She cocked her head in confusian and then nodded to show she would do that favour. She knew Makia was competing and Ryku possibly, but what about the others. "Who here is competing in the Alpha fight?" She asked the surrounding crowd of wolves...

Sierra sighed. She wished she could be Alpha. But of course, that would never happen, and she wasn't a stone-cold bloody murderer. --- Ryku didn't pay much attention to the announcement and continued with his lounging of boredom. Whoever would compete for the Alpha competition was none of his business. He had no interest in love, only the position. And anyways, he'd rather be the Alpha alone instead of Alpha with somebody who sought love. --- Riker got up and shook his fur. Going outside, he didn't need to volunteer for Alpha. The Beta position was far good enough. --- Alesa looked at Heilen and Mikael. "I'm finneeee," she whined. "You don't need to do this.."

Veseya padded out of her den. "Ali, yell if you need something, I need to go watch the alpha fight in case someone gets hurt." She ran to Angel. "I'm right here, Angel," She said. She was thinking about what she had done; let Farook use poison in the battle. Farook smiled at the announcement. "I am," he said to Amalia. he padded away from the crowd and opened the pocket Veseya had given him, and pulled out the red potion. He dipped his front and back paws in it so that it would get onto the claws. -- Akime padded over to Riker, sitting down next to him. "You're not competing in the alpha fight, are you?" She asked. She didn't want him to. She didn't want him to get hurt. Astrace sighed. Alpha fight. Basically it was just watching a few power-hungry idiots fighting over a stupid rank, or maybe an alpha female. Such. Idiots. |

"Nah, I'm happy with my position right now," Riker said. "And you needn't worry about me even if I did fight." Ryku got up to watch the action. Idiots fighting each other could be quite enjoyable at most times. He then got up to sit beside Veseya and whispered quietly, "So, you said you gave him a fake potion. Let's watch how he figures it out.. and let's see if you lied." He then swished his tail and went away to a pretty nice spot where he laid down to watch the idiots unfold in their idiotic actions. Idiots.

"Of course I know that you wouldn't worry about me losing, Amalia," Riker said. "But even if I got hurt, you shouldn't worry or be too scared. I'm only a single Beta, and I can be easily replaced. While you are a good Hunter who must bring food to the pack." He could tell that Amalia and Akime somewhat liked him, but the thought flew away most of the time.

Akime shook her head. "Riker," She said," Our pack has plenty of hunters. If anyone can be replaced, it is me." She paused for a second, then said,"And, Riker, you could never be replaced. Sure, one day there might be another beta, but there's no way they would ever be as perfect as you."

"No wolf is perfect, Akime. It's impossible for one to be perfect," Riker said dismissively. He knew he could've said something sweet or sentimental or whatever, but right now.. it was just sort of a logical reply that you were gonna get. "Sure," Riker said. He walked over to a spot on the far side of the camp and sat down. "Is there a problem? Or just something that you wanted to discuss with me?" (Akime should jump in all like "HEY YO WTC AMALIA TAHTS MY MAN D<<<< *FIREBALL* " lol. ...but idk I was just doin that for laughs.)

Heilen and Mikael both looked up at her, Mikael giving her a smile. "Well, you seem like you hurt, so we thuoght we should take you back to the camp so you can feel better," he told her, his voice slightly rough, but soft. He smiled, the glow-in-the-dark wolf's ears perking up in a friendly manner. ________________________ Kovalia slowly moved into the camp, a couple plump rabbits in her mouth and three more on her back. She was a fast she-wolf and could easily chase the fluffy creatures down. She still had enough energy left, but instead she set the rabbits on the pile and then drifted off towards the edge of the camp, 'watching' Riker talk to Akime. She liked him, too, but her submissive nature made it hard for her to show it, especially since she knew the other two were stronger than her. She lay down then and closed her eyes, even though she saw black most of the time anyways. She ets the colors around her invade her sense of smell, enjoying the scent that came from Riker's fur color. He also seemed like a very kind wolf...which was really the main reason she liked him. She didn't want any position, she cared that he was kind...and he smelled good, but that didn't really matter much. And then smelled Amalia, which made the bliond she-wolf sigh. After relaxing herself, she activated her aura-sight, wanting to truly watch what was going on instead of determine things through her senses. She didn't need her eyes open for this, either, so she could pretend she was asleep the whole time.

Akime growled. "Amalia, if you're just going to lie to him and say that you love him, it's a cruel thing to do." She paused. "It's horrible to try and win a wolf's heart just to gain a more powerful rank." Akime said. If she says anything about that fight, she won't live to see tommorow!

(Lol. Riker smells like blueberries. ENJOY HIS SMELL >:O ) Alesa smiled groggily, suddenly being very tired. "But I'm ok.. I've had worse... I think," she said, not in her full tone. Maybe I should just... maybe.. humnuuhmhunmmngnnmm... nyhuah.. Aaaand she was out for the count. Yup, Alesa fell asleep right there and then. Riker waited for Amalia to come over. He saw Kovalia and smiled. The she-wolf was always pretty and even though she was blind, Kovalia was still a good addition to the pack.
