"Yes, already," he said with an amused smirk. He glanced out the window for a split second. It was light outside; it was the crack of dawn. He let his eyes focus on her again. "Right. You get changed and I'll...I'll pack. Or something." He turned his back on her, and started to take all his clothes and pack them into his new backpack. He shoved his hair out of his eyes, throwing the bag over his shoulder, and straightened with a glance at the splintered table.

Taelin was already in the bathroom and changed. Stepping otu she stechted popping her elbow since it was so stiff. She yawned and took to the mini fridge grabbing a small bottle of orange juice taht was in there and said,"Okay, afte ri drink my orange juice we can go."

"Alright, but hurry up," Jason said, pulling the window open again. He shoved his head out, looking around the ground, and seeing no one, he pulled his head back in and dropped his backpack out the window. "Are you going to jump out of the window, or are you going to leave like a normal person?" he teased.

"I'm going to be crazy and jump out of the window, duh." Taelin replied with a sly smile as she finished her juice and tossed the empty bottle in the small trash can. She dropped her own backpack otu of the window, and said,"So, are you going to jump out and catch me or...?"

Jason shot a dirty look at her. "No. You're going to walk down the stairs like the good little human you are." He frowned, crossing his arms over his chest. "I'm not saving you from a bunch of vampires so you can become a splatter mark on the sidewalk."

Taelin sighed,"fine. I'll go down the stairs, but i've done worse than jump out of windows. I've been cliff diving,Plane jumping, bungee jumping and all that other fun stuff. Plus i have this so i won't go splat." She dug into her bag for a moment and pulled out a rope with a graffeling hook on the end of it. Taelin grinned,"And this does come in handy when wanting to get away from gang bangers and thugs."

"Put that away," Jason hissed, bristling. Bungee jumping was not something he wanted to picture her doing. He threw his legs over the windowsill, glancing back at her. "And don't get any ideas, m'kay?"

Taelin rolled her eyes and went out the door with her stuff, putting the graffeling hook away. She practically ran down the stairs and out of the door, she made it outside finally and waited for Jason to show up, like she figured he would.

Jason landed with a dull thud, straightening out with an easy smile. He threw his bag over his shoulder, then walked over to where Taelin was waiting. He crept up behind her, then hissed quietly in her ear, in an attempt to scare her, "Heya!"

Jason, taken my surprise by her hug, had to turn his head away from her to keep from biting into her neck. He blinked a few times, then smiled slowly. "I will eventually, just you wait." he teased, hugging her back cautiously. It seemed he was testing out his ability to restrain himself a lot lately.

"Mustang," Jason purred, blinking a few times. "Not unlike the one back at my place, actually." He smiled, pulling away from her so they were no longer hugging. "Anyways, that's all I'm telling you. Come on; I parked it not far from here."

Taelin was now jumpy and excited,"a mustang is my favorite model of car." She grinned like a kid in a candy store and waited for Jason to lead the way to the Mustang. No other car could make her smile that big.

Jason chuckled as they turned the corner. "Mustang's my favourite too," he said as they approached the car. It was a glossy, navy blue with a few black stripes down its length. "Not as pretty as mine, but it'll do for now," he said, opening the pas senger door for her.
