Harry sighed and leaned back in his chair. "This sucks.. Ron, make sure you keep that rat of yours inside the dormatory.. I am not going to chase him again.. I'll let Hermione's cat get him instead.." He smiled and closed his eyes but his smiled disappeared when he thought of having to clean the cauldrons. "Harry! I didn't mean to let him out everytime.. He's a tricky rat.. I can't watch him all the time for Merlin's sake.." He continued his potion. |

Draco glared at him. "No one was talking to you, Potter. Mind your business. Unless of course, Weasley's your new boyfriend!" Draco's last words was cut off by Severus' smack to the back of his head. "Now you can join Mr. Potter in detention tonight." |

Harry glared and wanted to badly to just smack Draco as well. "Shut up Malfoy brat! Ron's merely my friend!" He grumbled to himself. Great. Now he's in a bad mood. Cleaning the cauldrons will be even harder for him now. ((wow. good draco. :3)) |

"Your father hears about everything!" Harry was pissed and now he just felt like unleashing it on Draco. He looked at Ron and Hermione who were tryign to signal him to calm down. "Harry.. Please..." Harry pulled away from his friends and sat down. "I've got detention. You two should leave before you get in trouble as well." He looked down, his eyes were dark green now. He was so angry but he was also feeling kind of sad. His parents were no longer around. Ron nodded. He pat Harry's shoulder and waited for Hermione. "Wel'' be seeing you Harry.." Hermione hugged Harry's shoulders. "Please be careful Harry.. You don't want to cause something.." She held tighter and then released. She nodded and she followed Ron out of teh room, leaving Harry and Draco alone with Snape. |

Harry stood up and called a brush to his hand. He held it tightly and went to a cauldron. "Right.." He began to scrub the one he had on his lap. He grumbled to himself and then was reminded of him seeing his parent's souls and Cedrics in the TriWizard Tounament. He sighed heavily and continued to scrub the cauldron. How could he have let the poor guy die.

Severus shot a look full of pity Harry's way when he and Draco weren't looking. That was foul play on Draco's part, mentioning his father.

Harry sighed heavily. He knew Draco was low but never thought he would actually bring up Harry's father. He felt his eyes well with tears. He put the cauldron he just cleaned next to him. It seemed to sparkle for someone who was pissed and sad. He wiped his eyes, not wanting to cry. He grabbed the next cauldron. The mention of his father brought back memories. First his father, then his mother, then Cedric. It was all too much. ((ran into hell alag.. sorry.)) |

Harry jumped when he felt someone's hand on his shoulder. At first, he just felt like slapping it away, but instead he looked up to see who it was. Harry whispered so Malfoy didn't hear and turn around. "Professor??" He continued to stare. His face showing a bit of.. not sadness.. but.. uneasiness about what draco had said.

Severus snapped back to reality, removing his hand but shooting Harry a sympathetic look. The death of his parents was nothing to joke about.

Harry looked at Snape's ex
pression. His own softening and he gave a small smile. At least Snape understood this. He turned his head back to the cauldron he was cleaning. He scrubbed it clean and moved onto the next one. He could feel the weight of his parent's deaths on his shoulders as well as the death of Cedric. he warned him, but.. He was still caught.
