Her feet beat against the stone platform of 9 3/4.  Her long brown locks fell over her shoulders in loose curls as she pulled the bang from her left eye.  Her trunk was dragged behind her as a large feline sprawled on the trunk's top.  "Silviana." her father growled from behind.  That cursed name. Silvie thought in her mind as her feet came to a halt several meters from the train.  She turned upon her father.  "Yes?" she asked.  He delivered a warning glare.  "Don't disgrace our family name and do not disappoint me." he stated in a strong voice that would frighten most 11 year olds.  Silvie by now was used to her father's unloving tone...so therefore she treated him with respect.  She listened to her father's yearly speech of how disappointing her grades were... and rolled her eyes as he spoke, careful not to let him see.  "SILVIE!" the loud voice made her jump, she whipped around to see the blonde head that was Draco Malfoy on the platform.  She glanced at her father who gave the slightest of all nods as he gave her a quick hug and disappeared into the crowd, looking for Lucius most likely.

Draco smiled at his childhood friend.  "Ready for our first year at Hogwarts?  My father says they waste time with putrid dirty bloods." he groaned in annoyance, catching sight of older Gryffindors obviously mudblooded.  He returned his eyes to her as the two grabbed their luggage, pulling it onto the Hogwarts Express.  He took a seat in an empty space and leaned back against the velvet like seats.  Silvie sliding in across from him.  He listend to her speak of summer adventures, or recall memories they had over the last few years; adding in his own comments every now and then.  Students were still boarding, and Silvie's cat was curled up underneath her feet.  "So I think I will be in Slytherin.  The most grand of the houses." he smirked.  He watch Silvie smile and nod, "I agree, and I will be with you."

Jessica shook her crying mother off her shoulder as the 11 year-old attempted to get on the train. "Mom, I KNOW I'm going to get into Slytherin, I KNOW you love me, and YES, I am going to write! Now will you just get off of me and let me go??" The girl's voice was filled with annoyance. Jess did not like her mother... At all. "Thank you," She muttered under her breath as her crying mother finally let go of her. "Bye..." She said sarcastically as she boarded the train for once.

"Jess!" A young boy cried out. "Hey! It's me, Shawn! I haven't seen you since... Well, a few years back anyways." The kid called Shawn walked over to Jess and smiled. He hooked her by the arm and tried to find a compartment for them to share. He found one that had a boy named Draco, whom he was not aquanted with, and another girl named Silvie. "Mind if we sit in here with you?" Shawn asked the pair.
