Harry knew it! He knew Snape would come and he knew that he would be the one to know about his cloak and anything else he could use to sneak around after dark. He continued his way up the stairs, wanting to reach the portrait key before Snape could reach him. He didn't want this. Tonight was horrible.

Severus cocked his head, hearing the footsteps. He followed, reaching out and pulling the cloak away from Harry's form. "Told ya!" Peeves said triumphantly. |

Harry fell back. "Ow..." He looked up and saw Snape had his cloak. He quickly stood up and snatched it from his hand. "Sorry... Just give me detention and I'll go back to the dorm.... even though I rather be outside..."

Harry sighed. "Just personal stuff... It's not good for me.. I feel like I'm going to be sick.." He sat down on the stairs and sighed. "Just.. let me stay out here for one night.. I rather not be in the Gryffindor House right now... Too much has happened to me tonight and if i see a weasley... well.. i don't want to imagine what i'd do right now."

Harry looked at Snape. He looked down and slowly nodded. "Just ignore it... I was having a rush of confidence for some reason and i was distressed... The twins.. and all that.." He sighed and laid back on the stairs, pulling his invisibility cloak on himself. How he really wanted to disappear right now. He actually did hear what he had said.
