Ezeah smiled, keeping out of Xaphans way as best as she could. As long as he didn't flit, she'd be just fine. She could run for hours if she had to. It proved useful whenever she had to make a quick escape.
As the red-headed girl ran around the hall, Xyen chuckled as Reiyn simply watched. The black haired lycan glanced sideways at his friend, a small smile playing on his lips. "It's such a pity your not as playful as her, you know. You'd be pretty popular with that sort of personality."
"I ain't changing my personality for anyone."
"I thought you might say that." Xyen laughed as Reiyn grumbled under his breath, closing his eyes and putting his hands behind his head. "Why don't you tell us how you came by this spectacular castle, Xaphan?" ~~~ Rene blinked, then snorted. "You honestly think I came here for you?" She smirked. "Hell no. I don't waste my time with Vampires like you."
She glanced over her shoulder at the sound of screams, spotting a group of people gathering around the corpse of the human Abadon had drained. She noted in that one glance the amount of blood left behind from the struggle, and the state of the body itself.
She grimaced. What a messy eater... Barbaric even. Pfft. She turned to face the male, her eyes still dangerous. "Your what we call low clas.s. And low clas.s are usually better off dead."

Abadon smiled, a crazed chuckle escaping from his chest, "I'd like to see you try, Chicken, I've felled bigger and badder Old Bloods than you before, I'm sure you're nothin' special." Abadon licked his teeth, followed by licking all around his mouth clean of blood, his eyes beginning to glow, "I'm lookin' forward to this mon frere." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Xaphan chuckled, running a little faster in a vain attempt to keep up with his young protege, he glanced at Xyen as he spoke in retort to the lycan's question, "My father was one of the first vampires in creation, they all built their own castles, this was his, he left it to me when he died, making me vow to give it to my son once I kick off." "That just means you can't died, old man, cos that's leave me with all this space, and this spaces is no good without your butt to kick all over it." "Haha, never have been able to keep a serious conversation have you? Take after me for that much." Niele poked Dryac in the abck of the head, she was becoming attracted to the hairy beast, and it was making her feel uncomfortable, he turned and followed her as she lead him out of ear shot of the others. "Dryac, I'm starting to... feel something for you, and I'm not sure I can cope with bottling it up, so I am telling you now..." "I've felt that way for a while, but what would Sumnor think?" "He'd be happy that I met a decent mate." "I just don't know..."

Ezeah continued to giggle as she ran, bounding over furniture with the unrivalled grace of the wolf. Her small size made it that much easier to push herself around, and she came to a stop, stood on the banister of the stairs as Xyen asked his question.
Not knowing the answer herself, she sat down and listened to Xaphan, Xyen nodding at the Old Bloods conclusion.
"That's quite an age your at then. Having a father who was one of the first." He leaned forward in his chair, allowing his chin to rest on a hand. "Impressive indeed." He glanced over at Reiyn, who was still dozing. Reiyn wasn't particularly old, not when put next to Rene or Xaphan. The lycan couldn't help but chuckle. Creatures like them, living so long... Maybe they really weren't made for the earth. ~~~ Rene hissed slightly, the sound resonating from her throat. She was, silently, hoping she could wring the males neck without much effort, but she could tell it would probably be more difficult than that. Despite being who she was, she wasn't stupid, and she wasn't going to attack blindly.
Smirking, she spoke to him, her voice laced with venom. "Really now. Being Old Blood has nothing to do with anything. And appearances don't either."
Stretching the fingers on one hand, she flitted, dissapearring in a second, reappearing just to the side of Abadon. During the flit, she had sliced her own wrist, forming a small, blood red blade, which she swung directly at the back of the males neck; Her arm a blur of movement as she aimed and struck.

Abadon let his instincts kick in, which he often did in battle such as these, cucking, not misisng the blade all together, as his arm flew up in a reaction, the blade slicing through part of his forearm, reacting aoutomatically, his leg came up in an arch and began to come down straight towards the head of the Old Blood, "Can I have a name to put to that pretty little face of yours?" Abadon seemed to talk whilst he was attacking, not having to concentrate, fighting was scecond nature to him. Abadon was hoping that this fight would on for a good while, it had been a while since he was allowed to really be methodical about taking and enemy apart, and this Old Bloodlooked like she was going to be the release of all his built up rage. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Xaphan had stopped running, scratching the back of his head as Xyen spoke, he had never really looked at his age, it didn't bother him, as vampires didn't seem to age, the only way they ever died was through battle, as infections and diseases didn't seem to affect them either, "I just fight through each year as it come, some mroe eventfult han others, sometimes I can go a century without really having to test myself, but that's just the life of a vampire, I can't see you being overly young though, you seem rather wise."

Xyen smiled. "Me? Young?... Ah, I only wish. Im far older than I look, though not exactly an ancient." Over to his side, Reiyn snorted in silent agreement, which Xyen seemed to let pas.s without comment. They're realtionship had always been this way, and Xyen never took offense to any comment.
Ezeah jumped from the banister, glancing around. "Is it just me, or are more people leaving us?"
Xyen followed the girls gaze around the room, then shrugged, smiling at her as he spoke. "Rene can take care of herself. I have no idea where the other two went, though." ~~~ Feeling pressure on the blade, Rene smiled slightly, the ex pression immedaitely falling as she judged the males attack. Using flitting speed, she raised her free arm, wincing as his leg made a smashing contact; Below, people were beginning to notice them, and screaming and yelling as humans tended to do.
Hissing, Rene made eye contact with Abadon, keeping her arm raised. "I'm not entirely sure your worthy of my name." She replied, before lifting a leg and using the males torso to push herself away from him, being sure to place enough pressure in the kick to bruise.
Stopping a few yards away from him, she held her now injured arm. Damnit, that was gonna kill tomorrow. "I think we should move elsewhere." She said, glancing towards the humans below. She wasn't particularly fussed about their safety. But still... They could get too distracting.

