Zyano remained where he was, keeping his eyes on the two that were Nylat and Jevak, as Naigi flared and withdrew her wings in agitation. She wanted to get out of here, to fly beyond these walls, but most of all. She didn't particularly want to see any of them get hurt. Afterall, this adventure had just begun.
Before she could think further, Zyano moved, and she felt the powerful shoulder muscles of the sand coloured wolf move beneath her paws.
Without so much as glancing at where Javek had dissapeared, Zyano brushed past Nylat, the lemur on his back judging he was around two human heads taller than the fox, and somewhat longer, thanks to the streamlined build.
Turning, Zyano paused for about a milisecond, before unceremoniously dumping Naigi on the floor.
"Oi, what are you doi-"
Before she finished her sentence, the wolf/cheetah hybrid mimicked Nylat's move, and ran towards the door, his body moving like that of the giant cat he was fused with. Smashing into the metal, but failing to crack it, he circled, and attempted again. This time, the hinges gave way, and Zyano literally crashed into the floor with the door, rolling over as he landed, and coming to stand on all fours.
He looked over his shoulder at the room he had just left, before looking back. Another corridor, only this place was much lighter than the previous room, having windows on one wall, running the length of the hall.
Naigi got to her feet, looking at Nylat, then looking at the shadows behind. "Alright. Let's get going."

Nylat nodded, following. She was amazed at what the wolf hybrid had done, but let it pas.s for now and followed. These windows were much closer to the cground, and Nylat figured she'd be able to reach them if she jumped with enough force. She shook her pelt, coughing slightly in the cloud of dust she disliked so much. She padded ahead of Zyano, much happier in the light. Her tail swished back and forth in delight, and her happy hums accompanied this rhythm. She grinned back at them, and looked carefully around her. This room was much less furnished, which didn't bother her much. ~~ Jevak growled. Light. He hated it. How he'd sneak out without notice, he was unsure. But he knew that following them would prove very useful, once they escaped. he could wait. He could track them after leaving. He just needed one thing. Patience.

Naigi followed after Nylat, giggling slightly as the fox hybrid pas.sed Zyano and continued up the hall, clearly loving the cleaner air. The hall, while narrower than the rows in the previous room, was light and airy, and the outside was easily seen.
Taking to the air, she flew just above Nylat, her eyes watching each window as they pas.sed, taking in all the outside views and sounds. Naigi's interest being elsewhere, she didn't notice the cloud of dust that came from Nylat, but she could smell it, that smell of a small, confined, metallic space.
Blinking, she figured the first thing was to get clean, then looked over her shoulder to shout the idea at Zyano. Before she did however, she took note of the wolf's fur. In the dark, he'd looked rather bright, thanks to his sandy colour. Out here however, he looked dirty.
His fur was dark and dusty looking. It was obviously not his natural colour. Jeez. How long had they been in that place?... It was a good thing she was black, atleast she could get away with being somewhat dirty.
She landed by Nylat, and walked on the ground beside her. "You know~" She said, over her shoulder. "You really need a bath."
Zyano snorted. "Females." He mumbled.

Nylat laughed, and blew lightly on the smaller hybrid's fur and feathers. Sure enugh, a cloud of dust rose from her as well. "You too, as well as I." She glanced at a window. There was a desk right under it. stopping, she backed up a few steps, then took a running start and jumped. Onto the desk, and through the window. Naturally, the building was elevated a few feet, so when she landed outside the window, it wasn't without aching. She glanced around at the outside, and grinned. "Hey, guys! Follow my 'path'! There's actually trees out here!" She spun in a circle, looking around at all of the trees before stopping, and tilting her head, ears pricked. Had she heard right? Yes. Running water. She did a quick little dance of joy, and sat, waiting impatiently for the other two to join her.

