Yuushuu took deep breaths to hold back tears, "I think... Akui is gone." she said, not sure whether to be happy or sad. She was glad that she was back to her normal self, but she felt horrible for forcing Akui out. Though... the way she said thank you almost made Yuushuu feel as though she'd wanted it to happen. If that were the case, then Akui's threats were empty ones meant only to anger Yuushuu into forcing her out. She'd never intended to hurt anyone at that point, in fact, she probably felt it was best to fade away to keep the pack from further harm.
As Yuushuu sat thinking this, she realized what a burden she'd been to the pack. She meant to help them, but since she arrived she'd not repaid them at all, only added unnecessary grief and trouble. "I'm sorry," she whimpered, "I've caused you so much trouble." Yuushuu looked at all the other wolves, letting tears drip off her face and to the floor of the cave. Normally, she'd have kept her feelings bottled up, but she was overflowing with emotions.

Don't apologize Yuushuu, It is never a wolf's fault when they are born with special requirements. I think Akui knew it was her time to go, to let you begin growing into your natural sense of self. It is ok to mourn the loss of ones self, but don't hold onto it for too long, as it can once again become toxic. You will grow into the pack just as you will grow into yourself. We can't rush these things. - looking back to the others as they began falling back to sleep I smiled and turned to Yuushuu looking into her eyes calmly- Have faith in yourself Yuushuu, you are special, there are not many like you who see the day their darkness merges and takes over, and yet comes out of it alive still pure of heart and spirit.

The Alpha's words were soothing. Yuushuu felt as though a weight had been lifted, she was free from the curse of being split in half. A new beginning was waiting for her, she need only accept it and she could finally be the wolf she always wanted to be. "Thank you for believing in me," she said, "I won't let you down, Alpha."
With that, she yawned, laying down. "Tomorrow is a new day." she whispered. Yuushuu was tired from all of today's events and fell asleep quickly.

Call yawned and stretched her front limbs,arching her back and growling slightly. It was early and not even the birds had begun to sing. Call moved her dry tongue awkwardly about her mouth, she had slept soundly with her mouth open. She blinked her eyes still full of sleep and looked around the cave. The others still appeared to be asleep, though she could not be sure, someone was snoring very loudly. She brought her weight up on all fours and stretched, bending in a way that her tail rose towards the sky. |

- Looking down proudly at Yuushuu I turned and headed back to the rock above the cave. Before disappearing around the side I saw Call awake and bowed my head before hopping atop the rock and resting, my front feet once again hanging over the edge, crossed. " Call" I spoke quietly, looking up to me I nodded my head to my side with a genuine smile " join me?"

Call yawned once more, shaking her body and ruffling her fur. If she were a cat she would have stretched her claws into the earth,kneading it. Though Call most certainly wasnt a cat, she had to settle for stretching the morning stiffness out. Call dipped her head in response "Sure Dom" she padded over to where he stood, "where to ?" she peered out of the cave into the early morning reds and pinks that painted the horizon. |

" There's a small meadow not very far from here with the den still in view I saw a few deer earlier before we settled, And the pack needs food" standing up I stretched as well and turned, " care to join me for a quick hunt?"

Calls ears pulled forward allowing the conversation to flow over her. "Of course" she replied, she was accustomed to hunting in the cold of the north lands the pack had traveled to. She trained her gaze in the direction Dom had mentioned. |

" Let's go South a ways, we can catch them off guard there" Turning into the wind I trotted forward, Call tentatively following on my right flank. " Where have you been all this time, sister? That's the longest the pack has gone without seeing you, Where did your travels lead this time?" Perking my ears in interest as I waited for Call's response I tapped into Storm's Telepathy line, ' Call and I have left to hunt, Watch over the pack till we return'

Call nodded at the suggestion of catching the deer off guard. She thought it was a fine idea, and trotted alongside Dom. Her coat tinted in oranges as the sun continues to creep over the horizon, Call thought on his next question before she responded. "Much further north." she said gently "Away from the humans, and up into the mountains." Her tail swung back and forth as she kept up pace, her paw pads striking the earth with small cracks as the frost of the morning met the heat of her body. "I dont mean to leave so long, it is just difficult.." she paused before speaking again,her breath clinging in clouds on the chill morning air. "I cant manage like you Dom, their always looking at you for answers and the earth just keeps changing. Your true wolf forms have advanced so much since childhood." she looked distant now, almost uncomfortable with the conversation. Her ears pulled forward as she heard a snap of a twig coming from the distance. |

"You know we love you, Call You're the highly respected elder of the pack, the Shaman even. I know it's hard which Is why I don't push you to stay with us. And honestly your travels just very well may be our map out of here... We've missed you though, Storm, Dai and I. It got quiet once you left. But I understand.-" hearing a twig snap my head went straight up, a black mosaic in the summer toned leaves and grass, " They're near" Dropping down with Call at my side I spotted a good sized Buck and began the sound directions. When wolves send out certain growls and whines to tell the other which way to go or what to do. I was hunting with an experienced Elder who had far seen these lands before me, And though she knew the lands I felt the animals heart beat, we were two in one as we stalked through the grass towards the buck and his herd, tapping into her psyche we were linked and ready to go.

