" It won't come near you while I'm around. Aura walkers only cling to those in times of troubled emotions and hard situations, if able to stick around long enough they will pick the person's worst negative emotion and try to merge with them causing them to be intensely sick and near death eventually. They can also be harmless as well. Our visitor is a bit of both it seems"

Stella's curiosity grew into shock, she had never believed in this kind of stuff, heck the only times she had ever heard of things like this was from her uncle, brother and strange people she would meet on the street but ignore. "How do you know this and why did it choose me?" she asked with confusion, from what she remembers she hasn't had any troubled emotions or hard situations lately.

" I know this because most creatures unknown to humans know of eachother, For the most part anyways. Regarding your second question, No one truly knows why an aura walker follows or clings to them. You just moved recently, It seems its hanging around and waiting"

Stella took note to what Dominik had said, then looked at him, tilting her head "How do you know I just moved here?" she asked but then started to think about what he had said 'Most creatures unknown to humans know of eachother' she suddenly lit up and smiled with hope, ignoring the fact that she had just asked a question. "Are creatures of the same kind all connected? Like, do they all know eachother in a way?"

"Did you by any chance....know my Great Grandfather? His name was Carter Blaze, but my uncle always used to say he asked people to call him Koh. My uncle also always talked about how he was a Shifter, but I never believed it, any time I would ask my brother about it he would push me away" Stella said her hope getting stronger, she's always wondered about her great grandfather, he had disappeared on the day she was born and there was no trace of him, not even the police's blood hounds could find a scent.

Looking up to the cold, starry skies as snow began to fall once again I gave a small nod as I stared up at the sparkling orbs in the sky, " Yes I do remember Carter... He was the first human to ever be able to speak to me fluidly, it all came natural to him" with the last comment I brought my head down and looked at her my ears perked, eyes gentle and yet wide with curiosity and wonder.

"fluidly...?" Stella accidentally said out loud but shook it off and leaned forward, most of her body weight shifting to her hands as she placed them onto the ground so she wouldn't fall. "Do you know what happened to him?" her hope was strong as she looked into Dominik's gaze, then realizing how far she had leaned in, she looked down sitting strait again, waiting for the answer.

Stella's heart dropped as she looked back up at Dominik, then confusion set in. "Ninety years? are you telling me your over ninety-years old and I am as well?!" She asked with shock, this must have been something to do with Dominik being a Shifter but she wasn't a Shifter from what she knew, she looked wide eyed at him half not even believing what she was hearing.

Stella shook her head then her shock died down a bit "Carter is my Great Grandfather, my uncle always told me old stories about him and how he had disappeared when I was born, my uncle was killed because people thought he was insane, I feel bad about thinking that too." she answered then looked up as the snowfall got thicker and moved back under the tree with Dominik.

Stella went deep into thought, thinking about what this could possibly mean, then noticing how far the moon had gone across the sky, she realized it was far past midnight and would be morning soon. Getting up she quickly brushed herself off and looked at Dominik with sorry eyes, "I have to go, it will be morning soon and I have school, can I see you again?" she asked hopefully backing up and into the snow to grab her wrist knife that he had bumped off.

Stella smiled a thank you then ran back to the house, swiftly but quietly sneaking through the door, upstairs and into her room. Looking at the clock, she saw how long she had been outside, she had an hour to get some sleep before she had to get ready for school. With a big sigh she plopped down onto her bed, resting her head on Max's back and after about five minuets of thinking, she fell asleep. "Where am I? Why can't you just leave me alone for goodness sake" she grumbled as she fell into a dark forest, far from home, then she saw a large, dark grey wolf with many scars and yellow eyes appear, it gave a mighty bark then ran off. In instinct she followed it through the darkness, but then suddenly it picked up its speed and dashed off, she attempted to follow but decided it would be better to stay put and find a way out. The amber eyed wolf from her dreams had appeared, then lunged at her, making everything pitch black, she jumped up, her heart racing and looking around. She was back in her room, everything the same but the image of the wolves kept popping back up in her mind, giving a silent curse to herself she got up and grabbed her stuff to go get ready for the day.

Waking p in a sprawled out position very much not meant for a human being I winced as I pulled my arm from beneath my ribs and pushed myself up. Looking around, my eyes still heavy with sleep my right hand crawled across the sheets and onto the nightstand fumbling for my remote. Groaning as my left hand rubbed at my eyes I leaned forward a bit and finally felt the remote under my fingers. Clutching it I pulled it to me and slumped backwards into a sitting position my head down both of my palms rubbing at my eyes now as I dreaded seeing the tiny peaks of sunlight escaping my barriers and laying on my bedroom floor, glaring off of the worn out wood and blinding me. Growling out a string of curse words to myself as I lifted my head I let out a heavy breath and finally stood up, Looking outside I saw the sun playing through the branches and heard the snow birds singing their love songs. Taking a last look I glared at the sun through my peripheral, " Damn, I hate mornings" I growled as I turned and sauntered down the hall.
