(( Of course you were, you were there! :P)) Silerous laughed "Thanks, Benji liked them too." She was glad that he was going to get out the hospital, but it was fun pretending she wanted him to stay there. "Took you long enough to take a bite out that thing." She smiled again. She put the container back in her bag, and pulled out her phone, noticing she had a text. It was from Simon. She read it and sighed. "stupid...." she texted something back and threw her phone back into her bag. "So how are you feeling? You seem better, which is good."

Jhonathan laughed"Yeah they're really good.I feel way better!Im glad that I can eat without pain."He was actually doing pretty well by what the doctors were saying.He continued to eat the cupcake."What sucks for my sister is that she got married one hour before I got shot.I guess she was the most affected,but what do I know?Im the one going around getting shot."he joked lightly,he really meant for that part to be serious but he knew that Silerous would "scold" him for talking like that.

"Dude, I could comment on that, but I'm not going to, so you are lucky." Silerous's phone rang, and she looked at the screen, sighing, it was yet again Simon. She texted him back, telling him to leave her alone. She sighed and thought for a moment. Why the hell is he still bothering me? She let her phone rest in her lap and turned her attention back to Jhonathan. "Well I'm glad you are getting better, you seem to be recovering extremely fast for someone who just got shot." She smirked slightly, then her thoughts traveled back to Simon and she frowned.

Jhonathan grew serious"Yeah,its a miracle..."The happiness he had felt melted away like nothing.He couldnt describe this feeling,it felt weird."Im probably acting like Im bipolar."he thought to himself.Jhonathan let out a long sigh,he looked over at the bag that Nina had brought which was filledwith his things.He picked it up and smiled when he saw his cellphone,while checking his messages he gasped."302 missed calls,impressive."he laughed.Jhonathan saw that Layna had texted him:"I heard that you were in the hospital?!"he smiled and texted back:"You didnt hear wrong.Yeah Im in the hospital.Its nothing serious,jst got shot 3 times thats all."Sarcasm was something he could live by.Jhonathan looked over at Silerous and asked"Hey,whats wrong cool kat?"

Silerous's attention snapped back to Jhonathan at the question. "Uh, nothing, just....people." She recalled him saying something about 302 missed calls and thought It's great so many people care about him. When her phone rang yet again, and it was from Simon, she grunted, turned off her phone and threw in deep in her bag. She sighed, then turned back to Jhonathan. "And what were we talking about again?" She said with a slight chuckle. She didn't need all the haras.sment from Simon with everything else that was going on. Silerous scooted the chair back, and grabbed her phone out, she had to make a call. "Be back in a minute." She stepped outside and dialed D.J's number. ~ "Yeah, he won't stop calling and texting me, it's getting on my nerves!" Silerous said into the phone. "Well, you know the reason behind it!" Silerous groaned and replied "Well tell him to stop, I can't talk to him right now. Bye." She hung up and shook her head, then went back into Jhonathan's room.

Jhonathan felt extremely confused."If you're busy..."He didnt want to hold Silerous up if she had important things to do.His phone rang and he answered,it was Layna."Uh yeah.Im fine....Oh really now?Well you tell him that the float is off." ("The float is off"wasone of his inside jokes.) When he hung up he looked at Silerous again,she looked troubled.All he could do was sigh.His notebook was on the table and he thought about showing Silerous his new song "Jkay" but he decided against it.

(( Rofl, Jkay? xDD)) Silerous just smiled. "Everything's perfectly fine now." Then her damn phone rang. Still smiling, she grabbed it, turned it off and put it in the hallway. She sat back down in the chair and sighed. "Bet your not bored anymore. Another cupcake?" She asked, trying to keep a smile. She dug through her dug and got out the container. She bit into one and sighed. "Dang, these are good...." She noticed the notebook on the table, but didn't want to sound nosey, so she just leaned back and enjoyed her cupcake.

Jhonathan noticed her put her phone in the hallway,he decided it was best not to comment on that."Nah,I just ate some chinese food. Im good.I am entertained,have you ever thought about going into the entertainment business?"he joked as he picked up his notebook."Here,look through it if you want."he said as he handed it to her.In the notebook was over 50 songs.You guessed right,he had alot of problems to write about.

"Believe me, being a lawyer is enough entertainment for me." Silerous took the notebook, making sure note to get cupcake on it. (Rofl. xD) She flipped through it and began reading. "Interesting." She muttered, turning the pages. The songs were either amazing, or horrible, which made for an...entertaining read. She stopped on the last song, titled 'Jkay' and read over it. She smiled slightly, then frowned. It was sad. In all the songs, she could sense the depression, anger or emotion in the lyrics. "Some are nice. But they are all slightly sad." Silerous sad, handing the notebook back. They made her think.

Jhonathan nodded and put he notebook back on the table."Probably because thats what Im feeling when I write them..."He never wrote a happy song.People could tell when someone was happy so...what was the point?"Ill try to make better ones but for now....I dont think thats possible..."He remembered the song he had wrote for Tasha a year ago,which was now ripped to shreds and burned."You still have that song I gave you?"he asked curiously.

"It's good to express your feelings like that. I knew someone who expressed his through violence." The guy she was talking about was Simon, and it was a few painful memories. It always mad her feel sad and angery, so she tried not to think about it. "And yes, I do still have the song. Still have that drawing I gave you?" She asked, smirking. She always felt better talking to Jhonathan, even when he had just gotten shot.

Silerous laughed. "Totally. We should go into advertising together. Put your songs with my baking skills and huzzah! I just made some money." She got out another cupcake and handed it to him. She then pulled out her notebook and began to draw. After she finished, she showed the drawing to Jhonathan. It was of a cupcake with 'buy me, yo!' in giant letters underneath it. She chuckled slightly.

"Of course. What cupcake is complete without a Jhonathan-stick figure biting into it." She laughed, the idea was silly, yet awesome. She noticed him grab his notebook, and wondered what he had thought of this time. She hoped it wasn't another sad song, since that would mean he was feeling that way right now, either meaning she was causing it, or he was thinking it. She decided she should probably get her phone from outside, so she stood and went outside and grabbed it from where it was. She groaned, seeing she had 12 texts from Simon waiting. "Leave....me..alone. Bye." She sent the message and put the phone back in her bag.

"You know you laugh too much." Silerous said, chuckling. Jhonathan was always laughing or smiling, mostly in a good mood all the time, which was nice considering some of her more depressive friends. She decided to ask "What was with the whole sudden-inspiration thing? You seemed like you had a great idea." Mostly that's how she did with her drawings, but she was still curious.
((Braindead too. ;c I say after this, he gets out of the hospital and we figured out the ball-situation))

Jhonathan was in the elevator,it finally reached the first floor and he couldnt help but smile.He walked over to the front desk and signed himself out."Remember to pick up your medicine if you start having stomach pain again"The nurse reminded him.He just nodded and walked out the door,his car was already outside the building waiting for him.Jhonathan was surprised,he walked up to his car and laughed"Hey there Layna!"She smiled and said"I thought you needed a ride."
When he got home Layna stayed for a bit before taking off.Sheba was extremely happyher tail wagging a mile a minute."Heya girl!"he said s he petted her."I never thought Id be so happy to see my house.."he joked to himself as he looked around."Its exactly he way I left it..."
