Xavier was having the same debate. He knew she was probably mad at him for leaving. It wasnt my fault, its the new moon i cant help that im a werewolf. He thought to himself. although i cant go out and say that, how would she react to a guy saying hey Aeria i cant be there with you at night because im a werewolf bye. Not gonna turn out good. He sighed out loud and groaned in frustration. She was gonna have to find out sooner or later. but what if she hates me and never wants to see me again. what if she tells somone else and they end up trying to capture me, thats what happened last time. He groaned again. This was not working out well. He couldnt avoid her forever but what if she didnt want to see him. He debatedwalking back over to the wolf exhibit, she probably wasnt even there anymore. He put his hand through his hair and took a long needed breath that he didnt realize he was holding. |

Aeria patted all of the wolves heads, then walked out of their exhibit. Her work was done with them, so she was going to help all of the others with their jobs. She purposefully walked by Xavier on the way to the meercat exhibit. The worker hadn't arrived yet, so she cleaned out the area and fed them all. She didn't glance at Xavier once.

Xavier saw her go into the meercat exhibit and continue to ignore him. He sighed so she is mad at me. "Hey Aeria" he said nervously. She probably would continue to ignore him but it would be better to talk to her now instead of never talking to her ever again. The thought of that made his heart clench.

"Yeah," she said, not looking at him. She had some meercat food in a bag, and was hand feeding some of the younger ones. Aeria already felt guilty by not talking to him. She wasn't even going to be able to hold this 'grudge' for a day.

If he had his wolf ears and a tail, his ears would be flat against his head and his tail would be tucked between his legs. His heart stung a little bit but he brushed it off. "Didnt know you worked here"He said sadly. Brushing it off wasnt working at all. A wolf like whimper escaped him as he talked.

pression was happy now, and she said, "I'll be done with this stuff in a couple minutes. Wanna go somewhere? It's almost lunch time, and I'm starving."

He smiled brightly "Of course.". His tail would be wagging violently right now. He couldnt take her being mad at him. on top of that he had time alone with her, or atleast he hoped. Something in theback of his head was knawing at him to tell her he was a werewolf but he was still afraid.

Soon, Aeria got finished with the meercat exhibit, so she walked outside of the exhibit and walked up to Xavier. "So, where do you want to go eat? This time, we're going in my truck." She winked at him and reached for her keys. She pulled them out and said, "Chevy avalanche."

He shrugged "Any wheres good with me"He smiled. As long as he was with her and she wasnt mad at her they could go eat on the moon. He chuckled as she told him what type of car she had "Nice car, one of my favorites" he smiled.

Aeria said, "Thanks." She grabbed his hand and led him to her truck. She let go of his hand so that she could unlock the door. She got in the driver's side and unlocked the pa.ssenger's side. She cranked it and waited for Xavier to get in.

He blushed as she took his hand. He never blushed in his life, not that he could remember. He got in the car and tried to shek off the blush but it was a total epic fail. He smiled at the effect she had on him.

Aeria drove off and stopped in front of a large resteraunt. It was an italian one, one of her favorites. Aeria actually had Italian ancestors, so she felt as if she had a connection to this place. She walked in and the waiter showed them a booth near the back of the resteraunt. The cushions on the booth were soft, and the table was a golden color. Aeria sat down and smiled.

Xavier sat down across from her and gave a small smile at her smile. He absolutly adored that smile. She seemed so happy and full of life when she smiled. It made his heart warm and at peace. He just hoped he could still make her smile after he told her he was a werewolf. He knew that the smile would fade but he hoped it would brighten up again. The thought made him looked down at his hands.

"Something bothering you?" She asked, tilting her head to the side like a dog. The waiter came up to them again and said, "Hello. I am Giovanni. I will be your server tonight. Are you two ready to order?" "I am, but I don't know about him." Aeria pointed to Xavier. "I'll take the usual," she said, handing the waiter her menu. "Yes ma'am," the server said before speeding off. He would come back for Xavier's order in a while. Aeria came to this resteraunt so often that everyone knew what she ordered every time; the baked ravioli.

He looked up at her and sighed "No, im okay". He couldnt lie if his life depended on it in these type of situations. He sat up straight and calmed himself down. He was so nervous. He wanted to tell her so she would understand. It was bugging him and he needed to get it off his chest.

Aeria was worried now. She said, "Okay. I suggest the baked ravioli. It's the best thing they have here. I get it every time." She put on a fake smile and tapped her fingers on the lustrous table. ((Fail. XD))

He gave a small smile and nodded. He could smell that she was worried exact opposite of what i wanted to happen. He sighed to himself. If the wolves were here with them then he would feel better. His eyes lit up in thought. "I saw that you enjoyed hangig out with the wolves at the Zoo"He said softly.

"Yeah. They're my family, basically. My parents are away most of the time because they're wildlife photographers. Right now, they are trying to capture a picture of an ethiopian wolf, the rarest canine on earth." She looked down at the thought. How could a creature so beautiful be so rare? She made a note to herself that when she was older, she was going to start a conservation program for endangered species.

He smiled "The ethiopian wolf huh? those are one of my favorites. I have a reserve of wolves back home. Most of them i rescued, i feel like theyre my family too." It was true they did feel like family. Except for his uncle they were the ones who always listened to him. Since he was a wolf himself he could understand them and they could understand him.

"Wow. That's amazing. I wish I could see them. The closest think I ever had to a pet wolf was a husky wolf mix." Aeria forgot about being worried. She smiled and the waiter came back. "Sir, are you ready to order?" He pulled out his pen and paper, posed to write.
