Ace let Soldier trot after Madison and said,"Lets hope we can get far enough that we can lose the quads if they catch on and come after us."

Thomad kicked the horses sides and it bolted for the place that Elly had told him Bullet would be.

"We won't have a problem, I'm sure," Madison said, glancing back at Ace. He smiled at her. "It's late, and most everyone will be asleep. This is the perfect time for us to leave, and I doubt we'll be followed."

Elly smiled a little and closed her eyes, enjoying the feel of the wind in her hair. After a few moments, she opened her eyes and looked at Thomas.

"How for do you think we'll be bale to get tonight?" she asked him.

"We'll be able to travel a good two hundred miles for tonight," Thomas replied calmly.He linked the feel of her arms around him,the warmth of her skin made him eager to become human again...

Ace nodded,"Ofcourse."

"That'll put us pretty close to the border," Elly said after a moment. She nodded and closed her eyes again. "But this isn't even the hard part of our journey, I'm sure..."

"Where are we going to go?" Madison asked. He laughed a little bit. "I know you told me... But with all the excitement of leaving and the thinking I've been doing, I don't remember what you said..." 

Ace scowled and sighed.She then repeated,"Past the Haunted woods,through the bog,into the Fairy forest and out the other side to the unknown lands."She was determined to get there.

Thomas sighed,"Not at all,not to mention i have to force the witch to lift my curse,that won't be easy in its slightest."

"The Fairy Forest is going to be a real pain.." Madison said, making a face. He sighed and nodded. "But all of that will be manageable, I guess. It'll just take time and patience, along with some other stuff."

"If any of us can help out in any way, we will," Elly told him. She smiled a little bit. "I know how much this must mean to you, and if I live through this journey, which I hope I will, I'll owe you a whole lot." 

"Yup." Ace agreed.

Thomas nodded."I won't force you to help me return my humanity."

"I want to help you," Elly replied with a laugh. She smiled at Thomas. "Helping you get your humanity back is the least I can do after you've saved me from a lifetime of royalty." She happily nodded.

"Let's stop here and wait for them," Madison soon said. His horse came to a stop, and he dismounted, holding the reins tightly in his hands. "They'll have to come this way unless they want to take the long way around." 

Ace nodded,"short cuts are better if we want to maintain some ground and time."

Thomas sighed,"Thanks,you have no idea how much this will ever mean to me."

Madison nodded a little as he ran his hand over his horse's side. He sighed softly and closed his eyes.

"We'll need to get as far as possible in such short time... But there aren't very many shortcuts that we can actually use to our advantage," he said, sighing again.

"I'm sure I'll never know," Elly said after a moment. She shrugged a little bit and looked up at Thomas. "But everyone deserves a chance to be happy, and I can tell that you're not happy with being a vampire." 

"I'm not,vampires are set out to specifically drain humans,i don't want to hurt people any more." Thomas said calmly. He truly didn't understand himself why he was telling her things he'd never told anyone...the words seemed to just spill.

Ace nodded and said confidently,"i'm confident we'll reach the bog by almost an hour to day light."

"You don't have to act like other vampires," Elly said softly. She smiled a little bit. "You're your own person, Thomas. You have the power to do whatever you want to do with your life, regardless of what others do."

"If we leave soon, we might can make it even farther than that," Madison replied. He nodded and looked around for a moment. "We only have a few hours before daylight, but that's more than enough time to get good distance between us and this place." 

"Yes," Ace agreed.

Thomas sighed,"You don't understand,i can't just drain an animal like others can,my particular kind of vampire either thrives on human blood or parishes,as in going mad and blood raged and destroying an entire village."He didn't want to hurt anyone,though the bright side was, if he bit anyone like per say on the wrist,he wouldn't change them.

"that's what i'm hoping," Thomas said as they started heading back on their own horses to find Ace and Madison.

Ace said,"I hope they aren't being slow because of gossip."

"I'm sure you'll get lucky," Elly said happily. She smiled and nodded. "I'll do my best to help you out in any way I can. I want to help you return to your humanity." She laughed softly and nodded again. 

"I hope they're not being slow because something happened to them," Madison replied with a laugh. He looked over at Ace. "I'd rather they were slow because they're gossiping about something stupid." 

They finnally made it to them and Ace looked Thomas in the eye and said,"well,it's about time."

Thomas laughed,"You are very impatient." he was right ofcourse. Ace had her 'i want it now' moments. She only pouted at him and he smirked.

"At least we know they're alive," Madison pointed out with a laugh. He smiled at Ace. "Looks like you were probably right with what you said about them."

"What did she say?" Elly asked, looking over at the two. She frowned a little bit. "Nothing too bad, I hope..."