Zyano continued to mumble as Naigi giggled, watching the small cloud of lab dust fall around her in the shafts of light falling through the windows. She agreed silently, she also needed to bathe, she just couldn't resist poking a little fun at the giant wolf hybrid. She glanced over her shoulder, dark blue eyes alight as they met Zyano's golden ones, but before she could come up with another witty comment, Nylat dissapeared from beside her. Turning her black, ferret like head, she watched as the fox jumped from floor to table, then straight out of one of the windows. Glancing once at the male wolf, she shrugged, flaring her black and white wings and taking to the air, gliding through the window and coming to swerve just over where Nylat now stood. It was better than she had expected, the air out here was so easy to navigate as she flew in circles, laughing. The scents of fiolage, water and earth dirt made their way to her nose, and she rolled a few times before diving and coming to a crashing halt by Nylat's paws. "Ow..." She grumbled, breaking out into another fit of excited giggling. This was great! ~~~ Flicking an ear, Zyano rolled his eyes, a small, amused smile making it's way onto his features as he walked towards the table. He was tall enough to be able to stand on the table without too much difficulty, and was about to place his paws on the polished wood when he was interrupted. "Wait, please. Would you mind another joining your group?" Turning his head, golden eyes narrowed, his gaze came to rest on an unusual creature. It looked like some sort of big cat, with the black markings of an ocelot. It's fur was silver, though currently it looked much duller thanks to the dirt that seemed to cling to all of the creatures who existed in the lab room. His tail, while retaining the markings of the ocelot, actually looked very much like an otters, and Zyano also noted that he smaller than Nylat. About the size of a large dog. The wolf
blinked before nodding. "I don't see why not." He replied slowly.
The ocelot hybrid smiled, before jumping the entire space between him and the table, then jumping from the ledge with no hesitation or seeming thought. As the giant, sand coloured wolf came to land on the soft earth not far from Nylat, he shook his pelt as the silver ocelot sat and smiled at them, flicking his otter like tail. Naigi was looking at the newcomer with a tilted head. "Who are you?" "My name is Aceiteo." The ocelot replied with a chuckle, pulling off a rather flamboyant bow of the head. "You may call me Ace, however. Aceiteo can be a bit of a mouthful."

Nylat glanced momentarily at Naigi before another hybrid leapt from the window, but it wasn't Zyano. She flicked an ear at the smaller, cat-like creature, who then introduced himself as Aceito. She turned away from the new 'member' of the group, now wishing to find the water. She tilted her head, listening carefully. It was slightly north, and by the smell of it, not too far away. She barked sharply in joy, a grin spreading across her muzzle. Jevak watched warily as another hybrid joined the rest. He narrowed his eyes. How many of them were there? Oh well, he'd pick them off one by one later. He bristled, grinning evilly. There was a strip of shadows along the wall, ending only at the shattered window. He slipped along these shadows, and flashed into sight for a second as he leapt from the window, aiming for and landing in a tree's shadow. Those on the ground, unless looking up, would never have seen him.

Naigi nodded at Ace, happy about the fact their group was slightly larger. Afterall, none of them had been outside the laboratory, and it was probably for the best that there were a number of them. Well... She much prefered it to being alone.
Spreading her wings, she glided into the air, coming to a stop on Nylat's back, landing slowly so as to not startle the fox hybrid. She then walked up to Nylat's head, and looked over her ears at the fox's eyes.
"Come on then, what we waiting for?" She said with a smile, settling between Nylat's ears. She, like the only other female of the group, was desperate to wash her fur of the scent of lab and dust.
Ace grinned, stretching in a very cat-like manner before following after Naigi, Zyano watching them walk off with his ears forward. On instinct, the wolf turned his head, looking back at the building they'd just left. Well... Looks like it was all freedom from here on out. All they could do now was rely on their instincts.
He turned, and padded after Ace, the fur on his neck standing as he felt a cold chill. Glancing over his shoulder, every shadow seemed suddenly threatening as a quiet but intimidating growl broke through his fangs.
"Zyano! Hurry up! Where gonna go find water!" The lemur hybrids voice caused the giant creature to snap his head back in their direction, looking back over his shoulder for only a moment more, before turning and padding away from the wall of the building, and into the forest.

((Oh yeah. Forgot to post yesterday. XD)) Jevak watched as yet another hybrid joined them. He hadn't expected so many to live. He glanced quickly at the open window as the sandy wolf leapt out. Flitting over, her silently leapt, landing in a shadow, only to be seen by any looking up, though he doubted any had been. He grinned eviliy. Sure, there were more now, but the night of the new moon was approaching, and then...he'd be invisible until the dawn came. He'd pick them off one by one if the need arose. But he hoped it didn't. Nylat flicked an ear as another, more cat like, hybrid joined them, and she turned away as Zyano leapt down. She tilted her head, and closed her eyes, concentrating. The water wasn't far from here, a stream, if her judge of the noise was correct. She glanced over her shoulder and silently flicked her tail before starting off at a trot in the direction of the water, following her nose.

