Koga whined and smelled the air. He growled at the scent of trespassers. He glared toward where the scent was coming from, guarding Sediam with his life.

Neveah ran after Thaybian. When they got there, she saw a bear carcass and bloody Sediam and Koga, She gasped and whined, looking at Thaybian.

Haji sat on a branch.

Cheza sat on a branch.

Crow fell asleep on Haji's back.

"She's going to bleed to death if we don't do something." Thaybian said.

Sediam was quiet except for her whimpering.

Lythia fell asleep.

"D*** it!" Rook snarled. "There's more of them!"  He turned to Pike. "You go for the silver and tan and black spotted one with the different colored eyes. I will attack the one that seems to be the alpha, that gray one that just got here. Aevra, you will attack the other gray one who killed the bear. The black one is too weak to fight, she won't cause us any problems."

The wolves ran out from where they'd been hiding at Thaybian and Neveah's Pack, snarling. Aevra circled Koga, snarling and evilly laughing. She snapped at the air next to Thaybian's face, missing on purpose. She laughed. "You might've saved your girlfriend from that bear," She had an evil grin on her face. "But you can't save everyone now." She bit Sediam's nose, and Sediam yelped. "CAN YOU?" She snarled the last two words straight into his face.

Pike snarled, leaping at Neveah and biting her leg, which made Thaybian very angry. "Get away from her!" He snarled, biting Pike's back leg with all his strength. Pike yelped, and Thaybian heard a snapping sound. Pike's back leg was broken.

Rook snarled and tackled Thaybian to the ground in seconds.

Koga staggered back, and growled at Aevra. "Of course I can. A little bit of killing will solve that problem!" He growled, and tackled Aevra to the ground.  He bit her foreleg and visiously shook his head back and forth.

Neveah yelped when she got bit. Thaybian had broken the wolf's leg. Neveah snarled when Rook tackled Thaybian. She pushed the wolf off and shut his jaws shut with hers, glaring into his eyes.

haji slept.

Crow slept.

Cheza slept.

Aevra couldn't help but laugh harder at the wolf after she threw him off her. He doesn't know who he's messing with. She attacked the Black she wolf on the ground, who yelped and then went completely silent. An evil smile came across Aevra's face (Like this --->))And she bit Koga's ear. Hard. She ripped backward with her fangs, and he'd be lucky if his ear wasn't ripped off.

Rook opened his jaws again, despite Neveah's effort. "Pike!" He snarled.  Thaybian narrowed his eyes as the wolf snarled the word 'Pike.'

Pike came from behind Neveah, grabbing her by the scruff of her neck and flinging her backwards off of Rook. He bit her neck, wanting to end this quickly.

Koga yelped but tried to hide the pain. When the she-wolf attacked Sediam, that got him really mad. He flung himself at Aevra and knocked her to the ground. He grabbed her by the throat with his fangs, and started to tear at the flesh.

Neveah whined and kicked the wolf off her with her two back paws. She ran at him and bit his thoat, hard. 

Pike snarled, kicking her off him. He coughed, choked by her, then ran at her and clawed her eye. He growled, not letting his broken leg touch the ground.

Rook and Thaybian fought.

Aevra yelped, her throat bleeding. She got up, panting and struggling to breathe. "I...I wouldn't have killed you." She snarled. She leapt at him, biting his throat as hard as she possibly could, which wasn't extremely hard because of the pain in her throat.

Neveah growled and clawed Pike's snout. She leaped at him and pushed him to the ground. She backed off, fatigued and panting.

Koga yelped and tried to get the she-wolf off him. He yanked his neck back, and got out of the she-wolf's grasp. Scratches on each side of his neck from the wolf's fangs bled, and he backed off, hackles raised. 

Rook slammed Thaybian to the ground and stepped off him, seeing he was unconcious. He turned to look at Pike and Aevra. They seemed to be winning.

"What now, Alpha Rook?" Aevra said, laughing.

Rook thought for a second. "Kill them." He said, smiling."This place isn't good enough, anyway. I suppose our long journet insearch of a territory will continue."

There was a snarl from behind him. "Your journey ends here."

When Rook turned around, her fangs were already around his throat. He fell to the ground, and Pike and Aevra ran away and into the woods.

Sediam stood there, with Rook's blood on her muzzle.

Neveah ran to Thaybian and licked his muzzle, trying to reveve him. Her injuries were not to serious. Obviously the other's injuries are far more worse than hers.

Koga ran to Sediam and whined. "Thank you, so much!" He barked. He nuzzled her in thanks.

Thaybian's eyes opened. "Neveah...are you alright?" He asked, not caring about his own wounds. He sat up.

"You're welcome." Sediam said. "Thank you. For not letting that she-wolf kill me." She paused. "The other two...they will be back...wont they?" She asked with a sigh.

Thaybian sadly gave a single nod.

Neveah nodded, staring sadly at Thaybian's injuries. She looked to the direction the wolves' fleed, and growled.

Koga nodded. He sat and attempted to lick his neck wound, but couldnt. He sighed and looked over to Neveah and Thaybian. "Why did they all the sudden want to raid us?" He growled.

Thaybian shrugged. "Who knows? It seemed like they wanted our territory. He stood up. "Or maybe they just wanted us dead."

Sediam nodded. "I was out cold most of the time, but right before I killed rook he said they were searching for a territory."

Neveah looked at Thaybian sadly. "They'll be back." She whispered.

Koga stared in the direction the wolves' fleed. He remembered when he used to be like that, off on killing sprees all the time. He didn't want them to be like him. They had to die. Koga got up and padded toward where the wolves's left.

"Wait!" Sediam ran after Koga and caught up with him. "If you're going after them, I'm coming with you. You can't fight them alone."

Koga looked at Sediam, surprised. He looked forward and growled. "They arn't going to end up like I was. They have to die." He said, remembering back into his past.

Neveah padded toward Sediam and Koga and stopped half way. "You guys, are you sure you wanna do this?"

Sediam took a step away from him. "What do you mean....'like you were?'" She ignored Neveah's question

Thaybian came between Neveah and the other two wolves. "You're not going, Neveah...are you?"

Koga watched Sediam step away. "I don't like talking about it. I just had a bad past."

 Neveah looked over to Thaybian, and back to Sediam and Koga. "They can't go along, can they?' She whined. "We're a pack. We have to stay together."

"...Tell me." Sediam growled a little.

"I don't want you to get hurt, Neveah!" Thaybian said. "Stay here. Please." He didn't want anything to happen to her, especially since it was now possible that she was expecting pups.

Koga laid his ears against his head. He hated to talk about it, but Sediam would make him. He sighed and lowered his head. "I used to murder other wolves. Because when I was a pup, I was abused and taught to kill." Koga cowered down, as he would do if his parents were about to punish him.

Neveah sudden;y remembered about the pups. She looked at her stomach and over to Thaybian. These pups had to be protected. After a few seconds, Neveah nodded.
