Aeria blushed even more. This time, she walked away. She walked over to the punch table and filled a cup with some of the yellowish orange liquid. She took a sip. It was a mixture between pineapple juice and something else that she couldn't put her finger on.

Aeria picked Ray out through the crowd. "Hey Ray," she said, a puzzled look on her face, "what's in this punch?"

Ray smiled and said, "Pineapple juice and alchohol," with ease.

Aeria looked shocked for a moment, but brushed it off. She wasn't going to get drunk or anything. She downed a cup of the punch, and refilled it quickly. She walked outside where the pool was. There was a DJ underneath the gazebo playing modern songs. She sat down on an outdoor couch and looked around akwardly. She had never been to a party this big before.

Aeria's heart dropped. "Okay," she said, getting up and looking for Ray. She would cheer Aeria up. She went inside and found Ray beside the punch table. She ran over to her, stumbling and falling on the floor, the alchohol in the punch taking effect. Ray ran over and said, "Aeria, how many gl*censored*es of punch have you had?"

"Two," Aeria said, getting to her feet. "What's the matter?"

Ray wasn't one to rain on Aeria's fun, so she said, "Nothing."

Aeria picked up her empty cup and refilled it with the punch.

Ray looked a bit troubled. The last time Aeria drank alchohol, she ended up p*censored*ing out on the floor...

By the end of the night, Aeria had gone through several cups of the punch. She was sitting on a couch surrounded by a few people. She was babbling on about some nonsense, making motions with her hands. Everyone busted out laughing. Ray came over and said, "Aeria, I think you've had enough punch, hon." Then, Ray got on the punch table and said, "Party's over! Everyone out!"

Nobody questioned Ray but Aeria. Aeria stayed on the couch and said, "No." Everyone looked nervously at Ray. She was known to have quite the nasty temper. All of the teens scrambled out, leaving Aeria and Ray to battle it out on their own.

"Fine, Aeria. You can sleep at my house tonight," Ray said, rubbing her head in frustration.

Aeria smiled and layed down on the couch. She closed her eyes and fell asleep.

Xavier felt bad about leaving but he didnt want ayone else to know he was a werewolf. He sighed as he leaned up against the tree in his reserve in his back yard. He looked at the sky as the sun finnaly went down. A shock hit him throughout his body and he fell to his knees with a wolf like growl. He groaned in pain as another shock hit him . His eyes turned ember and his canines grew longer. His nose trned into a muzzle, he grew a tail and his legs and arms became wolf legs and paws. In a matter of minuted he was now a overgrown pure white wolf, the same height as he was when he was a human. He howled at the moon and his eyes closed. here we go again he thought as he wandered through the reserve.

He jumped the reserve fence and decided to go down to a part of the bech noone goes to. I mean who wouldnt freak after seeing a 6'2, 250 pound wolf? He layed down in the cool sand and whimpered. He missed Aeria.

((Timeskip to morning.))

Aeria woke up in a house that wasn't hers. Then, she realized that she had fallen asleep at Ray's house last night. She got up and yawned. She grabbed a sticky note and wrote a note to Ray on it, apologizing for last night and telling her that she was going home.

She walked out of the house and walked about a mile to her house. Her parents were gone for most of the year due to being wildlife photographers. She walked inside and took a shower. She put on some skinny jeans and a pink t-shirt with tropical fish on it. She put her hair in a loose braid that draped over her right shoulder. She put on her favorite pair of converse and left the house, picking up the keys to her father's truck on the way out.

She got into the car and cranked it, making the car come alive in an instant. She backed out of their driveway and drove to the zoo where she worked as a volunteer on tuesdays. It was her job to take care of the wolves there. She walked up to the entrance and flashed the receptionist her ID. She walked in and made her way to the wolf exhibit. She was greeted by all of the wolves. They were friendly towards her because she came there every tuesday. She knew the wolves better than anyone at the zoo. If the zookeepers had a question about the wolves, they would call Aeria.

She grabbed a shovel and began to clean out their cage.

Xavier woke up realizing he had fallen asleep at the beach. He realized he was stil in his wolf form and yawned. He got up and stretched like a dog would then turned back to his human self. He walked back to home and took a nice long relaxing shower. He heard howls outside and rolled his eyes. "Im coming guys, sheesh give a guy two minutes huh!" he yelled out to them and the howling stopped. He put on some fresh clothes and went out to his backyard/reserve.

He had opened up a reserve for wolves 5 years ago when he had come back here. It would make sense because he was a wolf himself. He had his own pack and he was always alpha. The pack consisted of 18 wolves, 7 males, 6 females and 5 pups who were 3 weeks old.

Xavier grabbed their food and walked towards the gate that kept them in the reserve. Howls and whimpers flooded his ears as he approached. "Ok ok hold your horses.". He unlocked the double gate and walked in giving them their kills. They all lept at him hungriliy and he watched with a smirk. Thats wolves for ya. He went over to one of the dens and saw the pups sleeping with their light and dark grey mother looking after them. "Hey Liz" he said petting the mother wolf who leaned into the touch.

Aeria grabbed some meat and fed the wolves. There were fifteen wolves in this large exhibit. It was the largest exhibit in the zoo. There were five males, five females, and five pups. She went over to the two mother wolves. Their pups were playing together. She smiled and patted the two of them on the head.

The alphas finished eating, and all of the other wolves leapt in for the meat. She looked over at the exhibit next to the wolves' one. It was the bear exhibit. The bears were more hostile than the wolves. She shivered when the large male grizzly bear roared at her. She sat down in the exhibit and picked up one of the pups. They were about six weeks old now.

She smiled and winced at the same time as they nibbled on her fingers, rough housing with her. Their mothers were mellow and allowed her to handle their pups.

Xavier got up and watched as two males a black wolf named draco and another wolf named snow a white male wrestled with each other. He shook his head and whistled. All the wolves stopped and ran over to him trying to reach his face by jumping up at him. He chuckled and played with them a little bit. He had the feeling he wanted to go somewhere and left the wolves who whimpered and howled for him to come back "Dont worry ill be back within hours."He told them and they got somewhat quiet.

He got in his car and decided to go to th Zoo. He walways loved the Zoo as a kid. He was also a big fan of animals and believe it or not he had a soft spot for the small ones as well like meercats and gerbils. When he got in the Zoo he looked around seeing Giraffes and elephants. He then headed towards the lions and bears. He stood looking at the bears and smirked. The bears didnt like him at all, they probably recognized him as a wolf and felt threatened.

Aeria looked up when she heard a growl that didn't come from her wolves. She looked over to see Xavier by the bear exhibit. She brushed it off, and thought that the canine-like growl came from the bear. Then, she got up and debated on going to Xavier. She decided not to. He had left her the night before. She wasn't going to let him win her over again that easily.

When she looked back up at him, Xavier had her back to her and was staring at the meercats. Equally, she turned her back to him and ignored him. However, a deep guilt was gnawing at her. She couldn't give someone the cold shoulder for more than a day at the most.
