Ace growled,"You wouldn't dare,and no i didn't get it out of his precious little vault.I've run into plenty of wild red dragons and befriended them."She wasn't angry at this moment only speaking the flat out truth.

Thomas said,"Okay,i'd prefer if you start talking some where esle if you stick around to long the others will get suspicious."

"Last I checked, these lands are free, and I have the right to talk wherever I want to," Elly sweetly replied. She smiled at Thomas. "If you want me to go, then nicely ask me to leave. You won't have to see me again until I return tomorrow night with your white horse, and after that, I'll be out of your life forever." She was about to say something else, but she bit her lip to keep from saying something she knew she'd regret. She didn't want to even give the other two any idea as to who she was.

In about ten minutes, I'm gonna have to get off, but I shouldn't be gone for more than an hour.

"Fine princess of rich,i'll meet back ehre as well to witness you bringing the horse.," Ace said with a smirk.She highly doubted that she could pull it off.

Thomas sighed,"Fair enough."

"If I don't show up with the horse as promised, then this is yours to keep. But if I do return with the horse, then I get my necklace back," Elly said, handing a ruby and diamond necklace to Thomas. She laughed softly and closed her eyes. "Would I really be so stupid enough to do that if I knew I wouldn't be able to get the horse?" She opened her eyes and then turned and walked away.

"Does anyone have a clue who she is?" Madison asked, walking up to Thomas and Ace. He'd been watching the three, and he'd left his friend to watch his merchandise so that he could speak with Thomas and Ace.

Ace said,"No idea."

Thomas shook his head,"I've never seen her before."Though he saw lots of every people to buy his merchandise every day.

"I'm sure I would have recognized her if she hadn't had that hood up..." Madison said. He frowned a little bit. "Her voice sounded very familiar, but I don't have a clue where I've heard it before." He shrugged a little bit and looked around for a moment.

"But what she said about the king's vault... I wonder how she would know that. I've never heard that before, even with all the talk that circulates around here," he slowly added.

But I may disappear and reappear randomly. 

"Indeed,even i didn't know what was in his heavily guarded vaults...hm,seems like she has high authority with the king and is able to know about them..." Thomas said.He was mildly curious on how this girl knew and had so much...

Ace smirked,"Ah ha,you hid Soldier and showed another black war horse didn't you?"

Thomas grinned,"But ofcourse,i've been hiding him for a while now.That war horse your looking at now is named Faith,and is ofcourse a female and not male."He went into his tent and the horse trotted out after him and he said,"thirty coins please."

Ace gave a grin and said,"Here."She placed the small golden metal into his out stretched palm and he handed her the reins.Ace had gotten what she'd come for and that jerk was getting the other horse and not the finest one.She said,"Hey,now where is his saddle?" Thomas laughed and put the red leather saddle on him.She got on him and trotted him for a bit smiling.She'd been after Soldier since he was merely a colt and her a child.

Thomas smiled and said,"Enjoy."

"I don't think she'll easily be fooled..." Madison said after a moment. He frowned and watched the two. "If she really has the authority that it seems that she does, then she'll know every war horse in this place and the surrounding lands. It might not be wise to attempt to pull such a trick over her..." He shrugged and continued to watch Ace. He hoped that all would go well the next night and that the girl wouldn't start anything. 

"Though... I'm a little curious to see if she will actually show up with the white horse," he laughed. He shook his head a little. "They're nearly impossible to acquire, and if she does get her hands on one, she'd be the one that's foolish for giving it up."

"hey,i almost ought Faith anyway so what's the difference?that was the only other black horse that anyone could acctually see." Ace shrugged.

Thomas said,"that's what i'm thinking."

Elly sighed softly as she walked through the Black Market, leading a solid white war horse behind her. She ignored the murmurs of the crowd as she looked around. She headed over to where she knew Thomas would be, a small smirk tugging at the corners of her lips.

