"I'm guessing someone doesn't want us here...and they sent that mind-controlled Arcanine to dispatch us and these poor Yanma." Becky said. The Yanma buzzed around happily. Then the shiny one came and nodded to Becky before buzzing away with its friends.
"Looks like they don't think this place is safe, either." Becky muttered. "We should probably move..."

Naomi laughed. "What a way to start a Pokemon journey eh, follow me Becky, we'll go back to my place and get supplies. This will be a long journey and I can't live off Oran berries!" She giggled.

Becky nodded. She decided to return all of her Pokemon to their Pokeballs for now, with the exception of Sparks the shiny Shinx, who seemed eager to stay out.
"Yeah, I never pictured my journey starting out quite like THAT..." she muttered, before reaching down and picking Sparks up, hugging him. "Just don't you go anywhere, will you?"
"Shiaaaaaaa!" Sparks purred.

"Me neither..." Said Naomi as she put Dager back in his Pokeball. "Hop up Eevee." Eevee then hopped up onto Naomi's shoulder. "You dont go anyway either kay darlin?" Eevee nuzzled Naomi's cheek. "Alrighty!" Said Naomi. "Let's go" And the pair of trainers headed back into the bush. As they were walking Naomi muttered "Oh yeah, umm... My dad's a pokemon breeder so... Sorry in advance for all the clutter. Hehe!"

Becky laughed.
"You should se my place. We own a Pokemon Day-care center." she explained. "Nice enough, if a little crowded at times." Becky walked on a little, letting Sparks walk on the ground again.
"Your folks got Pokemon, too?" Becky asked. "My mother has some, and so does Dad. Mum has a Musharna, Azumaril, Alomolola and Cincinno and my Dad has a Munchlax, Jolteon and Slaking. I'm quite fond of my Mum's Musharna, actually. Whenever I have a nightmare, Musharna makes it all better by eating the bad dream."

"Sounds nice..." Said Naomi. She looked down at Eevee who was smiling up at her, then she continued. "I dont have a Mum... But my dad and I both own a spunky Houndoom named Tiny. He's a little crazy but doesn't like battling so we just keep him as a pet." Naomi giggled."Then my dad has all his pokemon he breeds, he's trying to get all the eeveelutions. Right now we have a Jolteon, Espeon and a Glaceon. Then there is this unruly little Murkrow dad's been trying to pin on me. We also have a baby Onix... That's about all I can think of at the moment."

"Sounds awesome!" Becky said. "A baby Onix, huh? Sounds cute." Sparks ran ahead and pounced on a long blade of grass, looking very pleased with himself. This made Becky laugh.
"He looks so smug, doesn't he?" she said. "And speaking of eeveelutions, there's a few I want to get...like Vaporeon."

"Hey! Me too! I love Umbreon, but next to that has to be Vaporeon. When we get there, there's something I think I should show you."
"Eeveee" Said Eevee as she smiled excitedly at Becky. Eevee then bounded ahead and poked her head through the bushes. "Where here!" Said Naomi.

Becky returned Sparks to his Pokeball. She hesitated, but then decided to let her first Pokemon, Joy the Skitty, out to play.
"Skiuuu!" Joy said, chasing her own tail briefly before bounding playfully after Eevee.
"Something you have to show me, eh? Like what? Something cool?" Becky asked. "And...wow! Nice place you have here!"
"Skiu skiu skiiiiiiitty!" Joy chanted, nodding in agreement.

"Hehe thanks! C'mon, I'll show you around."
The two approached the house. It was on the small side, but nice and tidy looking. Behind the house was a large field where you could see many different types of Pokemon playing and grazing.
They approached the house. Naomi's dad appeared out in the field and he called out to her.
"Hey Noms! How's it goin!?"
"Fine dad!" She waved to him and entered the house.
The house was piled high with boxes and supplies. The dining table, the couch, the TV were covered with boxes. "Sigh... Sorry for the clutter..." Naomi then proceeded to accidentaly knock over a box of Pokeballs. "Uhhh... Oops. I told dad to move all this stuff to the shed... You can just... Take a few of those if you want, they're empty, dont worry."

