again, all we have to do is wait." Valkyrie said.

"Prepare, after all if what we saw earlier is any indication of what Dredge is capable of, we need to be ready." Valkyrie said.
Dredge stabbed the pencil into the oak desk once again as the Rat leaders continued to squabble. They were in an old bank a few blocks from Ebony's building, in what used to be the bank manager's office. Dredge looked over at Goblinsong. "I apologize for the delay, I don't think they will take much longer." he said.

"And how do you suggest we go about that?" Ebony asked.
Goblinsong snorted and shrugged in reply, not really caring.

"Well we should make sure everything we can use against them is being used-weapons, traps, anything to lesson the amount of Rats. We should also figure out a plan of attack-after all, offence is the best defense." Valkyrie said, smiling.
Dredge pulled the pencil out and went to stab it through the desk again, but hesitated. He threw the pencil into the wall behind the Rats, nearly killing one with a tutu around it's head. The Rats became silent and the one with a tutu around it's head fainted. "What the heck was that! You could have killed him!" one Rat squealed. "No, not unless I was aiming for him. I was simply motivating you to hurry up with whatever discussion you are having." Dredge growled.

Goblinsong wrinkled her nose. Filthy rats.
"Right then." Ebony said, holding out an arm. "Crawford, you'll be trapping, Rhi, you can burn stuff and be a meat shield."

"She is in the other room, remember." Valkyrie laughed.
"Actually, I believe you have just finished our discussion for us. We have decided that we do not like you, your plans, or your Seenoke." The Rat with the skull mask said. "We have also decided that because of all the 'don't-likes' we are going to kill you and then go kill the techies ourselves." The Rat with the feather said. "Are you now? That is a rather poor way to honor a deal." Dredge said. "We may have to do something about this." He clicked at Goblinsong then pointed at the Rats. "Leave the feathered one alive." he said. (Seenoke, I choose you! XD)

"She can hear and move." Ebony said. "It's her mind that doesn't work."
Goblinsong sprang forward and slashed at the rats several times. (Seenoke used furry cutter! XD)

The rats squealed and tried to run, but were too slow and were cut down by the Seenoke. The masked Rat jumped onto the Seenokes shoulder and jumped towards Dredge, trying to get away. Dredge sprayed the Rat with liquid nitrogen over the desk, causing it to mostly freeze. The feathered Rat cowered in the corner.

The Rat landed on Dredge's desk. "Allow me to make myself perfectly clear. You are no loner working with me, you are working for me. You are going to help me get what I desire, then I will let you go about your business. If you have a problem with this, you can take it up with my complaints department." He gestured to Goblinsong. "Am I in any way unclear?" "No." the Rat managed to squeal, soiling itself.

"Go take your friend and thaw him out, then use whatever methods for selecting leaders you have to make a new council-and make sure they are aware what happened to the last one." Dredge said. The Rat scurried off the desk and dragged the mainly frozen Rat out of the door with him. Dredge motioned to Goblinsong to close the door. "Well, that was rather unsurprising admittedly."

"Do you have a human form? I have nothing against equines, but you are leaving hoof-prints in the carpet and I do so like this building." Dredge said.
