"True. But still. Now, let's take your relatives to a hospital, idiot." Silerous replied, leaning into him. She couldn't explain how much relief she felt. They were safe. She had her Jhonathan back. And nobody else was harmed. She resumed walking, but that feeling like she was drawing came over her.

Something wasn't right, and she knew it. She stopped walking, and turned. she thought it couldn't possibly be that guy, for he was supposed to be out for a few hours. She todl herself it was nothing, jsut rats, but she knew better.

Jhonathan smiled, "I wonder how long shell be calling me that.." he thought to himself as he nodded and continued walking. He watched Silerous turn around and did the same "Whats wrong?" he asked as he looked around, not sure of what she was looking for. All of a sudden Jhonathan heard footsteps and he could see Sentui standing not far away from where they were.

"You're not going anywhere" he gasped, pointing a gun towards them. Jhonathan stepped in front of Silerous to protect her. Sentui looked like a mad man because of the crazy smirk that was on his face. Jhonathan didnt know what to do, if they tried to escape, someone could get hurt. He glared at Sentui steadily.

Silerous sighed slightly when Jhonthan stepped in front of her. She didn't need protecting, though it was sweet of him. She moved from around him, and stared at the guy with a gun. "Honestly? You are a really terrible kidnapper, you know. A real kidnapper wouldn't have to use a gun."

That was the only approach Silerous knew of to do until she thought of a plan. Either it'll make him made enough that he'd shoot, or mad enough that he would throw away the gun. She prayed to God it was to throw away the gun. She did know that she refused to let anybody else get hurt, Jhonathan, Katana and Kayla had been through enough.

Jhonathan flinched, he didnt know how Sentui would reply to that. He prepared to hear gunshots and closed his eyes. "Its all over..." A few seconds past and still, no gunshots. Sentui looked at her with an ex
pression of fear. Jhonathan didnt know if he was imagining it, Sentui took off running.

The next few moments were a blur, fire exploded from the door behind them, Jhonathan grabbed Silerous and Katana and pushed Kayla over to some crates where they all crouched down. The windows shattered sending little shards of gla.ss flying, the ground shook and Jhonathan flinched as he felt gla.ss cut his arm. The world must have flipped upside down because all he could see was red and orange flames, feeling dizzy, he closed his eyes.

(( I know, but now  I'm all "WTH is that fire? ;c))

Silerous felt the heat of the inferno as she crouched behind the crates. She had no clue what had caused such a thing, but she saw the flames quickly spreading to the crates, igniting them. She felt panic bubble up in her, but she tried to stay calm, that's one reason she was a good lawyer.  The glas.s flew through the air, a sliver of it landing in her eye. She screamed, the pain was horrible. Crying, and blind in her left eye, she tried to find the others.

She saw Jhonathan close his eyes and freaked out, wondering if he was hurt. Coughing on the thick smoke, she helped Katana and Kayla up, yelling at them to run. She tugged on Jhonathan. "Come on. Get up." She whispered.

Jhonathan could only hear Silerous's voice, his head had started to hurt. The pain was unbearable! He got up and almost fell back down, he gasped noticing that the gla.ss had also cut his side. He walked steadily over to the exit with Silerous, his mind raced with many thoughts that he couldnt comprehend. Holding his head in pain he could see the figure of a person standing in the middle of the fire. "Get out! Its dangerous" he whispered to the stranger, since a whisper was all that he could get out.

Silerous helped Jhonathan outside, and inhaled deeply, then coughing. It was one of the most traumatizing experience in her life. She checked around and saw that everyone was there. Jhonathan, Katana, Kayla. She had no clue who the figure was, but hoped they made it out alright.

Silerous's eye was bleeding, she could feel the blood seeping down her face. Still, she looked over the others, and gasped when she saw Jhonathan. "You're...hurt..." she choked out. In his side, of all places. She turned and watched the building burn, tears streaming out her good eye.

Jhonathan coughed and watched as blood came out of his mouth. He sat down on the gra.ss, coughing still. Jhonathan looked at Sileros and the others. Katana was covered in soot, Kayla was bleeding from her arm, as his gaze rested on Silerous he coughed again. "Are you alright?" he whispered worriedly, his voice cracking. He didnt care about his condition, he just wanted everyone else to be safe.

