At first Eddie didn't know what to say, he stayed standing and said "I'm Eddie...i...i live close by here..." He looked around, wondering why she was here. He ran a hand through his hair and and got down to her level, his eyes on hers, he got uncomfortable and looked away for a second. Then looked back and said as worry filled his eyes, "Do you live here?"

At first he was surprised by how extroverted she seemed. He smiled and held her hand, he didn't shake it, he just held it, looking at her confused. He looked down at her hands, He had no idea how other people talked to her, so he tried his best to keep his voice calm and warm to her. He would hate it if people just treated him like he was nothing. "your so cold..." He took off his jacket, helped her to her feet, and put in on her. Rubbing her arms to help make her warm.

He tried his best to put on a smile, but he felt so much pain for her, so a smile was quite hard. He decided just to hug her, he didn't care how awkward it may seem, but he didn't know when the last time was she had a gentle touch. So he squeezed her hard against his chest to make her warm. When the shivering wasn't as bad, he let go slightly and tried his best to make contact with her eyes. "Do you have a place to stay tonight?" Then he noticed what a stupid question that was. His face began to blush and he tried to save himself from full embarressment. "ii..ii. mean ....You need a place to stay...i have a guest room at my house if you....my mom isn't home..that's not what i mean though....i don't know if....." He sighed. Now he was shaking, yet his face was hot red.

He shook his head at her, "i..I'm not leaving you here by yourself...if you don't come with me, i....i'm going to have to stay..." He put the jacket back on her. And looked straight into her eyes so she knew he was serious.

"fine" she said when she saw the look in his eyes. "thank you," she smiled brushing her icy white hair out of her eyes. she was still cold but her shivering had seiced((idk)) she followed him down the alley.

As they walked Eddie had the feeling maybe he should help her get warm. He started to rub his hand against hers, it wasn't even funny how cold it was. Embarressed by what he was doing, he let go and ran a hand through his hair. "so..sorry, i was just trying to ..." he sighed "never mind..."

First he was confused. Then remembered how she wasn't here for just a couple of days. He just smiled at her not knowing what to say other then that she amazed him. But he would never say that. He led her to his house and said, "wait on the porch for just one sec..." he went inside, and ran up the stairs quietly. Paradise was gone. Probably over the nieghbors house for random sleepovers. And his mom still wasn't home, and probably wont be for a while. He opened the door, and led Larka inside. "I don't want you to feel uncomfortable or anything but you should know were kind of home alone... so if you just want me to help you get situated in the guest bedroom we can just do that.."

larka shrugged. "okay." she said entering the warm house. "wow," she breathed looking around. she had never really had a house. she lived in the cold orphanage her whole life. no one had adopted her because she was different from the other children there. she was treated differently too. she had hated it there. she really had not minded living on the streets and she had survived. she had always wanted to live in a real house, but she knew it would never happen but now her doubts had been slowly fading.

He smiled, at her. "you know what just crossed my mind?... why don't we go in the kitchen and get you something to eat first? Your probably starving..." he grabbed her hand and took her to the kitchen, hoping she would take that as a hint that he didn't want to just stop their talking for the night. He found himself talking better and more comfortably with her. And he just didn't want to go to sleep knowing they could talk more. He also wanted to get to know her better.
