Jhonathan noticed drops of rain fall down slowly, he wondered if they should go inside or get soaked, either way was fine. He looked up at the clouds and smiled as the rain fell down onto the earth. Jhonathan looked over at Silerous expectantly. What did she want to do? Rain was fun to stay in but the feeling of your wet clothes clinging to you wasnt comfortable at all. He sighed and walked over to the part of the hospital that had a roof so that he could still stand outside without getting wet.

Silerous didn't move an inch, just closed her eyes, letting the raindrops kiss her face, a satisfying drip. She sensed Jhonathan walk over to the sheltered part of the hospital and she called out, "You can go in if you want. I think I'll stay out here." The rain splashed on her bandaged eye, and throbbed a bit. She knew she would probably get a cold, and her eye would swell, but she didn't care. All Silerous cared about was sitting outside, soaking up the drops, ignoring the rest of reality. She planned to stay outside until she could go home.

Silerous listened to the rain drum on the gazebo, splashing on her. She soon grew drowzy an fell into a deep sleep, perched on the side of the gazebo.

Silerous was awoken when someone had gently shaken her awake. She opened her eye and squinted; the sunlight was bright, it had stopped raining. The person who had woken her was a young nurse's aid. He smiled. "I see you had a nap on the gazebo. I must say, though, it was an odd way to sleep." He glanced down at his keyboard. "Silerous, is it?" She jumped on the side of the gazebo, yawning and stretching. her clothes were damp; her hair a mess, but she didn't care. Running her hand through her hair to smooth it she nodded. "Yes. I'm Silerous." The nurses's aid nodded back. "The doctor wants to examine you one more time before you get to leave." She nodded and started walking back to the builing. As they headed back to her room, they talked politely, more just to make conversation. The guy's name was Helios, and had just began working there.

Silerous reached her room, where the doctor smiled and said, "Come, let's have a look at your eye." She did, and the doctor frowned deeply. He looked at her sadly, then said, "I'm so sorry to tell you this, but I am now 100 pervent sure that you will never regain vision in that eye. You won't need to see any specialists; they'd just tell you the same." He nodded again, then left the room. Silerous just sat there, in shock from what she had just heard. Helios came back in, holding a cup of pills. He had heard the doctor's diagnosis, and wordlessly handed her the pills. She took them, still not believing she couldn't see out her eye.

Silerous was sitting, thinking. People pas.sed in the hallway, but Silerous payed no attention to them. She got up and slowly walked to the bathroom. She closed her eyes, not wanting to look in the mirror. She opened them, and gasped. Her eye was a sickly red and purple and inflammed. She couldn't even tell what color is was anymore. She fought the urge to cry, and quickly walked out the bathroom. She sat on the edge of the bed, staring at the wall. I'll never be able to see out of that eye.... She told herself to shut up and stop whining, she still had another good eye, some people had none. Or like Sentui, may not make it. Helios came in, and told her she could leave. She asked about Sentui, and he frowned. "Still in critcal condition." Silerous frowned, thanked him, and headed to Jhonathan's room. She stood in the doorway, the door being open. "Hey. I'm about to leave. Sentui's still the same."

Jhonathan looked up at her and sighed. "I just hope he gets out fine..." he thought to himself as he walked over to her. "So you're gonna leave me here eh?" he joked lightly. He knew that Silerous was in better condition than him so of course he was expecting this. "I should ask when Katana and Kayla are going to leave..." he reminded himself quietly before smiling at Silerous.

Silerous smiled at him, then hugged him. She pulled away then said, "Sadly, yes. But I'll be back, to check on you, and Katana and Kayla." She waved slightly at him as she turned back into the hallway, walking towards the door. The doctor had forbid her to drive; she might not be able to again. She reached the hopsital parking lot, then went to the road. she hailed a cab, and headed home.

Once home, Silerous took a long, hot shower, washed her hair, and put on her favorite cotton skirt and t-shirt, then took a nap. When she awoke, it was late afternoon, and she made herself some late lunch, and sat down with her laptop. She had 20 inbox messages, from her friends, co-workers, boss, everyone. After replying to them all, she worked on her case for a few hours, before going to bed early. She needed rest, for she was heading to work tomorrow, then to see Jhonathan.
