[[Sorreh, bloody school again.>.< Never fear, however! Weekend is here! ^_____^]] Lakra grinned, showing glistening white teeth at the same time. ''No problem. Well, not quite a hundred miles. A little less, I believe. I've just recently left my home. And not all Siberian tigers live directly in Siberia. Many live just on the outskirts of it.'' He lay down next to her, flopping lazily onto the rough ground. ''And, I may well ask, what were you doing being chased by humans?''

"I may have run away from a zoo a few miles south of here." she muttered, shifting her paws. "Are you from a zoo near Siberia too?" She wondered, her ears perking up and her face lighting up. She then reprimanded herself. If he was from another zoo, he wouldn't have the scent of the forest on him and plus he had the long distant smell from a memory she had of another cub she had slept with before the accident. "What is your name?" She wondered eagerly, wanting to know everything she could about... everything...

Lakra laughed. ''My name is 'Lakra'. And no, I am not from a zoo. I am from a valley, between two mountains, some way away.'' He thought for a moment, lazily resting his huge head on his equally huge paws. ''A zoo, eh? In-ter-esting...'' His eyes flitted up to hers for a moment, before slipping back down to the ground. ''And you... escaped?'' He asked finally, realizing he could indeed smell... humans off of the other lion.

"I escaped, I had to find my family. I was rescued from a hunter, but I think my mom was killed. She smelled like blueberries." A faint memory floated through her mind, alowing her to remember the fruity scent of her mother. She melted into the scent for a moment before the memory dissapeared. "I couldn't stay there. I had to know why I was there alone. I was the only tiger..." Her eyes clouded for a moment as she remembered her friend who had been there until he got a disease and they killed him...

Lakras face was unreadable, but his mind was whirling. Surely... surely it couldn't be? This other tiger... she couldn't be his sister, could she? No. She couldn't. His best bet was to just stop believing such stupid fantasies and give up on them, just be her friend. ''A hunter, huh? It's pretty stupid the way they act. I mean, if they like our fur so much, why not leave us alone so there can be more of us?'' He asked, his icy eyes looking up at hers. They reminded him of his fathers... but no, he was being a stupid cub again. He had to stop thinking like this.

"Yes, that;'s what I think." Her eyes met his and she thoguht of how much they reminded her of the eyes of the memory of her mother. She shook her head. She needed to stop. Her family was miles away and they hasdn't come looking for her before, why start now, unless they thought she was dead. The thought sat in her mind as she stared at the other tiger. "So, where are you going?" She wondered...

''I don't know.'' Lakra replied honestly. ''Wherever the wind leads me, wherever my paws carry me.'' He said simply, as though not knowing where he was going to or what he would do once he got there was a perfectly normal thing for him to do, even though it was far from it. Truth be told, he was slightly fearful as to what he'd find.

''I... ah... No. No, I'm not looking for anyone. I thought I might've been, but... no.'' He said, his eyes glistening slightly.

"What's wrong?" She wondered, cocking her head to the side and brushing her tail against his ears to wipe away the wetness. "Its raining, you should tell me what is wrong. We can wait till morning to leave." she said sensibly...

''It doesn't matter.'' Lakra relpied simply, turning away from her and facing towards the back of the cave. ''You should get some sleep. We'll leave early tomorrow.'' He said, not looking back as he said it.

"Okay Lakra." she sighed, sounding much like she had as a young cub back at home. She sighed and fell into a dreamless sleep. When she awoke, the rain had stopped and was just barely a light mist rolling over the trees and dripping into the cave. She peered out and sniffed the air, but the scent of rain had washed away the human smell and she couldn't tell if they were following her or not...

Lakra had stretched awake that morning and went and sat outside, leaving Nena to sleep. When she finally came outside, he was laying lazily on his back, but looked up at her when she came out. ''So, you hungry?'' He asked her boredly.

Lakra grinned, and shoved her ff with ease, leaning over face and laughing. ''No, wrong time of year for fish. And... uh... sure. Very few tigers hunt in pairs, but sometimes siblings join together when they leave home. I... uh... guess we could pretend we were siblings.'' He said awkwardly.

"Ok, I think I had a brother, but I don't really remember. My mother kinda looked like you." She said sadly and then her face lit up again. "So, what kind of things do we hunt other than fish?" She wondered allowed, looking around the cave. "Do we hunt in caves?" She asked...

Had Lakra been human, he would've done a face-slap. Instead, he just shook his head slightly at her naivety. ''No, we don't hunt in caves.'' He chuckled. ''We hunt elk, usually, and deer.'' He couldn't help but think about what she said. He looked like her mother, and she looked like his father... no. It wasn't possible. His sister... His sister was dead.

"Alright, I geuss we should get out of this cave then." She said with a small laugh, annoyed that she had been so naive. As she turned to walk out, she lifted her tail and unintentionally showed the dark red scar in the shape of a bullet. The same bullet that had almost killed her the night she was rescued...

Lakra saw the mark, but ignored it. If she wished to talk about it, she would. If not, it didn't make a difference. ''Yes, we should.'' He replied, stepping out into the cool morning air and glancing around, breathing in the crisp scents of the forest, before heading straight ahead. ''C'mon, elk's this way.''
