Shawn got up and he helped Shayle get off of her seat, since she was acting like she couldn't get up on her own. They all walked to Nikki's car and Shawn opened the door for Shayle, who was acting super excited and jumpy. He laughed and made sure that her seatbelt was on correctly before going to the front seat and sitting down. "Nice car. I can't wait till mine gets out of the shop, walking everywhere has killed my legs", he joked with a laugh. Nikki drove off and they arrived at the carnival. Flashy lights and the sound of laughter echoed to the parking lot. Shawn helped Shayle out of the car and looked around, it seemed very lively. During the car ride, Shawn had explained that he would pay the entrance fee and for the food that they would eat while inside. He also explained to Shayle that she should stay with them and not wander off; the whole speech about getting lost or kidnapped. Shayle had nodded, wide-eyed and attentive. "Let's go shall we?" he asked Shayle, taking a hold of her hand. "You wanna hold hands too?" he asked Nikki, obviously joking but part of him wouldn't have minded.

 During the ride to the carnival, Nikki couldn't help but smile at Shawn. His speech on getting kidnapped and such. Maybe he really was ready to take care of Shayle, since he was aware about things like that.
Nikki still couldnt believe it. How old was he again?
When she got to the parking lot of the carnival and got out she laughed at Shawn's question. Just to be playful back she grabbed his hand as they strode on to the rides.
"Sure."
She said with a laugh.

Shawn chuckled and walked with them, holding both Shayle and Nikki's hand. The people that passed by would say: "Aww" or "How cute", and he would just laugh to himself. Finally Shayle started jumping up and down. "I wanna go in that one vampire tour!" she exclaimed excitedly. Shawn sighed, the things that were in there about vampires was completely false. Well, vampires did feed off of humans, but rarely in his case. His family was the biggest human blood consumer out of all of the other vampire families, which made Shawn the black sheep of them all. He would rather prefer animal blood, which he had been drinking for as long as he could remember. He looked back at Shayle and said: "This is a carnival.. that tour is really out of place. They should bring that up when it's near Halloween, not when there's a carnival.. Maybe next time" Shawn searched Shayle's face for dissapointment, and to his surprise, she was still happy. "Okay, Shawnny. How 'bout we go on the pony ride?"

[[Wait... What is Nutella?
... Butter? o_o]]

Nikki felt her face heat up as the onlookers remarked to the three holding hands. They didn't think that Nikki and Shawn were....Right? Just because they were playfully holding hands, didn't mean they were all of a sudden together. Right?
As Shawn was talking to Shayle, Nikki tried to act nonchalant while letting go of his hand. The last thing she needed was people thinking Shawn and her were together.
You'd think she was horrified, but she actually felt herself smirk at the thought of it.
She felt her face turn red, once again, surprised that she let herself think like this. Trying to get her mind off of what kept being repeated about Shawn and her, she smiled down at Shayle.
"I think I know where the pony rides are."
She said before leading Shayle to such.

Shawn hadn't noticed Nikki's reaction to what other people were saying, he wasn't one to catch on to those things. Afterall, he is a guy, one that could be clueless at times. He smiled at Nikki and went along with them, looking at each and every game booth and laughing a bit as one girl missed a target badly. "We should try that later" he told them, reffering to the target shoot. "Is Shawnny going to ride on the pony with me? And Nikki too?" she asked in a cute voice. Shawn didn't really wanna ride a pony but he'd do it for Shayle. "Sure, why not? Just make sure I get the pink one" he joked. Of course, his mind was still on the vampire tour. What in the world was it doing here? It's possible that real vampires had entered in there, which is also another reason why he avoided going in there with Shayle.

Shawn got off of the pony ride and laughed, he was pretty sure that he looked real funny while riding that pony. Which is why he had asked one of the people standing there to record him, he payed 5 bucks for the video and put it into his pocket. "Uh, i've got to go use the restroom, I'll be right back, okay? Keep a good eye on Shayle for me will you, Nikki?" he asked her. Shawn wasn't feeling too happy about leaving Shayle behind but he really had to go. Quickly, he made his way over to the bathroom, going into the next available stall.

Nikki couldn't help but laugh hysterically while she was on a pony, as Shawn got on the pony ride with Shayle and her. Did he realize how silly he looked?
Oh, that's right. He didn't care. With a smirk, Nikki grabbed Shayle's hand while doing a little wave to Shawn to show that she had Shayle.
"Shawnny says he didn't want to go on the vampire tour. So why don't we do it now?"
Nikki heard Shayle ask as they wandered around, looking for another ride that was close by the restrooms while they waited on Shawn. Nikki thought a moment, while staring at the vampire tour.
"Uh..."
It did look fun...
"I don't think Shawn will mind."
Nikki said excitedly before going inside with Shayle.

Shawn finished doing his business and washed his hands. He exited the bathroom and began whistling with his hands in his pockets. He walked around, looking for Shayle and Nikki but he couldn't find them. Shawn froze, his eyes widened in shock. The only thing that popped up in his mind was: VAMPIRE TOUR. "Please don't tell me they went there!" he frowned, jogging over to the entrance of the tour as fast as he could. The Tour tent was black and decorated with fake specks of blood but for all Shawn knew, it could be real blood. He gritted his teeth and passed through the line and into the dark hallway. The whole situation got him angry, why did they cme here? They could be in danger... or even changed into vampires.. He only panicked at that thought and walked faster but he was soon stopped by another man in the hallway. "Hey, I can tell that you're a vampire by your scent. I can't let you get past this area, this is where we feed on the unsuspecting humans. I don't want you stealing all of the bait." The man told him with a smirk. Outraged, Shawn pushed the man out of his way. With how strong he is, the man easily fell to the ground, obviously one of the lesser breed of vampire. "I don't care what you tell me, I have two very important humans in there! You better tell whoever is in there to keep their fangs to themself. If they even TOUCH, Shayle or Nikki, I'm coming back for you!" He growled, before dissapearing into the feeding room.

[[I didn't know if the tour was just with Nikki or Shayle, or there was a group with them. I just said that there was a full group, but if there isn't just ignore those parts in my post. ]] 

Everything looked so real in the vampire tour. Nikki could feel herself already shaking a bit as she walked on with the rest of the group, making sure Shayle was at her side. If she lost her, she wouldn't know what she would do.
Soon, someone lead the group to a room, and closed the door behind them. She noted how they locked the door as well. Why would they do that?
 As Nikki turned around, Shawn came into view. [He's in the feeding room now, right?]
"Shawn?"
Nikki whispered, confused. Didn't he not want to go in here? Why didn't he just wait outside for Shayle and herself?
She walked toward Shawn, Shayle's hand still in hers and said,
"What are you doing here? You said you didn't want to go inside."
