Kiara and the others had dragged the kill to the den. She went in and called, "Kovu? Daddy? Supper time!" It was always like that; the older males were allowed to eat first. Then it was the females' turn, then the cubs'. She waited for them to come, leaving the carcas.s outside. The queen turned to Shetani. "Thank you, Shetani." Simba was dozing. He awoke hearing hiis daughter's call, but lay there for a while. He was thinking of Timon and Pumbaa. Wonder if they'll ever come back. Maybe they will. He sat up and stretched. Simba had decided to stop worrying, after all, his daughter and son-in-law were ld enough to take care of themselves and the pride. Akari had reached first. She ran to her father, calling "Daddy!" ~ Kismet sat up. "Not at all," he growled before asking, "Wanna hunt or something? I'm famished." ~ Zallion walked to his usual place; the stream. The moonlight glittered on it. He glanced up. The moon was out, glowing beautifully. The stars twinkled, and crickets chirped. It was a silent, beautiful night. |

Kovu walked into the scene. "Yes?" he asked, noticing Kiara and Akari. "Where's Ignition?" he questioned, not knowing that Ignition was sitting below Pride Rock and pondering.

Shetani smiled at Kiara and bowed her head. She then waited for the others to eat. ~~~ Fang layed down in a secluded patch of gr*censored*, not near the den or any one else. ~~~ "Sure, why not." Kolan smiled and jumped off the rock he was on. "A few Gazelle walked into the land not to long ago, if we hurry we can get them." He said as he started heading down wind. |

Kiara motioned Akari to go find her. Akari nodded quietly and jumped down to the ground, below the huge rock. She spotted her sister and went back up to report to her father. "She's there, Daddy." Kiara smiled at Kovu, tapping the kill with her paw. Simba walked out of the den and stretched again. He felt relieved to see Akari, and scented Ignition somewhere around. He walked toward the kill, but waited for the king to eat first. ~ "Right," Kismet nodded and got up. He followed Kolan downwind. |

Kovu shook his head. "I'm not that hungry, and I believe elders and ladies should eat first out of respect from everyone." he chuckled as he left the scene.

Kiara raised her eyebrows slightly and chuckled. "Oh, Kovu." She murmured. She called the other lionesses to eat. She then jumped down and walked over to her daughter. "How did i go, darling?" she asked as she approached her. Simba grinned. "I'll eat later," And retired to the den to resume his sleep. |

Shetani looked at the kill... Her stomach knotted up instead of growled hungerly as she waited for the others to eat. ~~ Kolan sunk down into the gr*censored* and prepared to pounce on an approtching gazell. |

Kiara smiled at Ignition, and raised her eyebrow. "I'd like to hear it, if you won't mind." She flicked her tail, wondering what sort of poem it was. ~ Kismet was crouching low beside Kolan. When the gazelle neared him, he got ready to spring. That was when he noticed it had antlers. A male. He though, as he pounced. However, the prey was ready to fight. Kismet was rather taken aback. He glanced at Kolan for help. |

Kolan laughed slightly under her breathe before jumping out nd lunging at the prey. He sank his claws into it's neck and chest, then his fangs into the muzzle around it's mouth. ~~~ She tani wondered off, towords the watering hole, away from the rest of the pride. |

Kiara smiled gently down at her daughter. "Alright, dear," she said, amused. "I'll leave you alone for now." She got up and padded back to the den, glancing at Ignition before she went. It hadn't stopped raining, and Kiara wondered where Shetani was. Akari sat beside her sister. "What's the matter, hyena?" She stressed the word, wanting to make Ignition laugh. ~ Kismet helped Kolan bring it down with a final throat-bite. The gazelle fell to the ground, unable to stand because of the young lions' weight. Kismet bit the struggling creature one last time and it stopped breathing and lay there, immobile. "Well done, Kolan. Now let's eat." He mumbled as he sunk his teeth into the prey's leg. ~ Zallion looked up at the stars. "A life without you, Iggie, is like a night devoid of stars." He whispered softly into the air. It was raining in the pridelands, he knew, and he wished it would rain in the outlands as well. |

"I'm hear without you babeh, but you're still with me in my dreams..." fang thought to himself as he continued to lay in the wet gr*censored*, looking up at the sky, his eyes fully open but not getting hit with the trickle of rain.

Kolan smiled and went direcxtly to the rib cae.

Shetani layed down by the water, only catching her blurred reflection out of the corner of her eye.
"They always say we are one... Yet I am one with no one..." She sighed as she turned to look at he reflection... It was cut in half, the other side of her blurred to much to see it.

"I for one think Pridelanders are snobs." Kismet grunted, resting his chin on the dry, crispy gr*censored*. He lifted his forepaw and ripped off some gr*censored*, crumpling it under its weight. "They exiled us here, where we have barely anything to eat, less water, while they live in absolute luxury!" He spat through clenched teeth. The hatred in his voice was obvious. "And I've no idea what that son of Zhaine's is thinking. Hanging out with that l*censored*ie of Kovu's! A real nutcase, if you ask me." he growled as he ripped off more gr*censored* and crushed it. |

"If ya ask me, it's not just Zallion... I thin the big black male here, um, Fang, I think is his name, is in on it to." Kolan said... He really didn't have a big opinion of the pridelanders... He was fairly new to this place, so he hadn't ben subject to the exhile his whole life...
