"I think I got the job. Of course, I might not keep it for long." Zuri sighed. "That boy... Jake was his name. He told me I was deathly pale. Before my first week at work is over, I might beat him half to death." She rolled over on her back, and put her legs in Timo's lap, not feeling like sitting up. She yawned, and said, "It doesn't feel right being awake during the day."

"I have a cell phone, but Lori doesn't." She yawned once more, and stood up. Zuri looked over to Timo and said, "Hm... I don't really care what you make, as long as it's edible." She laughed, and said, "I'm going to go walking around town. Call me if you need me." She smiled, and waved before going out of the house and walking around the street. She looked up at the sky. The sun was getting ready to set, and she would be wide awake. She felt antsy just thinking about night time.

After a few minutes of walking, Zuri heard her cell phone ring in her pocket. She pulled it out and noticed that Timo was calling. "What could he be calling me for so soon?" She cocked her head to the side like a puppy, and pressed the answer button.

"Hello? Timo? What'd you call me for?" She stopped walking, and scratched the back of her head.

Zuri frowned. She sighed and said, "I'm sorry. I'll be right there." She hung up before Timo had any time to spit out anything else at her, and began sprinting back to her house.

It didn't take her very long to get back to the house, but she couldn't help but imagine Timo, with his frying pan in hand, trying to hit Olavi through the bars. It seemed like a frying pan was his signature weapon. She snickered, and sprinted through the house, going down the basement stairs two at a time.

She stopped at the bottom, and snatched the frying pan from Timo's hand. "Don't even think about hurting him." She threw the pan across the room, and it made a loud clanging noise when it landed.

"Ha!" Olavi laughed and Timo made a whimpering sound when the frying pan was stolen from him. "But Zuri!" He wined. "It's a vampire! You go about killing them all the time, and you won't let me hurt one?" He complained.

"Why a frying pan of all things?" The vampire asked Zuri, not wanting to the other male.

Zuri put her hands to her temples and said, "This vampire isn't like all of the others. He's not a monster." She sighed. "Timo, I'm sorry. Plus, you're not a vampire hunter." She wanted to strangle someone.

Timo  snorted. "What do you mean, he's not? He has fangs, does he not? And he's in the cage! He must be dangerous if you throw him behind bars!" He gestured wildly. "And I don't have to be a hunter! I could've taken him out if you had let me!"

Olavi rolled his eyes and crossed his arms. "Oh, yay, let's bash in my head until I'm dead. How fun!"

Zuri stifled a few laughs, which then turned into a fit of laughter. She fell to the floor, laughing. She held her stomach and said, "It would've made a mess if you would've killed him with your terrifying frying pan." She rolled her eyes. "And he's not dangerous. Trust me. I just don't want him going off and wreaking havoc on the world. Maybe I can train him or something."

"Sit boy." Timo commanded Olavi, who rolled his eyes and fell to the ground criss-cross-applesauce style. "Woolf" The vampire barked. "Seriously Zuri? You want to train me? You are defiantly not like the others."

Timo gasped, thinking for once. "I think I have a dog collar somewhere! It's black, so it'll fit him perfectly! Won't it boy?"

Zuri thought for a few seconds, and unlocked the cell door. She sighed, and said, "You're free to roam the home. However, if you get out of here without my supervision, I'll blast a hole in your head with the Bloody Rose." She opened the door, and gestured for him to get out. "Just don't break anything. You'll be sleeping in the guest bedroom upstairs. You two boys play nice," she said, glaring at Timo and then at Olavi.