In the distance, Jhonathan could see Sentui's body lying motionless on the ground. He got up, gasping at the pain and walked over to him. "Everyone deserves a second chance.." he said as he picked him up and placed him softly onto the gra.ss. Jhonathan put his ear to Sentui's chest, he was still breathing. "Good.." he thought as an ambulance pulled up, its sirens deafening.

Silerous watched in amazement was Jhonathan carried the guy's body over to them. Even in all his pain, he still cared for others. She knew then that she really did love him. She watched as the ambulances pulled up, checking out everyone and rushing to the hospital.

At the hospital, everyone was put into a room, but still allowed to check on one another. After seeing Katana and Kayla, they had fallen asleep, Silerous crept into Jhonthan's room. The kidnapper, she learned, was named Sentui. They said he would be fine, but wouldn't have lasted if Jhonathan hadn't have pulled him away from the flames and smoke. The doctors said Silerous may never regain her sight in her left eye, but she was perfectly ok with that. She was more worried about Jhonathan, and pulled a chair near his bed.

((I'm as.suming they all went othe hospital, lol. I didn't want to add too much info, considering they are all your characters. o_o))

Jhonathan had his eyes closed, his head didnt hurt as much as before but it had turned into a headache. He opened his eyes sowly and saw Silerous sitting next to him, he blinked before saying: "Hey, how are the others" His voice was raspy and dry. The one thought that came to him was too familiar and he let it slide. The doctors had examined his side, it was the exact spot where they had done some of the surgery when he had gotten shot. Jhonathan was glad that it didnt hurt as much as they had predicted it to.

Silerous felt a pang of sympathy for him. "Would you like some water? You sound so dry." She knew she could ask a nurse to do so. "The others are fine, mild injuries. Katana has a few cuts, and Kayla's hands are a bit scraped up, but they are sleeping now." She paused. "But the real question is, how are you?" She knew she failed at trying to conceal her worried look on her face. A million thoughts flooded her at once, but two were overwhelming. She still couldn't believe how much concern he had for everyone...even the kidnapper. She decided not to bring him up until she absolutely had to.

Jhonathan nodded "Thanks." water could do him some good. "Im alright, could be worse. I just feel a little dizzy" The nurse had given hi some medicine for the headache but the dizziness was something totally different.. or at least, thats what he thought. "Are you okay?" he asked her "I probably look terrible.." he thought. Not many thoughts came to his head except for: "When will this dizziness go away?"

Silerous stood and poked her head out the door. A nurse pas.sing by said it was prefectly fine to give him water when he needed it. She filled up an empty water bottle and helped him drink, before replying. "I'm fine. Might not be able to see in my left eye, but I'm pretty dandy, considering." She sat back down and studied his face. She stared at him, not saying a word for a while. She only spoke to say "When you heal, Jhonathan, when you heal." Then she resumed staring at him. She nodded her head, as if confirming something. She then smiled.

Jhonathan felt way better after his drink of water. "Youll stillbe as beautiful as ever" he replied with a smile. It was and is true. He gazed at her, feeling overcome with an unexplainable joy. Looking at his hands he was shocked, they were a little burnt but not as much as he had expected. The nurse had told him to take advantage of the sleeping times but he wasnt tired at all.

Silerous smiled. "And you are still amazing." He was, he always will be. Then she chuckled slightly. "But then again, you're still my idiot." She scooted closer to him, then looked at his hands when he did. She placed her hand on his, it felt rough and warm, but she didn't mind. She looked back at him, and smiled again. She felt so wonderful with him, a feeling she had never felt before. She couldn't help but stare at him again, silence as usual.

Silerous smiled. "Really? I wonder if it's just funny, or funny to you, idiot. By the way, I'll be calling you that until I come up with a new nickname." She chuckled. "Let's hear this story." She leaned back in her chair, prepared to listen to what he had to say. Knowing him and knowing herself, she knew it would probably be hilarious.
