Crystal continued to glare. "I knew there was something wrong with you! You even talk to trees! You're a freak! And it turns out you're a vampire!" She got up, and was about to head home, until she was aware of her thirst. That was when she remembered about a book she had read. When you're bitten by a vampire, you become one. Her eyes suddenly opened wide in horror, and she fought back tears. She turned around, and her face clearly wasn't happy. "I hate you! Now I'm a stupid bloodsucker like you! I can't go back to my home! You idiot!" She walked up to him, and swung a punch at his face.

Her punch hit him and he was knocked over. He shuffled back and touched his wound in surprise. "What are you talking about? You're not a vampire! It takes much, much more than a simple 'kiss' to turn someone! If it was that simple, then the world would already be filled with my kind!" He snapped back. His face was seriously hurting now.
Crystal looked confused. "What?" she asked, all of a sudden feeling like an idiot. "So I'm not a vampire?" When she realized that the thirst was probably her imagination and she wasn't a vampire, her face went red with embarassment. "Sorry." Was all she could manage to say.

Olavi rolled his eyes. "Yeah, whatever. I guess I'm sorry I bit you, too. You still shouldn't have came out, though." A sudden thought occurred to him. Crystal pretty much saved his live, he had been unable to hunt.
Soon, all her embarassment from thinking she was a vampire went away, and was replaced by anger. "And I can't believe I was ever friends with a vampire," she said, flashing a sharp glare at him. She turned around, and began to run back home. She felt betrayed. Why didn't he tell her he was a vampire earlier? Why did he bite her?

Olavi jumped up. "Crystal! Please! Wait!" He called after her. Using his awesome vampire powers, he quickly caught up to her and stopped her. "You can't tell anyone I'm like this."
