((Nah. I think it's kinda funny that he's a klutz. And thanks. I'm pretty good at writing fighting scenes. Of course, I write books that involve fighting and stuff, so I kinda have to learn how to write fighting scenes. -.-'))

Zuri heard a loud thump, and then a few more. She looked over to the staircase. A boy, apparently the short one, was laying there. Of course, he wasn't very short to her, given that she was 5'1". She pointed her gun at him, and walked over quietly. She loaded it with a load of bullets and said, "Any last words, leech?"

 [['Welcome. And I usually don't write other than for rp's, and they are usually romance more than fighting.]]

Olavi opened and closed his mouth a few times. Then he finally said, "That wasn't fair! You should make a mistake also to make it fair!" He sat up and ignored how Zuri was advancing on him. His ankle throbbed painfully and, knowing his luck, he probably broke it. "And I'm already wounded. Don't you believe in mercy? You could just kill me, but no!" He dragged out the 'no' childishly. "You also have to make it so then I'm unable to escape!" He acted as though it was Zuri's fault that he tripped.

 [[Are you listening to music?]]

Olavi winced. "You broke my leg! I wouldn've been gone by now if you didn't trip me with your witch powers!" He snorted. "And I'm not a klutz! I just have bad luck! And you made me fall!" Olavi hated being called a klutz almost as much as he hated being called short. He looked around for something to help him stand up, but saw nothing. "Can you help me up?"

((Yes. How did you know? o.o))

Despite being a vampire hunter, Zuri couldn't help but feel sorry for the vampire. He was helpless in that moment. She kept her gun trained on Olavi's head, but she offered him her hand. "You didn't answer my questions. And I'm not going to let you go. You'll just wreak havoc on the world like the rest of your vampire friends." She looked away, and sighed.

[[ I'm stalking you! I was just wondering if you were, what you would be listening to.]]

Olavi snorted. "I wanted to be standing when you kill me." He took her hand and winced as he was being pulled up. "It's the least you could do after maiming me. I'm never going to be able to walk properly again! You might as well just chop off my leg and stick a post to it! And they weren't my friends, just my partners. They kept calling me short! I would've had them killed after all of this anyway."

[[Do you notice how every time Olavi mentions his injury he makes it sound worse and worse every time?]]

((I'm listening to japanese music. Vocaloid to be exact...)) 

Zuri sighed. "You're so melodramatic. You don't have to worry about walking where you're going." She pressed Olavi against the wall with one hand, and pressed her gun to his head. He was trapped now.

"Listen. Answer my questions, and I might let you live." She took in a deep breath and said, "Who are you, and why didn't you and your vampire fri- partners run from me when I came here? I'm going to count to ten, and if you haven't answered by the time I get there, I'm going to blow your brains out, okay?" She smiled sadistically. "One. Two. Three."

((Yup. Oh, and vampires heal quickly, so he won't have to worry about that. XD))

[[ Holy asj;ghawuo;fthua! What song? Paradichlorobenzene x Anti-chlorobenzene on right now!]]

Olavi snorted in pure irritation. "I'm not talking to you, you witch! You're evil powers aren't going to work on me!" He wasn't stupid, he would probably be killed anyway if he went home without the vampire hunter dead. So he stood still and quiet until Zuri got to eight. Then he started talking very fast.

"I'm Olavi. Who are you? I'm a vampire, and I'm not melodramatic. They weren't running from you, they were supposed to kill you. Can you back up? I like my space, thanks." Olavi huffed.

[[I don't think Olavi cares about that. He's going to complain either way.]]

((No. I'm listening to Butterfly on your Right Shoulder right now.))

Zuri smiled triumphantly. She backed up a few inches, but didn't let him have enough space to run. "I'm not a witch, but some vampires do believe that I have some sort of power..." She tapped her chin with her free hand.

"So, your name is Olavi. I already knew you were a vampire. Are you high up among the vampric ranks? If so, I could get a good randsom from the king." She laughed, thinking of all the money vampric royalty would be worth.

[[woops, I meant to say 'I'm listening to *complicated ti

"Thank you." Olavi said, happily accepting the space. "And don't touch me. I still don't know who you are." He tried to pull back from her hand, but only succeeded in crashing the back of his head into the brick wall behind him. He hissed painfully at the contact. "The only reason my father would want me back is to kill me himself. He won't be happy that I've failed my mission." Olavi said with certainty.

"Wouldn't it be stupid to demand from ransom? Father could send trackers on your message and find you. The smartest thing you should do is pretend that I did kill you and move somewhere else so then he won't send more people after you."

"I'll just kill the trackers like I killed your partners." Zuri smiled, and gestured to the blood-soaked room before them. "And I'm Zuri. Professional vampire hunter, liscensed by a descendent of Van Helsing."

((Fail, once again.))

Olavi raised an eyebrow. "All of them? Miss Zuri, Father is willing to send every vampire in his control at you." Olavi snorted. It was stupid on sending a whole army to fight a single girl.

[[Same here, sorry.]]

[[Ooooo! Someone said a naughty word!]]

"I don't like people so close to me! Is there nothing wrong with that? You try being able to hear every breath, every heartbeat! It's like I'm standing next to a drum! Hurry up and kill me!" Olavi shouted straight back.

[[Fail. And do you want Olavi to 'beg to be saved' like we had originally planed?]]

((I don't know how else Zuri will tranq him. She really doesn't like vampires, but she can't stand it when people beg for their lives. XD))

"Well if you weren't such a blood-sucking leech, you wouldn't have to worry about that!" Zuri yelled back, her voice much louder this time. She pushed her gun against Olavi's head, and said, "Now, do you have enough dignity to say any last words?"

[[Kay~]]

Olavi's eyes unfocused. "I always wondered what it would be like to die before it happened to me. I wasn't born like this, I used to have a heartbeat." He whispered almost to himself. His voice was faint and didn't have the same edge it had when he was arguing with the hunter. It also had a strange accent to it that became more obvious as he talked. "I remember what it's like to lose all humanity in a few seconds. And when you come back to it, all you can do is look at what you have done and regret your existence." His voice became softer and his eyes met the girl's. "Please don't kill me. I already know what it's like to die. Please don't kill me, Zuri."

Zuri's fierce nature faded as Olavi spoke in a soft tone. She closed her eyes, and focused on her index finger pulling the trigger, but all she could do was lower her gun. She pulled a tranquilizer dart filled with holy water out of her belt, and raised it into the air. With a strong downward motion, Zuri embedded the needle into Olavi's skin, and pushed all of the clear liquid into his blood.

Within a few seconds, he should be out.

[[lol, how am I to reply to that?]]

Olavi definitely didn't see that coming. The dart stung in his skin. Olavi stumbled forward into Zuri as he lost consciousness. His last thoughts were along the lines of 'Don't touch me, don't touch me, don't touch me!'
