When Zuri felt Olavi go limp, she grabbed him by his legs, and dragged him out of the room. She hauled him into the back of her pickup truck, thinking of what she had done. Her brother would not be happy about this at all. She pulled into the driveway of her brother's house, where she lived. She grabbed Olavi and began to drag him to the basement. In the middle of the large basement was a cage about fifty feet by fifty feet. She grabbed the keys to the cage, and pushed Olavi into the cell-like structure. The bars of the cage were reinforced steel. They normally used the cage to hold vampires for questioning, but in this case it would be used for a different reason. Zuri locked the cage, and pushed the keys into her back pocket. She walked back up the stairs into the laundry room, and made her way to the living room. She hoped her brother hadn't heard her, but she couldn't be sure. ((Remember, you play as her brother.))

[[ =D ]] Her brother, Timo, was laying on the couch and gave her a dirty look when she walked into the room. "And what was that noise? Did you bring back another leech to 'interrogate'?" Timo snarled. He hated how his dear sister only cared about those ticks. It was always 'Vampire this' and 'Vampire that'! It was impossible to do anything normal with Zuri being around. Timo shifted so that he was sitting properly and patted the cushion next to him. "So you want a snack? How many were there? I can make some hot chocolate if you want. Are you hurt?" He asked nonchalantly, almost as if this happened all the time. Oh, that's right, it did.

Zuri rolled her eyes at her brother. "I was just making sure that there wasn't anything in the basement. I hear noises down there all the time," she lied. She yawned and sat down next to her big brother. "There weren't too many. Only about eight or nine, and I killed them all without problem. One of them was a real klutz, too." She laughed. "Oh yeah, it's about four in the morning. It wouldn't be too smart to eat this late. It always makes me have weird dreams, Timo." She pulled her hair out of its ponytail so that it fell on her shoulders. She then ran her fingers through it, so that it dangled at her mid-back.

Timo snorted. "It's four in the morning. You should be in bed, not returning home after killing a bunch of vampires. Why can't I have a normal sister?" He paused and reached for a remote and turned on the T.V. in front of them. "Tell me about the klutzy one. Usually they're pretty perfect. I've never seen a leech mess up." Another pause. "Other than trying to attack a hunter." He added. Timo leaned back against the cushions. "You sure you aren't hungry at all? I am." That wasn't strange at all, Timo could eat at any time. It was amazing that he manages to burn off everything he eats.

"You should be in bed, too. Plus, you know that I'm a night owl." Zuri laughed. She had to be a night owl to be able to hunt vampires. If you didn't think like one, you couldn't kill one. "And you know I'm not normal. I don't act like other girls do, and I'm sorry about that." She sighed. "The klutzy one was short, and he actually was obsessed over personal space. I think he was royalty. And no. I'm not hungry. Of course, you're hungry. You're hungry all of the time. Speaking of which, I don't understand how you aren't a thousand pounds by now." Zuri ate a lot, too. She could put down more food than most football players, but she only ate at meal times. She hardly ever snacked unless it was candy. "Of course, I could use some chocolate..."

[[Yeah, I know Timo sounds interested now, but he likes the idea of things, not actually having them happen.]] Timo rolled his eyes. "How you got through school is beyond me." He got up and walked to the T.V. and stuck his hand into the cookie jar that was on top of it. He pulled out a wrapped Twix and Kit-Kat bar and through them at his sister before grabbing a piece of Dove chocolate for himself and coming back to the couch. "Do you think he was actually a royal? Too bad you didn't capture him. How did he act, other than the personal space? Did he stand his ground while his friends fell around him? Was he any different than them?" He popped the chocolate in his mouth, all past irritation fading. He was almost acting like a kid at a candy store now. Even though Timo despised it when Zuri went and saved the world one vampire at a time, he still loved to hear her stories.

