He smirked.  "Not my concern.  I'm noyl interested in my job,"  He said,  The circling had a purpose.  He turned around and walked over the his disgarded T.M.P

"Three left in the world, eh?"  He asked, seeming the gun was really interesting.  "I doubt I'd have the heart gto kill you...However, mind if I ask a few questions?"

(Okay, I want you to knwo what his voice sounds like. >_>; Because it's cool and fittign in my head.  Have you ever heard of Ada Wong?  I personally hate her, but you'll see where I'm going.)

Acheron tilted his head to one side. "It depends on the questions," he said as he turned his head so he could see what Lake was doing behind him.

(Ada Wong, she's from Resident Evil..Aseris that is sucking more and more, she's some secret agent or whatever, but I, again, I hate her, but it's her voice, any chance you'll listen to her voice on a Youtube video?  Preferably her voice in either 4, umbrella chronicles...If not, that's cool)

"Like, why are you killing people?  Why are you only killing women?Why refuge in a wax muesem?  Okay, the third question was stupid..." He said, sighing.

Acheron growled harshly and his pupils dialated so much, they became slits. "To get revenge on the world," he growled. "To answer your first question. For the second its none of your business. And for the third, you can figure that out."

"Well, thanks for makign me feel stupid, Wolfie,"  He said in a bored tone, almost sarcastically.

"Well, most of those women had families.  Not that I care.  However, it's getting late, and my partner will not stop complaining..."  He said, then looked back at him.

"Catch ya later,"  He said walking to the door

Acheron snarled impatiently and with annoyance. "My name is not Wolfie!" he growled at him.

"..I think it's cute!"  He said, then as soon as his hand touched the knob, the door was thrown open with enough force to not only slam Lake against the wall, but a giant splinter of wood to land on his shoulder.

"OKAY, LAKE, I'M HERE TO SAVE YOU!" The man yelled.  He was a giant.  If he were standing on his tippy toes his head would have bonked on the top of the doorways, he was almsot side.  Not fat wide, but muchsuler wide.  He was lookign around, and saw the Shapshifter, and then as Lake's now unconcious body, against the large wooden door, and knew exactly what he had done.

"LAKE! Whgat did the beast do to you?!"  He said running to him.  He was incredibly nimble for soemoen of his side, and easily flipped the door off of him, and checked for anythign broken.

Acheron suddenly smiled and let out a fit of laughter. When the laughter faded, he said; "You did that to Lake. Or don't you remember." He also had to side step the door when it came his way. He watched his before edging towards the doorframe, wanting to go find another safe house for the one he had found was now compromised.

"Oh, crap, ah crap!"  He grumbled, lookgi nat the blood, then ripped the wood out, making Lake cry out in pain.

"IDIOT! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?!"   Lake yelled.  He rarely yelled, and it felt wierd, and he even sounded a little squeakier when he yelled, standing up, ignorign the blood.  It looekd worse than it was, and his ponytail had coem undone, leavign his raven, with crimson striped hair to fall over his shoulder.

"Get the hell out of here, he guy we're lookign for left, ya happy?  Now I've gotta pay for the DAMMAGE!"  He growled, smackign him over the side of the head, obviously it didn't affect him.

"But you didn't answer your radio.."  "Has it occured to you....."  He stood up straight, lookign at his shoulder.  A smaller chunk could be seen.

"I'm getting in the car, and we're gonig to search in the next town over.  Get. The car.  Started. Honk when you pull up,"  He said, watching him appologize again, and leave.

"I swear, that idiot's gonig to get me killed,"  He mumbled, placign a hand on the blood-soaked wound.

[[ Okay. -chuckles under breath- Machio man failed epicly. ]]

Once Acherone was outside, he shifted into his opsrey form and rose into the air on warm thermals. Beating his wings a few times, he fanned out his tail feathers and tilted them to one side as he circle around the building before flying off to the next town. He even heard Lake yelling at his friend. The shifter sniggered which ended up being a shrieking cry.

After they were in the car, blood was soaking everything, and Lake had p*censored*ed out, but Collin was bringing him to a hospital, which wasn't too far behind.

After some rukkus, and some shriekign nurses, seeign the blood Lake was taken into an emergency room to get some transfusions, and get the rest of the wood removed from his body. 

He was sitting in his car, lookign up at the sky, window's roleld down, when he noticed an opsrey.

Acheron just happened to look down when Lake noticed him. He hesitated in mid-beat as he tried to decide what he could do. But his hesitation cost him a few inches in the sky. Beating his wings some more, he rose up higher into the sky and gave a loud shriek.

(Lake is in surgery, Collin is in the car. XD)

About two hours later, (Nightfall) Lake had woken from surgery, but it was insisted he stayed in the recovery room, but refused to, saying: "If I can walk, I can run, thanks, anyway," and left.  Collin hadn't noticed as Lake slipped out of the Hospital, and went towards the back and headed towards the park.

His shoulder was covered in bandages, and everything was a little fuzzy, due to his partner almsot killign him, but he was wearing a black leather jacket, and was sittign on a park bench, his long black hair gettign carried in the wind, as both hands drooped on either side of the back of the bench, and he had one leg over the other.

The night air was cool and it smoothed over Acheron's feathers with ease as he dove back into the town that Lake still happened to be in. Lighting down on a branch, he trained his golden orbs on a fish that lurked just beneath the surface of a river that slowly ran through the park. Even though the light was fading at the bright moon was rising, Acheron was hungry. Beating his wings, he lifted off the branch and angled around in the air to get a good vantage point. Once he got it, he dove down, raking out his talons at the last second as they snatched the fish right out of the water.

Beating his wings, Acheron flew away from the water and landed on another branch with his catch beneath him. As he furled his wings against his sides, he started to eat the wriggling fish.

Lake saw a bird dive down and grab soemthing, he saw it was a bird grabbign a fish.  He had never seen that kidn of Bird before.  He watched it go into the tree and stop eating.  He knew no one was around to saee him, and just wanted to know...

"Hi, Wolfie~  Fancy meetin' you here,"  He didn't get a reaction at first causing him to bleeive he screwed up.

Acheron glanced up from his fish to look at Lake. He didn't want to respond to him at the moment. His belly needed filling. So he went back to his fish.

After not getting a reaction, he *censored*umed that the bird wasn't who he was looking for, so he looked back down.

"....Gotta get new contacts,"  He said with a laugh.

Acheron's golden orbs seemed to show a smile as he ducked his head back down toward the now half-eated fish at his talons.

"..Beautiful bird..."  Her muttered.  "The fish bit kinda gives you an awkward feeling, but...  He checked his watch.  It was twelve already.
