"It's ok. Sorry for being rude." That's all Antonio would say. He turned back to his book, hoping Paradise would leave him alone. He felt horrible and she was making things worse.

((Brain fail.))

Paradise sat in silence for a while. Watching him. She wasn't the type to observe, like anti-social people were. But it was kind of fun when it was the only thing to do. She smirked. He was actually pretty cute. But she wasn't the type to all of a sudden fall for a guy, by there looks. Paradise had high expectations.

She noticed he was reading a book. She leaned on her forearms, across the table to look at it. Seeing it in Braille, she cocked her head. "How do you read it, with just dots...?"

Paradise understood most of it. She smiled at him, but was still a little confused. She chose to keep pressing on to another topic instead, and said, "So, how long did it take you to learn it?" He was sort of an amazement to her. But she would never admit it to anyone.

"Took me a year and a half. Most take longer, but I'm a fast learner." He wondered what was with all the questions. Most people would have left, bored, by now. It was one of those things that he will never quite understand.

She nodded her head, as she said, "OOhh." She watched him, as she tried to think of another question, she could ask to keep this conversation going. He seemed to be interested in the book though. "Whats the book called?" She wasn't positive, but she probably has read it before. Since she read so many books already in her life time.

"To kill a mockingbird. It's one of my favorites." He had quite a few favorites, but that's because he read in his free time. After he finished the last page, he dug through his bag, pulling out the biggest book yet, the last Pendragon book which he had read many times also. The book was huge, because the dots had to be big plus it was a big book when it was in regular print.

(( He magically had a braille clock, so he could see the 7 more minutes...Just trying to suggest. :O ))

Paradise nodded. "Oh. Sounds interesting. I'm surprised i've never read it, since i read alot.." She noticed the huge book, that he pulled out next. "Wow...So you like to read alot to? Nice to have a friend that does. Your the only one i know, other then myself, who goes to this school, that reads for fun."  

Antonio was lost in his thoughts with Paradise's voice broke through. ..They are all into the guys and stuff." He smiled slightly. "And you are not?" He chuckled, then the sound of the bell rang through the cafeteria. He got up to go, putting his book back in his bag.