"I brought the horse," she said when she found him. She glanced back at the horse and nodded a little. "She's the finest one in the lands; her name's Blizzard." She paused for a moment and then looked at Thomas. 

"Now I'd appreciate it if you would returned my necklace and give me the horse I came here for." 

Thomas returned her necklace and said,"Well, here's Faith."He'd set up a thing with Madison so Ace could pretend to buy Soldier from him instead.

Ace handed him the coins which would soon return to Thomas.She pulled on his reins and he followed her with ease and no problem.She mounted him and rode him over to Thomas's stand."Greetings Thomas,Like my new horse?"

"Do you think I'm so stupid as to fall for this?" Elly asked, her eyes narrowing slightly. She tightened her hold on Blizzard's reins, feeling her temper rising a little. She shook her head and glanced at Ace. "I have friends in very high places, and they're all over these lands. Don't think even for a second that I don't know that the horse I came here for is the one she's riding." She paused for a moment before she spoke again.

"I've had my eyes set on that horse for a long time now, and I'm more than willing to do whatever it takes for that horse to be in my possession. It would be very foolish of you two to deprive me of what I want," she told them.

"Pah,look who ever you are,there is only one other horse i have,exacctly like him too,his name is Bullet,that be Soldiers twin brother,he is even better quality.Soldier is slow and takes time,while Bullet is fast and quick to know what to do.He is even larger than Soldier,I'll give you him instead.I didn't see you for fifteen years feeding,grooming,and taking care of Soldier,so she has every right to claim him." Thomas growled.He didn't have time for snobby girls who got what ever they pleased.Ace would have Soldier if she wished no matter the cost.

Ace growled,"and that girl would be me."She wasn't about to give Soldier up and Bullet was just too strong,large and fast for her.She needed a slower horse.Anyway,Bullet was in better quality and some would pay thousand of gold coins for Bullet.

"Let me see this horse," Elly said after a moment, deciding to not argue any longer over something that wouldn't matter to her in a week's time. She laughed and shifted the majority of her weight to her other foot.

"And besides... I have other things to do than spend time grooming a horse. I have people that do that kind of stuff for me," she informed the two. "Of course.. I can't expect you two to understand that. You have to work for practically everything you have. We just live in two different worlds." 

"Damn right we do," Ace growled.She didn't like this arrogant additude that this girl was giving her...

Thomas nodded and went behind and into the back of an abandoned building.He had the horse with him and brought him out to her.He clearly didn't lie about the horse in any way...

Ace said,"Pah,i bet you wouldn't last one day in my shoes."

"You have no idea when it comes to curses," Thomas sighed.He was a vampire,though no else knew that...

"I could so last a day in your shoes," Elly replied. She nodded and looked over at Ace. She laughed a little bit. "But you'd never be able to last very long in my place. You'd come running back begging for me to return your shoes to you." She nodded a second time.

"And as for curses, I won't even get started on those again. But if you knew, you would surely agree that this is one curse that is impossible for me to get rid of," she added after a few moments. 

"If you speak of the royalty curse,than it isn't very hard to be ridded of,not as hard as Vampirism or Lycanthropy.There is no cure for either." Thomas said.

Ace laughed,"No,you'd want your golden slippers back because,i have no servants,i live in the woods in a cave.No warm bed what so ever and only a fire for warmth.I also have to hunt my food."She pulled a sword from her scabbard at her hip,it have many jewels upon it,"and i make swords.This is one fo the few rare ones i won't sell."

"Trust me, I can take whatever is thrown at me," Elly laughed. She smiled a little bit. "I may not seem like much to you, but looks are quite decieving." She turned and looked at Thomas for a moment.

"This horse..." she said slowly. She paused for a moment. "Hypothetically speaking, if I was to choose to run away, how far would he be able to take me in one day? And is he fast enough to be able to compete with one of the fastest horses in the land? Or would he just be a waste of my time and money?"
