For the first time, he didn't smile to something she said. "4 years is a long time...how'd you do it?" He gave her a serious look. But somewhere on the inside of him, he was smiling because of how much he was amazed by her.

"i aint gunna take that as an answer. " he said, worriedly. He got up so he could be closer to her, put a hand on her cold cheek and wiped away the tear. Then forcefully (but gently) got her to look at him. He found himself having both his hands cupping around her face,and their foreheads against eachother still wiping tears from her cheeks. "Whats wrong?" He said warmly.

He got even closer to her, their noses touching. His hands didn't leave her face, and his thumbs didn't stop rubbing her cheeks from the tears. "We don't have to talk about it Larka. I don't want to force you, but i would like to know. " He could help but kiss the side of her nose after he said this.

For some reason, he felt like he was going to get emotional himself. But it sort of waved over him. He helped her to her feet and said "Down the hall to your left...this level, not upstairs." He wanted to say he was sorry, but he didn't think that would help much. But when he watched her leave he mumbled "im so sorry..." and then he realized he hasn't eaten himself. Because he was so caught up in Larka. He rubbed his eyes and thought What have i done...
