[[Fein >8c]] Thornfire padded back into AshClan territory, dropping off the small amount of prey he had caught; a mouse and a small thrush. Bored, he sat near the fresh-kill pile and kneaded his paws into the ground, waiting for the rest of the cats to wake up. Thornfire had felt restless the night before, and had stalked out of the warrior's den late in the night. --- Leafmist was sunning herself on a rock. She saw the familiar ginger pelt of their deputy, Thornfire. "You look troubled, Thornfire." Leafmist mewed in a smug tone. The deputy shot her a dirty look and continued to ignore the dappled she-cat. Leafmist's tail twitched. "Fine. Ignore me." She said in a haughtily. She turned her head away from him. --- Sleetpaw sat on the area between the apprentice's den and the outside. He twitched his tail, waiting for his mentor to come. [we need mentor/apprentice pairings o-o] --- Dove wandered helplessly through the forest. She had been here many times, and yet everyday felt like there was something new inside. She wished that she was back inside the safe nest with her housefolk. When Dove found a suitable tree, she started climbing. The little she-cat wasn't used to climbing trees, and had torn a claw on the way up. By the time she had scrabbled up the trunk and onto a nearby branch, Dove felt exhausted. --- Icestar was prowling through the WaveClan camp in search of his deputy. "Where is Faminestrike?" He grumbled, perching on a large mound made out of rocks, where he usually delivered the Clan meetings. Icestar twitched his ear, hearing Larkflight scuffle through the herbs in her den. --- Larkflight was already up, and as far as she was concerned, the only one awake. She was, once again, rearranging the herbs in her den. "Perhaps I should search for more herbs. We seem to be low on marigold." She mewed to herself, poking the small pile of flowers. --- Coalpaw had been asleep, blissfully dreaming about chasing rabbits through the WaveClan territory. But something shook him awake. "Uhh... wha? Intruder?" He mewed instinctively. Something swatted him on the head. "It's me, Coalpaw!" An all too familiar voice mewed. "Mistpaw." Coalpaw groaned, heaving himself to his paws to avoid the she-cat. "Someone woke up on the wrong side of his nest today." Mistpaw observed, twitching her whiskers in amusement.
