Cage caught the berry in his mouth, chewing down on it happily. He paid no attention to Haine whatsoever as she watched, eyes wide and fists clenched, as the Pokéball shook. That's going to be a problem... Nate thought as her Charmander, finished with his berry, started poking around the bushes. Icarus was quiet the entire time, sitting on Nate's shoulder and staring judgementally at everyone. Finally, Haine's Pokéball made a miraculous click! Stumbling over to the floating Pokéball, Haine grabbed it and stood as tall as she could, only waist-deep in water. "I caught a Horsea!" She said triumphantly as she climbed out of the small pond. Nate rolled his eyes. "Congrats, get dry." He said. |

((Shaste is NOT DEAD! D< And yus, Sas can lurk. c: <3)) Kat clapped as the Horsea was sucked into the pokeball. A huge grin appeared on her face as Haine grabbed the ball. "Good job, Haine!" Kat said excitedly, looking around her feet for her own pokemon. "Kona?" She called, looking for her Mudkip.
A noise made Kat turn. Collin had cleared his throat to grab her attention. He pointed downwards, and Kat looked: Her Kona, and his own Treeko, Koko, were wrestling in the mud. Of course, Kona liked it. "Kona!" She called, almost angrily, she didn't want him getting sick! "Get out of that mud! Come on.... Can you please wash off?"
Both pokemon looked up at Collin, who gave them a stern eye. He didn't want them to start off disobediant, that would make them extremely hard to train. The two pokemon came to have sad looks on their faces as they cleaned up in the river. It was too hot outside for them to be out like that.
"Haine," Collin said loudly. "You better go get Cage..." He mumbled, pointing at the Charmander exploring in the bushes. "His tail is going to light those plants on fire...." Collin then went quite, his face back to the normal 'don't mess with me' type of thing. He was just like that.
"Kona!" Kat called again to her Mudkip. "Come on! We gotta go train!" She was already walking towards some tall grass. Wasn't that were pokemon lived? Yes, she was almost certain of it. Then, a Poochyena jumped out at her, making her almost scream in suprise.
"Kona! Hurry! Use Tackle!" She shouted at the already running Mudkip. They mudkip then ran and tackled the enemy, draining about half it's life. Then, the Poochyena came and tackled Kona, hurting it more than Kat would like.
"Quick, use Tackle again!" Kat said, poiting at the opposing pokemon. Kona tackled the pokemon, making it feint. She could tell that her Mudkip was already feeling stronger from the battle. "Good job Kona!" She said happily, throwing the Mudkip a berry. She would have to find some more, or buy some more, because she was already running low. ((Sorry for this fail! D; My mind is still in camping mode. :'c))

[[ omg she's alive o-o ]] "Oh, right! Thanks, Collin!" Haine said, grabbing the newly caught Horsea's Pokéball and rushing out of the water. She shook herself a bit, then started calling for her Charmander. "Cage, cut that out!" Haine said. Her voice was supposed to be stern, but she was grinning. Cage looked over his shoulder and gave a little growl, waddling over to Haine and then swinging his tail over to Haine. Nate let out a little cry of surprise, but then realized that Cage's tail stopped very near Haine's leg. "What's he doing?" Nate asked, holding Icarus protectively in case the little Snivy decided to roll and wrestle in the mud along with the others. Haine shrugged. "I think he's drying my leg?" She suggested. Haine was already feeling the heat of the small flame, and a spot on her leg gradually became dry. Once Cage felt like Haine's leg had not a drop of water from the pond on it, he hugged her leg. Haine let out a laugh. "Charmanders hate water! I think he just wanted to give me a hug." She grinned. Nate glanced at Icarus, as if saying why won't you give me a hug? [[ Major d'aww moment xD ]]