Zuri wrinked her nose at the mention of school. However, when she saw the kit-kat and the twix bar, she smiled and took them. She unwrapped the twix bar, and ate it while talking. "I'm not really sure if he was a royal, but he acted.... not like the others. He was the last one standing when I killed all of his buddies, and he wanted to run away from me. I trapped him though, and blew his brains out." Zuri made a motion as if she was shooting a gun. She was an expert liar. She could feed anyone the most outrageous stories, and they would believe her without a doubt. She learned that she was a good liar when she was a kid. She finished her twix bar, and went to work on the kit-kat. The easiest way to keep Zuri on your good side was to give her chocolate.

Timo snorted at the thought. "Good for you. He probably deserved it! I've heard that those royals have such a high position because they were born vampires and so they don't have any humanity or regret like other might have. They don't know what it's like to turn so they don't have the same fears and such." Her brother got up. "Well, I for one am going to bed. And you, young lady, are also going down soon. I got you a job interview tomorrow at twelve sharp and you better be ready for it. We're barely getting by with what I make." And with that, he turned and quickly fled upstairs, praying that Zuri didn't follow and kill him. He knew that the responsibility of a job would 'tie her down' so to speak, but it was annoying to watch her do nothing but sleep in the daytime.

Zuri cringed. "YOU GOT ME A WHAT?!" She stormed up the stairs, but she slipped on one of the carpeted stairs, falling down the rest of them. She hit her head on the wooden wall, she got up, and rubbed the back of her head, which was going to hurt in the morning. "I'm gonna kill you, Timo! Do you know what kinds of things I have to do? I have to... I have to research, and I have to clean the Bloody Rose. And- And. Ugh!" She growled, and sighed. She went up the stairs more carefully this time, but she wasn't near as angry as she was at the bottom of the stairs. She sat down in the middle of the floor and said, "Timo, you might as well tell me where the job interview is and what it's for." She then remembered that Olavi should have woken up by then.

Timo, safe behind the door to his room at this point, smirked. "It's at the library. All the job requires of you to do is put books where they belong and try not to fall asleep. It was the easiest job I saw, so I knew it would be perfect for you. That one guy who was crushing on you through high school is going to be doing the interview, so be nice and don't act yourself and you'll get it. I am actually going to bed now, so goodnight." And with that, everything went quiet other than some shuffling of cloth, and the light that shown under the door went out.

((Who's going to play the job interviewer? Me or you?)) Zuri fell on her back. I am so going to kill him. Not only did he have to get me a job interview, but one with a guy at my highschool who likes me, she thought. She walked further down the hall, and stopped at her bedroom. She walked into her own personal bathroom and took a quick shower. She then walked back into her bedroom, slipped into her pajamas, and threw herself onto her bed. She stared at the ceiling for a few minutes, and slowly drifted off to sleep. ((Timeskip to morning?))

[[You. I want you to have a supper long post of conversation with yourself so then I don't have to do anything xD I will play the interviewer.]] [[Do your vampires eat human food in between feedings?]] Timo woke up at eight O'clock, and was going to wake up his sister, but then remembered that he loved his life and wanted to continue it without and problems. So he waited until ten to wake Zuri up. Which is why he ended up standing at his sister's door for ten minutes, banging loudly and shouting 'get up! Get up! Get up!' before he finally threatened to take away her car keys for a week, as well as he hunting tools. [[Failed post]]

Zuri pulled the pillow over her head, but when Timo mentioned taking away her car keys and her hunting tools, she immediately got up. She opened the door to her room, and yelled, "I'm awake, okay?!" She then slammed the door back in his face, and began to get ready. She took another shower, and put on a purlple sun dress that she despised, but everyone told her it looked good on her. It wasn't dressy, but it made her look nice. She walked into the bathroom again, and pulled her hair back into a long braid that draped over her right shoulder. She brushed her teeth, and walked out of her room sluggishly. "I hate mornings." ((Vampires don't have to eat food, but they can if they choose to.))