Becky picked up two of the Pokeballs and, hesitantly, put them in her bag.
"Thanks." she said. "And like I said, you don't have to apologise for the clutter." Just then, something on her wrist beeped. It was an X-Transeiver that she had obtained some time ago.
"Mum gave this to me when I came home after 12 years of being raised by my Bayleef and Meganium family in the forest." Becky explained. "When I came back home, she was so happy. But She knew I wanted to be a trainer, so she gave me loads of useful things for my journey." Becky frowned at the device on her wrist.
"It's a call from mother." she said, pressing a button to accept the call. "Mum?"
"Oh, hi, Becky!" Becky's mother's voice sounded vaguely different over the X-transeiver. "Great news! That pair of Eevees that your Grandma left here have bred! She said we can keep two of the eggs, seeing as she only wants one."
"That's brilliant!" Becky said, grinning. "I can hatch my own little Eevee. Actually..." She glanced over to Naomi.
"My new friend might want an Eevee egg, too. Can she have the second?" Becky asked.
"Not a problem! We'll keep them safe for your return." Becky's mother said. Then the screen on the small device went blank. Becky grinned at Naomi.
"Thought you might like that." she said.

Naomi couldnt really hold back her smile. "Th-Thank you! Thats so nice of you!" Just at that moment, a streak of black and red burst through the door and hopped up onto Becky. "Ah! Sorry... thats our Houndoom. Please forgive him. He just loves new people."
The Houndoom's tail wagged furiously as he stood there smiling up at becky. Behind him. An Onix tried fitting his head through the doorway.
"Oh nononono! Sweetie!" Naomi ran up to the Onix. "You can't fit in here anymore! Im sorry, you stay outside." Naomi pushed the Onix back out the door. "Yeah.. That's the baby of the family if you can believe..."

Becky peted the Houndoom before going over to the baby Onix.
"Ah...it's so cute!" Becky declared. "I love Onix and Steelix."
"Skiiity Skitty!" Joy chanted behind her, her tail curling around her front paws. She greeted the Houndoom and then the Onix.

"Anyway... Excuse me for a sec." Naomi ran up to her room. Banging and clanging could be heard but five minutes later she emerged with a shoulder back and a belt holding her Pokeballs.
"There we go! All se-" Naomi was interupted by a Murkrow flying through the window and latching onto her head.
"Uhhh... Daaad!"
"Take him with yoooou!"
Naomi sighed... She grabbed a Pokeball from off the counter. "Get in there you." And the Murkrow went back into his Pokeball. She put him in her belt.
"Anyway! That surprise I was tellin joo about! Check out what I have!"
Naomi went into the living room and showed Becky a master ball that was kept in a glass case. "My dad has some connections. I have one already, I figured since you're my partner in all this (and cuz you're giving me an eevee egg) You can have this one!"

Becky stared at the master ball for a moment. Then she grinned.
"Thanks so much!" she said.
"Skiuuuuuuu?" Joy pured, curiously looking up at the purple ob
ject.
"That's right, Joy. This is called a Master Ball." Becky explained. "I wonder....what in the world could I catch in this? Probably something special, seeing as this has so much value. Maybe..." Becky looked up for a moment, as if deep in thought.
"Yes...that might do." she whispered, before blinking a few times. "Sorry about that. I was miles away! Heh heh..." Becky picked up the master ball.

Becky chuckled a little at the Murkrow's antics.
"No, I'm ready." she said. "How about you, Joy?"
"SKITTYYYY!" Joy chanted, jumping up into Becky's arms, so that Becky could carry her.
"I've just thought of something..." Becky said after a moment. "That Murkrow must have a Naughty nature, right? So does my Meowth, Meowsy." Joy purred slightly in Becky's arms. "And where should we go next? I vote we head to my place to pick up the Eevee eggs."

"Ok, off we go!" Becky announced, setting off with Joy still in her arms. She had put the Master Ball in a special slot in her bag.
When she stepped outside, she heard something bizarre. Something from...the sky? There was silence before the noise came again...clearer and louder than before.
"TIOOOOOOOOOO!" the bizarre cry echoed around. Becky looked up, sharply.
"No...it can't be..." she muttered. But it was. She saw two Pokemon, one blue and one red, flying across the sky.
"TIAAAAAAAAA!" the cry came again.
"I don't believe it...it's Latias and Latios!" Becky cried. The two legendary Pokemon stopped in midair for a moment, staring at Becky, before turning and both turning invisible. becky stared after them.
"I keep seeing them..." Becky whispered. "But I wonder why?"