~{No worries. xD}~ Naigi smiled at the distant Zyano as he began to pad toward them, just as Nylat headed off towards the general direction of water. Shaking her fur and feathers, the lemur hybrid grinned to herself at the thought of getting clean.
Coming to sit on Nylat's head, she glanced around as the fox walked. She wasn't entirely sure where they went after this, whether they'd seperate, or remain together; The thought almost seeming to make her nervous. Sure, she could probably get used to surviving alone... But she would much prefer it with the others. Afterall, none of them had been out of the lab, and each of them had something to learn. Sticking together had to be the best plan...
Glancing to Nylat's side, Naigi flicked a small ear at Ace, who was trotting along merrily beside the larger fox hybrid, who currently was speaking.
"Water. Good idea, I'm parched, not to mention my fur feels icky."
Naigi snorted. "Icky?... Hey Nylat, how long do you think it'll take us to get to the water?"
At that point, Zyano caught up to them, his huge form walking on Nylat's other side, ears alert, eyes narrowed.
"What's up with you?" The lemur asked, Ace looking around Nylat's still moving paws at the wolf.
Zyano glanced for a mere moment at them, then turned his eyes back to the path ahead, flicking an ear in the general direction of where they'd come.
"Nothing. Don't worry about it."

Nylat ignored the idle chit-chat, answering only the question directed at her. "Not long. Probably about 10 minutes. Shorter if we run." She glanced at the two beside her, then whispered to Naigi in a low tone, barely loud enough for the small hybrid to hear. "Hang on tight." She suddenly darted forward, wanting to run after so long cooped up. To her, life outside was perfect. She flicked an ear, changing her course ever so slight;ly to direct her path directly toward the stream. Soon enough, she found it--by landing in it. Having just broken out of tree cover, she had not seen the water until she had met it. Landing nearly flat on her face, she stood, shaking a slight bit of mud from her paws. The water was clear and fresh, and there was a thin cover of pebbles and rocks before there was mud. She bent down, allowing Naigi to get off before she actually started to bathe.

Naigi raised her head and nodded as Nylat answered her question, looking off at the path they took. She only looked back when Nylat whispered to her, leaving her only a second to grasp hold of the redd-ish gray fur as the fox took off at full pelt. Naigi laughed, paying little attention to the flashing green that was the trees and fiolage as they pas.sed.
Zyano raised his head, an ear flicking forward as Nylat took off. He glanced at Ace, gold eyes meeting blue, before both the wolf and the ocelot took off also, running at full speed and following Nylat.
At the rather sudden stop, Naigi fell off the fox and landed in a shallow section of the stream, standing and shaking her fur and feathers, glancing at the water just as Zyano pulled up beside Nylat, Ace shortly after.
"Excellent." Ace murmured, jumping into the water and swimming as though he'd done it his entire life, which thanks to his otter gene, made perfect sense. "Hey foxy, you should join me. You'll look a lot prettier if you bathe."
The lemur rolled about in a tirade of giggles at the silver cat like hybrid, Zyano rolling his eyes and stepping into the stream, eventually submerging himself in it, the water running off his dust coloured fur. revealing the full, stunning colouration of his fur. A pure, untainted sand hue.

Nylat smiled, and chose a spot in the stream, just downstream of the others, not wishing to cloak them in mud. After waiting for Zyano to wash, she lightly stepped in, not too caring about the water. After all, she was part cat. She shook her fur while submerged, only her head above water. She inhaled deeply, then closed her eyes fully diving under. She smiled at the clarity of the water. She could look up and see the sky as if she was on a skyscraper. The freedom was perfect. She, needing air, broke the surface, taking a deep gulp of air. She jumped up the the bank, shaking her fur. No longer was it a dusty gray, but a beautiful red-gray, with faint gray tabby stripes, and faint tipped ears, tail, and paws. She smiled, then sat, curling her tail over her feet. She raised her head too the moon, howling. It was raspy, due to a fox not being able to howl, but rather bark, but she was part wolf, which allowed it. After howling a bit, she stopped, licking a paw and flashing it over her ear, drying herself out. She continued in this manner until every bit of fur was no longer soaked like a drowned rat. She stood, padding upstream a bit, sniffing. She was hungry. "Hey, guys, I don't know about you, but I'm hungry." She sat down again, glancing at the moon. It was a crescent...getting darker each night, she knew, from her few days looking at papers and graphs drawn out by the people who'd imprisoned them. Before she'd fallen asleep for...who knows how long?

