Barely conscious I lifted my head. With my vision blurred and my head feeling light like the air I looked around. I could barely remember anything since the cave. Only Dom's voice as he reassured me that I will be ok and to hold on.
Why was I so foolish to take that risk? Things didn't go as planned anyway. I rested my head down and felt the vibrations in the earth. The tones calmed me. Feeling the earth helped me to know where everyone was and to mind map the area. I felt a rough vibration under me and vines started popping out from the ground. They wrapped around my body and I tried to squirm away but then I was sucked in the ground.
I went through dirt and rock like I was a ghost but I couldn't breathe. I passed out. Even though I was unconscious I could see my body passing through the layers of the earth. There was a silver cord tethering me to my body. I must be alive then. After going through the layers of the earth I reached a hollow area.
I saw my chest rise indicating I was inhaling. Suddenly, I was back in my body. I was still falling but suddenly was whisked away by a flying wolf. This wolf was huge. Its silver pelt sparkled in the light and it's golden wings shimmered with each flap. I was in awe and couldn't even speak. I looked over the land. Different wolves playing around. Even the pups here were bigger than usual. they my size.
The winged wolf rested me on a large rock and it stood in front of me. I had to look up to see its face. It smiled at me. Seems friendly.
"Hello, Daisuki." It says.
"H-h-how do you know my name?" I asked.
"That's not important. You wouldn't understand if I told you anyway. Anyway, I've brought you here for a reason." The wolf says.
The giant wolf rested a paw on my head and my true wolf awakened. I saw so many images. Me returning from this realm, finding a new nice place the live. time passes the season changes to winter. It's cold. Roe is older and growing and learning. A year passed and I'm a young adult. I see Storm and Alpha together. they have a pup. Call stayed with the pack for a long time. Yuushuu was still fighting with Akui but they were learning to co-exist. Star got older like me. Ani now an adolescent training.
I see one day that it starts to rain. By this time everyone has accessed their true forms and learned how to control. Storm, is nursing her pup, Kotah. I walk outside and enjoy the rain. Then I see a pair of yellow glowing eyes staring at me through the forest. They come out and show themselves. Makarov. He comes up to me with the rest of his pack. "Hello, my pitiful sister. I've seen you grown. I'm not here to make small talk though. Uncle is dead and I'm Alpha of the pack. You have one more chance to join us or face your destiny that you should've faced two years ago," I heard him snarl. "Go home, Makarov. You have no business here." I hear myself say boldly. Makarov snarled and charged at me. I stood there ready to sidestep but Makarov jumps over me and a wolf comes at me and bites my neck from underneath.
I cried out in pain and winced because even though it hadn't happened yet I felt it. I watched as my dead body fell on freshly fallen snow. I ripped my head away from the Wolf's paw.
"You are going to die. It is your fate." The wolf says.
"I don't want to die. Who are you to decide my fate?" I snarled.
"I am the wolf of time and destiny. No one can defy me." It says.
"Then why show me my fate so I could look forward to dying." I say.
"In the eyes of the blind, death to them is the end. In the eyes of the awakened, death to them is a new beginning. The Future sometimes lies when it speaks of your demise. This is life is not of the physical but of the spiritual. In order for one to live another must die." The wolf said to me.
I meditated on her words and then nodded. She then grabbed me by the scruff and flew high into the sky. She then spun me around and threw me. In that moment I was transferred back when I was a pup. My scruff in the jaw of my uncle and then thrown into a tree. I slammed into the layers of the earth and went back up them fully conscious and aware. I was back in the same spot I was. Fully healed. I walked over to Storm with Roe wrapped around her tail. I bowed my head down and nuzzled Storm.
