Raavol gunned the Rats off the pipe before returning his aim to the Rats on the adjacent building. Rats surged up from behind Raavol, swarming him and feebly clawing at his armor.
Dredge exited the building he had been in and moved through the army of Rats in the direction Valkyrie was in, still looking like he hadn't even begun the battle yet. Dredge adjusted his hat before speaking. "Well, well, it seems the Hero of Skyyro lives up to his reputation! You seem untouched yet Rats lay slain in hordes around you! You and I are quite alike you know-brilliant individuals forced into a bizarre and savage world full of creatures even we have not seen the like of! I have no quarrel with you Valkyrie, I simply wish to get back to where I should be-most likely a goal we have in common." Dredge pointed his wrist up to where Ebony is. "Lay down your arms or I will extinguish your female companion."
Valkyrie kept fighting, but his ferocity visually lessened as he made his decision.

Raavol roared and threw clusters of Rats off him, switching his grip on his gun to one hand and drawing his sword. He violently, but skillfully, fought the tide of rats swarming him. The surviving Rat snipers retreated off the roof.
"I grow impatient and the rats numbers thinner, will you surrender or will the feline perish?" Dredge asked. The Rats moved off from Valkyrie slightly, staying out of range from his swords.

"Surely you have heard that cats have nine lives? Try and kill her if you wish, but I am Skyyron and I will not surrender." Valkyrie said, positioning himself into a battle stance. "Valkyrie there is a difference between the two of us-I pay attention to what is above me." Dregde moved his arm over slightly and fired acid. The acid hit the bricks near a window causing the window frame and several dozen bricks to crumble down towards Valkyrie. Valkyrie dodged the bricks but was swarmed by rats and despite killing several was pushed to the ground-and then he had no chance.
A dozen of the Rats on the roof moved over to Goblinsong and started to lift her, but one hissed at them all so they backed away. It walked up to Goblinsong's face and slapped her. "Wake up! We going!"

"See. It worked." The Rat wheezed, struggling for breath. Raavol roared and swung his gun to face Goblinsong.
Dredge looked over at Ebony. He pointed at her then began to follow the ground rats who were taking Valkyrie away. The Rat snipers fired at Ebony, although their 'bombs' merely hit the building around her, detonating and sending a fair bit of wall-including the pipe, tumbling to the ground.

Ebony landed neatly, then was pelted with pieces of wall. She growled and sprang away from the wall before she took any serious damage.

The Rats surged through the streets, a large portion of the horde disappearing down alleyways or manholes to try and lead off any pursuers. The main group from the roof employed the same strategy-just heading in the opposite direction from the other horde. The snipers simply vanished, figuring they must have killed Ebony. Dredge adjusted his mask as he walked beside the Rats carrying Valkyrie. He looked down at the Skyyron and noticed that he had beautifully crafted ornate armor on underneath his shreds of cloak.

There was no response from Valkyrie.
There was a huge cracking sound as Raavol slammed to the ground, creating an enormous crater in the road and sending cracks up Ebony's building and the one across the street. "Do not panic, Valkyrie is a warrior unequaled and will at the very least contact us with his position, especially with you're psychic abilities. I would suggest we return to the bunker as we will undoubtedly be under observation and possibly still be at risk."

"I am picking up several small clusters of movement, likely small patrol hordes of Rats noting our movements. They are following strategic patrol routes to ensure if we go anywhere they will notice." Raavol growled, several sparks coming off his armor.