Diving under, Ace kept his eyes open as he flashed around in the stream, chasing small silvery fish and jumping in small arcs, gulping air as he did so. This was great... All that time in a cramped cage really seemed to make you appreciate the outdoors.
Pulling off a rather spectacular jump out of the stream, Ace laughed, enjoying the moment as Naigi entered the water, using her wings to push her over the surface.
After a few minutes of bathing, Naigi crawled out of the water. Where her fur/feathers had been dusty black, they where now inky black, a smooth, blue sheen covering her feathers and fur. Ace, who had walked out beside her, was no longer gray, but now a glittering silver colour. The white colouration on both of them had gone from gray to snow white.
Zyano, who had also emrged from the stream, was now laid out on his side in a patch of sun, his sand coloured fur and white underbelly glinting in the rays of light.
Naigi smiled and stretched, no longer harbouring the scent of metal cages or confined spaces, before trotting over and climbing onto Nylat's back. "I agree." She replied, though somehow she thought her choice of food would be different to the other three. Ah well. She could find some fruit or something a little later.
Ace also followed, nodding. "Pretty good idea. I must say. I'm starved." Sitting beside Nylat, his tail over his paws, he looked over his shoulder at Zyano, who was looking back at them, still laid on his side.
"Alright..." He mumbled, getting to his paws, yawning. "I guess we should eat."

Nylat, too, yawned. It was amazing, considering they had just slept for a long while. She nodded, shaking her pelt to fluff it out a bit, careful not to jostle the little hybrid on her back. She glanced at Naigi, then at Ace and Zyano. "So, who wants to lead the way? I led the way to water already." She flicked her tail back and forth, eyes glittering mischeviously. Though she had already located the scent of deer, it smelled stale, and wondered if the others would notice. She grinned, a toothy grin, displaying her jawfull of teeth, the pride being her two slightly longer fangs, that normally jutted down just below her lower jaw. She stretched, itching for a race.

Zyano raised his muzzle, catching a number of scents, many of them, in his case, edible. He glanced back at Nylat, tilting his head at her obvious grin... Shrugging mentally to himself, he padded forward, just past the fox hybrid and the lemur who resided on her back.
Naigi had lowered herself to Nylat's fur when the larger hybrid had shaken her pelt, the lemur flaring her wings for balance as she giggled. She watched Zyano walk past, then turning to look over her shoulder as the silver furred Ace followed after, grinning at Nylat as he did so.
After a moment, the wolf hybrid glanced back over his shoulder, having chosen to follow one of the scent trails with a small, wolf-like smile on his features. "Alright" He said, starting to walk away from the others. "Keep up~"
With that said, Zyano bounded forward, clearing the stream, his cheetah genes kicking in as his muscles bundled under his now silky fur. His style of running mimicked that of the cheetah, making him faster than wolf genes could take him.
Naigi laughed, then took to the air, following Zyano with her sharp eyes, the black and white of her wings flashing as she flew over the stream and after the wolf, determind to keep as close as possible.
Ace chuckled, then allowed his blue-green gaze to fall on Nylat. "Guess we should head out, eh, Foxy, we don't want to be left with the scraps" Flicking his tail and still chuckling, he ran after Zyano, bounding over the stream in a similar fashion, his chinchilla part of him taking control of his back legs.

Nylat, indignant at being left behind, cleared the river with a leap, then strove to catch up. Her strength lended her the edge to catch up and keep up, and she flicked an ear, tilting her head curiously. She thought she'd heard something beside her...She shook her head. She was just imagining things. She realized she'd fallen behind a bit, and picked up her pace, catching up again. It was tiring, trying to keep up with Zyano, but she managed. She lifted her ears, her hearing being better than her smell, and tried to find out which animal it was that Zyano was hunting. Jevak ran silently beside his targets. They were hunting. And so was he. The coming moon was dark, and he'd be undetectable. He'd prey on them. Killing one, then the next. All in one night, he'd be rid of them all. Starting with the fox. She had fought him before. She was no match for him. He grinned, red eyes flashing, unseen to the four travelling hybrids...