[[Kay]] Timo already had breakfast out on the kitchen table, it was scrambled eggs and bacon with a side of some chocolate. The eggs were normal for breakfast, but the chocolate was new, it was Timo's way of apologizing to Zuri for the job interview. Beside the plate full of food was a note scribbled in Timo's almost perfect handwriting. 'Sorry Zuri about the interview again, I needed to find a way to tie you down. just think that we need some more money if we plan on continuing to live here. am going to work now, so I'll probably net be here when you come down. I think I heard some noises downstairs, maybe there really is something down there. Love, Timo'

Zuri walked sluggishly down the stairs. She walked into the kitchen, sitting down in her chair. She shoveled down the food, noticing the chocolate. Though the plate was piled high, she ate every bit of it. She then spotted the letter. After reading through it, she sighed. Then she remembered what the last sentence had said. "Oh sh!t!" She got up, and began to run towards the basement. "I almost forgot!" She flung the door open, and began searching for the light switch. She flicked it on. "Hey you. You awake yet?" She shut the basement door.

Olavi was sitting, his back to the door and his knees at his chest. He turned to glare at her, then went back to writing in the dust on the floor. "Did you forget about me?" He made stabing motions at the ground before calming himself and going back to writing in his loopy hand writing. Olavi was not happy. He had been awake for about an hour alreays, and he was very bored. Yes, he was happy he was still alive, but it was anoying that he was locked in a freaking cell.

"Of course not," Zuri said, lying fluently. She looked over at Olavi. "You should be thanking me. Instead of killing you, I spared your life." She walked towards the cage, making sure to keep a safe distance. Of course, it wasn't like she needed to do it. She had daggers in a holster around her left thigh. But still, it wouldn't hurt to take precautions. She walked over to the far side of the basement, grabbing a remote control, and a few pillows. She pushed the pillows through the bars of the cell, along with the remote. She went over to the side of the basement, and pulled a sheet off of an ob ject; a t.v. It wasn't very large, but it would do. She turned it on, and said, "Here. Keep yourself occupied." She was a bit closer to the cell than she needed to be, but she wasn't worried about that at the time.

[[Sorry if it's talking me a while to reply, I have three other rps going on right now]] He took the pillows and remote. "Yeah, thanks, I guess." He said, not looking at her. He pressed a button and jumped as the t.v. changed channels. Olavi looked back and forth between the remote and t.v. before he pressed another button and the channel changed again. "What is this... contraption...?" He asked slowly, putting down the remote like it was a bomb and going to explode any moment. Olavi glanced at the t.v. before looking at Zuri.

((It's fine.)) Zuri rolled her eyes. "What are you? Uneducated? That thing is a remote." She drew out the word remote very slowly, as if explaining it to a child. "You press the buttons to control what you're watching, and how you watch it. It's quite easy. So, I've got to go to some job interview. If I come back, and you're gone, I'll make it a personal mission to hunt you down and slowly kill you." She let out a smile, and waved before going up the stairs and going into the laundry room. "Bye-bye~" She grabbed her keys, and walked outside to her truck. She turned it on, and drove to the library quickly. It wasn't that long of a drive, given that she only lived a few miles away from it. She squinted at the sun, still not to fond of the idea of being awake during the day. She resituated her braid on her shoulder, and walked in the doors of the library. She walked to the job interview room, and sat down. The only reason that she knew where everything was in the library was because she spent so much time in there. Over the past few years, she had spent most of her free time in the library, her nose buried in a book. Most of it was for research on vampires, and what they were like, but other times it was for fun. Sighing, Zuri crossed her legs, and tapped her hands on her thighs impatiently.

A man not older than her - Jake - stumbled into the room, mumbling curses under his breath. When he saw Zuri, his mood lifted considerably. "Zuri! You came. I thought you would just ignore the interview and do whatever you normally do during the day." He piratically cooed and sat across from her at the table. "You look like you haven't changed a bit, still deathly pale and you keep your hair in that braid of yours." He chuckled and flipped some papers on the table in front of him. "I guess you still go off at night and hunt your imaginary monsters?" Jake snorted at this, remembering their days at high school when all of the other girls would tell stories of how Zuri would go out every night and practice witchcraft. It was never proven, of course, but neither disproven. Jake obviously didn't expect Zuri to reply to that because he continued talking. "I am going to be your interviewer today, Zuri. I am going to ask you a series of questions and you are to answer them truthfully. Okay?"