I heard Dom's voice then jumped up looking around, "Oh..." I turned and walked over I where Dai, Roe, Star, and Yuushuu were still sleeping "So.... quiet..." I looked down perking my ears trying to hear everything around us for the next few miles but only heard Dom, Yuushuu and a few rabbits and such. I saw that nothing was wrong and went to sit at a place where I could watch the pack and think, I finally found a nice place and sat down wrapping my long tail around my paws, looking out into the large open space. 'I wonder where our home is going to be, will it be a lush forest like our last?.....', "Oh it will be more than that...".
I heard a strange voice say then jumped up ready for a fight, "Who are you!? Show yourself!" I said defensively,
, "Calm down young one, ah, you still have much to learn and all on your own, you must be tired of being so lonely", It said with a hint of snark in its voice.
I growled still searching for the wolf,"What are you talking about? Who are you? What do you know?",
"Ah I know more than you, hehehe, but I guess being just a plain little helpless Beta you wouldn't know true power now would you? But if you come and train with me, I can make you better and stronger, even stronger than your Alpha!",
"No! Your temptations will not fool me! I will submit to my Alpha and only him you have no power over me!" I snarled with pure anger trying to burst out,
"Oh but we all know that he will eventually betray you, they all will, just wait for it, they'll betray you just like your father did"
"What are you......" But then the strange wolf appeared and put its paw on my forehead, and memories of my past started flowing out until I couldn't take it anymore,
"NO!!" I thrashed back and the wolf was suddenly gone, but his words still rang in my ears, "he will betray you, they all will", I shook my head then looked back out at the large field waiting for Dom's return.

((I forgot that most were not in the SB when i was making some character development for Call... She can not mind link like the rest of the wolves.. i have decided that since i made her so much older than the others that it would make a lot of sense that she was around when wolves started to discover their true wolf forms. So her true wolf is like the basic rough draft not as developed. It only gives her speed,energy,and strength. She doesnt have mind link or visions or any of that sort of thing. Avery pure base form of the true wolf...
I do not know how long everyone in the thread has been RPing, but..but there is something I would like to address..it is the godmodding that is occuring in this RP that can make it difficult for others and their character developments. It is considered bad manners to do so. Can we work on this please? ))

((I like to think I don't fall into godmodding too often, but I can't deny I've done a bit of it already, and right when you came back so it probably made a bad impression. Now that all the Akui business is finished though, you probably won't see much of it from me now.))
Yuushuu opened her eyes lazily, remembering Storm yelling something. Was it a dream? Must have been. She pulled herself up, stretched and yawned. It looked like Storm, Dom and Call were already awake. But only Storm was at the cave. She trotted over to her and looked out as the morning sun's rays shone through the leaves of the trees. Yuushuu took a deep breath of the fresh moist air and closed her eyes, still barely believing she was her own wolf now. "Are they hunting?" she asked, referring to Dom and Call.

Call lowered her form into the earth and blades of yellowed grass. Her breathing was almost shallow as she dipped her head and lowered her ears, breath flowing out in clouds about her muzzle. Her amber eyes flared and glowed as her true wolf emerged. Her muscles received a rush of strength and energy. She could see the deer clearer now as her eyesight increased in sharpness, her ears could detect their very heartbeat now. Call happened a sideways glance to Dom, she noticed he had also slunk to the ground. This should be an easy kill she thought to herself. She watched as the herd continued to graze, oblivious to the fate that would await a few of their members. She spotted a lame doe,holding her right foreleg with care as she stepped about the grasses. There was also a few older does hanging to the back they leaned against one another obviously uncomfortable in the cold. Their bodies must be too weak to sustain them in the chill she thought to herself. Of course there were several yearlings as well, but Call had a conscience she never liked to eat from the young.

I was startled by Yuushuu, and noticed the weird scent of the other side was gone, then I turned and bowed "I'm proud of you," I half whispered to myself then turned back out into the open "Yes they should be back by sunhigh but until then how would you like to learn more hunting and fighting skills?" I looked at her hoping I didn't give my worry away

"I'd like that very much." Yuushuu answered, with a nod. She sensed worry from Storm, but wasn't sure exactly what the cause could have been. There were many things to worry about in recent days and they would not truly be safe until they had reached their destination.

I nodded then walked to an open space to where I could still watch the rest of the pack then all of the sudden whipped around using the speed and momentem from it to tackle and knock over Yuushuu, then I got up looking at her "You need to learn quick reflexes and the small hints that somebodys gonna do that, here you could see my foot start to twist and I started to bend down, these are the small signs" I said while demonstraiting what I was doing "Here lets do it again but only you wont know when I'm going to attack, be prepared and watch my movements, when your in an actual battle, your foe wont tell you this stuff" I said turning and starting to walk around a bit

Yuushuu was surprised when Storm knocked her over. She was definitely right about needing to learn when someone was going to do that. Perhaps it was trust that made it hard for her to see something like an attack coming. But then, that's why training helps. Even if you trust someone, you never know when something bad could happen. Yuushuu tried to concentrate, watching carefully, waiting. Looking for Storm to make a move.

I walked back and forth for a bit then suddenly got ready to jump but twisted my paw t much and had a slightly clumsy jump and thought to myself mid air 'if she doesn't bat me out of the air we have alot of training to do', when I finished my thoughts I was almost right infront of her then realized I would land hard, hurting her so I twisted giving a light kick on her chest with my hind leg 'come on I'm an easy target grab my leg or something' I thought to myself hoping she had that instinc
