Silerous had just gotten off of work, and got home, tired. She kicked off her shoes and went up to her room to change. After than, she sat on the couch and watched tv, but her mind wasn't really there, considering she was thinking of tomorrow, which was the anniversary ball, and she knew there was no way Jhonathan would be there. ((Or is there. o:)) After a while, she fell asleep, the tv still on.

The next morning, Silerous yawned and noticed the tv on. "Now my electric bill will be skyhigh." She chuckled slightly and got some breakfast. After that, she showered and got ready for work. Work was uneventful, the same files, though she was due in court next week for her first big case, and after tonight she had to make sure she had everything sorted, since lawyers need to know their stuff, otherwise it could end badly for the client. After she came home, she recieved a text from Vincent, saying "All ready tonight?" She texted back that she was, and that she had gotten her mask. She designed it to match the dress Jhonathan had given her, which suprisingly fit her perfectly. She got dressed, got her mask and purse, then headed out to her new-used chevy camero, that she had gotten after selling her old malibu.

Silerous smoothed her dress and put on her mask. She went inside, and the place was packed with people, in all kids of dresses, tuxs and masks. She only spotted Benji because of the glittering mask which read "Benji". She chuckled, that was so like him, then headed over. "Hey Benji! Where's Vincent?" She slid her mask upward, but it got tangled on her hair, which she left curly for the evening. After she pulled it away, Benji said "He's in the back deciding on mask. I'm so glad you could make it!" He hugged her, then she saw Vincent walk over and put his hands over Benji's eyes. "Guess who?" Benji laughed and turned around. "You met Silerous a few times." Vincent nodded and then led Benji away to show him how big the gift pile was. Silerous turned, putting her mask back on. She surveyed the room, trying to identify others.

Silerous mingled with everyone, and finally found D.J. "I'm so glad you came! I was like 'I hope I'm not here alone!" D.J. smiled and glanced at Silerous's dress. "Niiice. Where'd you get it?" Silerous blushed slightly. "It, er, was a gift." D.J noticed her face and chuckled, then grew serious. "Um, there's someone here to see you." She moved over, and a guy took off his mask. It was Simon. Silerous groaned and began to walk away, but Simon grabbed her arm. "Wait. We need to talk." "We don't need to talk about anything." She started walking faster, but Simon kept up. "Now, Silerous." She groaned and turned to face him. "N. O." She pushed through the crowd, but Simon grabbed her arm again, and pulled her towards the wall, his face red. "just listen!" "Not here, Simon, ok? Just not here." He laughed and said "You'll listen where I say you listen."

Silerous was scared, yet mad. She knew how Simon's temper could be outrageous and dangerous, but she refused to give in to him like she used to. "I don't know who you are talking to, but it's not me." She yanked her arm away and started walking fast, trying to get away from him. But, Simon refused to give in either, and wrapped his arms around Silerous's waist, pullign her back. "We can do this the easy way, or the hard way." He whispered to her. Silerous didn't move, then twisted in his arms and punch him in the gut. He groaned and backed off, scowling. Silerous turned and walked as fast as she could without running. She found D.J. and pulled her aside. "Are you crazy? Why is he here?" she whispered furiously to her. D.J. frowned. "what happened?" Silerous told her and she sighed. "Simon said he had changed." "Well he hasn't." She found a chair in the corner and sat down. She pulled out her phone and began texting. She tried to clear her mind and not let Simon ruin Benji's & Vincent's night.

Silerous chuckled, Jhonathan was a people person. She talked to Sam for a bit, then Simon appeared, and touched her on the shoulder. "Talking should begin now, dear." Silerous got angery, furious even. She grabbed Simon's arm and dragged him to an empty space, a bit away from the others. "Talk. You have one friggin' minute." simon smirked. "I knew you'd see it my way." He pushed her closer to the wall. "I had changed, you know, but you always bring out the worse in me, baby." Silerous replied "I am not your baby." Simon snickered. "but you will be. It'll be different this time, I won't do it again, I promise." Silerous narrowed her eyes. "Never. Again." She pushed away from him, and started to walk away. Simon grabbed her and flung her back towards the wall. He gripped her wrists, and grunted. "You think again." She struggled, and finally got one hand free. She summoned her strenth, and punched him in the face. "Stay. Away. From. me." She went to where Benji and Vincent where. "I need to go, I don't want to mess up your party. Happy anniversary." She pulled the gift out her purse, handed it to him, and walked outside, madder than ever.
