"Heh. Yeah. I try to forget it, really," Lanen ran her fingers through her hair. All she was doing was probably peaking interest. DO NOT WANT! She turned to walk back to the others. "Your brothers probably worried, am I right?"
Saaski nodded. "Aye,"she sighed thinking of her big brother, Tam. "We should get back to him." Saaski felt in her pocket again and slightly smiled. Her item was safe.
Saaski was tudging along behind Lanen. Her hand moved slowly up from her apron pocket to her mouth. Her cheeks flushed as she sucked her fingers. "How delightful"she said to herself. Tam looked up and saw his sister with the girl from much earlier. "Saaski, youre ok!"he cheered. "Thank you."he said looking at Lanin.
Lanen sighed and shook her head. "Really, no trouble. It was kinda fun." She grinned then and strained her arms behind her-even with her shoulders, stretching the muscles.

Tam pulled out a golden apple that was brown on the inside. "What's this?"he asked looking at it.
"I...I found it."she stuttered glanceing at Lanen.
"Is that one of the things I told ya not to eat?" Lanen asked, stepping forward. She clanced at the girls brother. "She tripped and almost ate some 'faire' food." The girl adjusted the daggers that were sheathed and holstered to her belt.
Tam dropped the apple thing to the fround. "Saaski, are you daft?!"he scolded as he wiped his hands against his shirt. He grabbed her hand next and pulled it close to him. "Tam, youre hurting me..."Saaski whined. "Lanen Im sorry..."
"She didnt know," Lanen defended the girl, choosing not to mention what had happened earlier. "For all she knew, it was an apple that a driad dropped to the ground." In the woods? Seriously Lan...
