"Alright," Jason said, grinning. "Kitchen it is, then." He was okay with the thought of her in his room, but he had a feeling it'd be a little too awkward. He smiled, blinking a few times, then walked into the kitchen. His books were already spread out on the table. "And in case you're wondering," he added on, sitting in a random chair around the circular white table. "My parents aren't here because they're out buying my little sister a hamster or something."

{ lol. xP All in good time. } Jason figured out the second question in no time, but was stuck on the third. He started to doodle what looked like a fox on the side. He shifted in his seat, arm accidentally brushing against her's. The hair on the back of his neck stood on end. "S-sorry," he mumbled, leaning away form her slightly.

The door swung open without warning, causing Jason to jump. His sister ran inside, pelting up the stairs with a cage clutched to her chest. His parents follow soon after, his mother following Lily up the stairs, and his father walking into the kitchen. "Who's this?" he asked Jason with a smile, nudging him. Jason blushed, trying to smile back. "Dad, this is Hanna. Hanna, this is my Dad." He glanced back at his papers, his cheeks bright red again. "Call me Mr.Frost," he said to Hanna, holding out one hand.

Mr.Frost smiled, shaking her hand, when somebody screamed upstairs followed by a yowl. "Looks like Shinx is going after the new gerbil..." He pulled his hand away, nudging Jason subtly. "Alright, I'll be back. Don't do anything I wouldn't do." As soon as his father left the room, Jason put his head in his hands. He could have just about died of embaras sment. "Well, now that you've met my Dad," he mumbled trying to concentrate on his work again.