Breaking into a small clearing, Zyano grinned the entire time he ran, enjoying the speed of the air as it pas.sed over his fur, not hampering his streamlined form, muscles woking perfectly under his sandy hue.
As he had broken the tree line into the clearing, a number of large, male deer, running in any number of directions at the startling appearance of the giant hybrid. He glanced upwards, watching Naigi as she flew above the small herd, laughing as she twirled mid air and scared the bucks half to death. Sure... She wasn't carnivorous, but she could still have fun.
Ace, being smaller by far than Zyano and Nylat, managed to keep up by using his pwerful back legs, circling around the end of the clearing as the deer ran towards him, skidding to a stop and turning back once theyt spotted the ocelot hybrid.
Zyano watched, his golden eyes focused as the deer made their way out of a small gap between him and Ace, Naigi not really being all that much help in the air
Kicking back into his cheetah senses, he padded after the closest one, breaking into a run once he was close enough. His hyena and wolf power and strength meant he could run for far longer than the cheetah, making him deadly in the hunt. Naturally, he'd rely on the Hyena's powerful jaws and muscles to finish it.
Coming to run easily beside one of the deer, he clasped his jaw over the bucks back leg, causing the deer to become completely trapped as Zyano stopped himself, slowing, more deer flashing past in a panic and refusing the release his jaws. He wouldn't have minded a pack style hunt. But with their sizes, he and Nylat would most likely be better off with a deer each.

Nylat, having missed out on many of the deer, had to run a ways before she finally caught one. She did not use tooth or claw to kill it, merely ran up beside it, matched its pace, then suddenly rammed it sideways at the right time, knocking it into a tree, snapping its ribs. She then leapt onto its back, breaking it, and killing it quickly. She carefully took its neck in her jaws, dragging it back toward the clearing. She shivered, just realizing how cold it really was. She shook her pelt out again, looking at the sky momentarily. It was almost nighttime. They'd have to find someplace to shelter soon. She reached the clearing and dragged the buck to the middle of it. She set it down and tore off a back leg, carefully setting it between her paws before knawing on it, one paw over it to steady it, while one stayed under. She glanced over at Zyano, who also had sucessfully killed him meal, then glanced at Ace. He seemed to not have caught anything. And she sureley wouldn't share. Jevak grinned as he slipped past the deer, taking one in his jaws as he did so. He ate it, almost whole, then picked off another, eating it aswell, before taking another, this time, only eating half of it before leaving the last half of the caracas to rot. He had to have strength for that night. He'd catch them unawares, then strike. Sure, it'd be hard with that wolf around, but once the fox was gone, the main power would be too. She was strongest of them, he could tell. Then again, he hadn't fought the other three. Oh well. They'd die tonight. No matter what happened, they'd die at his paws.

Zyano had finished off most of the deer in a surprisingly short space of time, he glanced up, and over towards Ace; The ocelot hybrid currently rolling around in the gras.s. The silver cat-like creature seemed blissfully unaware of the fact that the deer had all made their escape, leaving him without a meal.
Ace eventually stopped rolling around, coming to lay on his side, blue-green eyes focused on Zyano as the sand coloured wolf flicked an ear at him.
"Are you not planning on eating tonight?" The wolf asked, glancing at his kill and trying to judge whether or not there'd be enough for both him and Ace. The silver cat pulled himself up, so that he lay on his stomach, tilting his head slightly at the wolf.
"Nah. I don't mind meat, but I prefer fish... Just my otter genes seem to take over when it comes to food." Ace laughed, standing and stretching in a very cat-like manner. "Besides, I managed to swallow a few nippers back in the stream, though I wouldn't mind stopping by a body of water tonight, just in case."
The cat hybrid grinned as Zyano shrugged, looking over Ace and at Nylat, currently feasting on her own catch. "What do you think?" He asked the fox, referring to Ace's preference of being near water. The wolf, personally, didn't mind.
At that moment, Naigi swerved down, coming to land on the larger experiments back, flaring her wings and flapping them in an excitd manner. In her front paws she held a number of berries, which she dumped on Zyano's back before picking through them, deciphering which ones were edible.
The wolf hybrid chuckled. "I almost thought you'd abandoned us there." He grinned at Naigi, who grinned in return before throwing a number of blue berries into her mouth. Remaining where he was, Zyano waited patiently for both Nylat and Naigi to finish their meals, eyes roaming the surrounding treeline, his thoughts turning to sleep.
