I smirked back at Cassie and said,
"Actually I like the way sweetheart rolls off your tongue. Call me that from now on." I got comfortable in the chair I was sitting on, and smiled as the teacher said we were partners. I noticed her look of unsatisfaction since she wanted her friend, though. That didn't surprise me.
"If were going to play the routine your talking about, we my as well start by being partners, honey." I winked again, as I turned my head back to the teacher.

I smirked back at him, not wanting to pay him any attention. I gaped at him a bit after he said what he said. I huffed a bit loudly and looked over at Lacy again. I really wanted to be with Lacy. I looked over at him and glared as hard as she could. "How could he make a comment like that !?", I thought. I turned away from him, waiting for the teacher to tell us our instructions.

I heard Cassie's comment, and smirked when I realized I made her angry. Oh, the joy of watching beautiful eyes blaze with fury.
"I only say what's true, doll face." I replied nonchalantly, as if Cassie was talking to me and not her friend.

I groaned and wanted to smahs my head into the desk. Lacy wrote me a note and it got around to me. I opened it and looked inside.

omg Cassie ! You got partnered up with him !? I'm so jelly ! He's so cute, plus that accent is to die for !! you better not screw this up Cassie johnson !! if you do I'll throw a softball at you in practice ! Be nice C: give him a chance girlie ! LOVS U !!

I couldn't believe what i was reading. "He is kinda cute", i spoke softly. I blushed a bit and replied to her note then sent it back her way. I giggled at the note and then turned to face the front.

Since I was mostly keeping my attention on both the teacher and Cassie at the same time, I noticed, while I was still keeping my eye on the teacher, that Cassie got a note. Smirking, I tried to see what it said discreetly, but I only saw a couple words. 'Partnered', 'Cute', 'accent'. I smirked, knowing whoever it was, was talking about me. Hearing what Cassie whispered to herself softly, he leaned in close to Cassie so she could hear me whisper
"Talking about me, cutie?"

I blushed a bit but nearly jumped out of my skin when he whispered to me. I had yelped a bit and gasped too loudly and the teacher turned around. "Cassie ? Is something the matter ?", she asked, looking a bit worried. "Nope...i'm totally fine.", I replied. I turned to him after she turned around and glared at him. "Don't do that anymore and if I was what are you going to do about it !?", she whispered back. " and don't call me that it's weird ! I barely know you !", she yelled whispering to him.

I chuckled softly to myself, as she yelped and drew the attention of the teacher. Ignoring her comments to me, I said,
"I think I can call you what I want, baby. Just like how your going to call me 'sweetheart' because it sounds good out of that nice mouth of yours." Then leaned my forearm against the table, smirking back at the teacher.
"Sorry Miss ___ [[What's her name?]] she seemed to get a little to excited, when I accidently bumped my leg against hers."
With a chuckle he looked back at Cassie with a wink before going back to the teacher.

I glared to him. I didn't want him to call me baby unless i was his girlfriend, and I'm not. I leaned forward a bit and watched the teacher, trying to ignore his winks and flirty talk. I looked over at Lacy and she seemed to be fine with her partner. I wished i was ok with my partner, but he's some weird flirtacious british guy. I couldn't believe it. why was he always winking at me ? I sighed and continued listening to the teacher.

Hearing her sigh, I looked over to Cassie and said teasingly,
"What's wrong, darling? Not liking attention?" I smirked and looked back at the teacher. Glad the class was already almost over.

I sighed and ignored his remarks. I sat there waiting for school to be over. I couldn't wait and his sweet-talk was a little too much. I heard the bell rang so I gathered my things and headed for the door. I heard the teacher say something but wasn't paying attention to it much.

I chuckled as I watched her leave. Quickly, I gathered my books and went to Andrew.
"What's up with you? Your only talking to her." Andrew asked suspiciously
Usually, they talked to any girl they found attractive. Right now, it was as if no other girls were around.
"Yeah, I realize that." I replied with a roll of my eyes. Before Andrew could ask why, I got out of the room, to find her.

Seeing her in the halls still, I caught up to her and did a sheepish grin.
"You seemed eager to leave class today."

I continued walking. I had no business with him so why were he and his little player friend following me around now? I grunted a bit and pushed pass the crowd of people flocking out of their rooms. I pushed the doors open to head up the hill and to my car. I met up with Lacy and Madison at my car. He was still following me though. "Lacy what is up with that kid ! he's a total player but for some reason he's fixated on me !", I cried out. Lacy smiled. "Hun he's in love with you !", she giggled. I couldn't believe what she had just said so I threatened to leave her here at school. I giggled when she made a fuss, then saw him still. i couldn't shake him for some reason.

I went behind Cassie out to the parking lot to get to my own car, but I guessed Cassie thought I was following her around. I shook my head with a crooked smile at what I heard as I went to my own car. I went into the car and drove around the parking lot and to the side of Cassie's car. I rolled down my window and said,
"See ya later, darling. And, it's not that i'm... What is it you said? 'fixated on you'? It's not that at all. I just like the challenge." And with that he drove out of the lot.

I glared as he pulled off and begna throwing a fit. "you see girls !? Never trust a foreigner ! no matter how hot they may be or incredibly sexy their voice is !", I yelled. The girls looked at me, smiling and giggling. They knew it was how I felt about him, because deep down I really liked him. He could call me baby all day. I couldn't stop myself from thinking about him. He was like that song you always hear and never like at first, but then it grows on you. I hunkered my head down, knowing that what the girls had just caught was exactly how it was. I liked him and I couldn't deny it anymore. I sighed, got in my car, and began to drive home.

The next morning was the first day of summer. I checked my phone, and saw that I had a couple messages. Mostly from girls. Except one, from Andrew.

Meet at the park. Time to cream you in basketball yet once again.

I chuckled and shook my head while saying to myself.
"Not gunna happen, Andrew." I smirked as I got my basket ball outfit on, and started jogging to the park that was five minutes from my house.

Yes ! finally it was summer. I woke up, my dog at my side and decided that I'd head to the park, but not without my girl Lacy.

I texted her, got up and put on some comfortable clothes. I threw on my yellow beach shirt, and my shorty shorts that I loved. I looked in the mirror and teased my hair a bit, then put on Mayhem's leash. The huge german shepherd barked at her inexcitement and I began to walk to the park. My phone began to vibrate and it was Lacy.

I put my phone back in my back pocket and continued walking to the park. "It's such a nice day huh Mayhem?", I smiled. He barked at me in agreement, or so I hoped.