Abadon smiled, his teeth glittered with the blood he had licked from his arm, causing the wound to close as much as it would, a slight trickle of blood still flowed freely however, he leapt abckwards, landing on a much higher building, out of sight of the civilians below. Abadon looked over the edge at Rene, "Come on up Mon Frere, we can do whatever you like. I'm sure the fighting bores you." He then shot his right hand into a pocket, producing thre silver shurikens, hurtling them towards Rene at a dazzling speed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dryac finally shrugged his broad shoulders, transforming into his human form as he wrapped his arms around Niele, kissing her deeply, "Just don't let him get to us and we'll be fine." Niele returned the kiss, smiling and blushing, "Now that, I like the sound of." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Xaphan chuckled at Xyen, "Listen, I'll do you a favour, whenever you're travelling with me you canc l*censored* yourself as a youngster, I'm almost as old as the stars them selves, quite a milestone I do think." Sumnor laughed, "You've become kind in the last two or so thousand years haven't you? I remember at one point you loved to act younger than everyone else, damn the consequences and reprocussions." "It's different now, I see Xyen as a friend, he's extremely friendly and easy to get along with."

"I'm glad you think so." Xyen laughed, as Ezeah started snooping around the hall, looking for the others. Standing, the Lycan stretched, then looked towards the cieling art of the hall. "I think it may be a good idea to get some rest. I shall speak to you both again tomorrow." He smiled, nodding at Xaphan and Ezeah before heading up the staircase.
It didn't take long for Reiyn to follow, heading to the room he found earlier and simply laying on the bed. He was incredibly thankful for the silence up here. ~~ Watching silently, Rene revealed her own fangs in irritation at the actions of this damn Abadon. She watched him head up onto the other building, then hissed at his comment, being cut short as the silver shirukens shot in her direction.
Flitting she avoided most of the deadly metal stars, but a small mistake cost her dearly. She turned herself just a little too late, biting against the sharp, shocking pain as a shiruken embedded itself in her shoulder.
Reaching a hand automatically to the blade, she could feel the pump of blood from the wound; Before delibrately pulling the metal from her skin. Throwing it away, she jumped, coming to land not far from Abadon, her eyes narrowed and her shoulder coated in blood.
"Rene." Was all she replied, before flitting forward, the small, blood blade aimed directly at the males chest.

He leapt to one side, the blade missing it's desired target but embedding itself in the palm of his hand, snarling he used his good hand to puch the wrist of Rene, pulled the knife out and licked the wound, before loking up and aiming a steady twist kick that was heading towards the face of The female Old Blood vampire, "I'm Abadon, please to kill you Rene." Abadon may have been in pain due to his wounds, but he was having more fun now than he had ever had in his extraordinarily long life. Even in his most vicious of battle he didn't revel in the action like he was in this one, he had never wanted a battle to go on for as long as he wanted this one to, and he wasn't sure why, was it because he really was a sever masochist? or was it because he just wanted to spend time with this new vampire? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Xaphan nodded at Xyen as the lycan walked towards the stairs, Sumnor opening his eyes, wondering if he should go looking for Dryac and niele before he went to bed, but he decided against it and patted his father on the shoulder before climbing the stairs and allowing himself to fall into unconsciousness. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dryac and niele were stillk issing whilst most of the group in the main hall were dispersing, Xaphan walked past them, only turning to face them whe he realised what they were doing, "Dryac? Niele? When did you two get together?" Dryac and niele both looked like they were a pair of rabbits caught in the headlights of a fast moving car, "Just, Xaphan... you can't tell Sumnor about this, you've got to leave that to us, we swear we will tell him, parhaps tomorrow, we just need to work up the confidence."

Adrenaline pumping, Rene easily dodged the kick aimed at her face, and as soon as his leg was out of the way, she threw herself up and forward; Her head coming into contact with Abadons. Sure, it hurt like hell, but this Abadon was really beginning to tick her off.
Jumping back a good few feet, she once again allowed her good hand to feel her shoulder. The wound there still bleeding, but not nearly as much. She didn't bother closing the wound, one, because there was little point, and with a wound like that it would take too long. Two, because it could, most likely, come in useful.
She stood up straight, ignoring the dull pain in her head, arm and shoulder, before holding out her good arm to the side. The small blade in har palm grew in size, becoming something very similar to a long sword. Only a deep, blood red.
"You won't get close enough to kill me." She said, her voice deadly quiet as she brought the sword around, waiting for Abadons next move.

Abadon snarled, he clicked his fingers as a distraction of sorts, flitting faster than he ever hand done before, throwing a heavy puch into the wrist of Rene, attempting to knock the blade out, he threw a parallell punch with the other hand towards her, face, to serve as a back up just incase, "Fastest vampire to visit these streets so far Rene, that's one thing you over-looked when choosing me as a moving punch bag." Abadon's head was swimming from that last headbutt, the only thing moving his body was adrenaline fulled instincts, his mind would take a while to come back to the fold, once it had he would kick it up a bit and attempt to move this fight higher, as he fought better where the air was thin.

Indeed. Rene had been so focused on waiting for Abadon to move she hadn't actually had time to react to his flitting directly at her. She would have moved had it not been for the fact she was caught completely unguarded.
Feeling him hit her wrist, she lost all feeling in that hand for a fleeting moment, losing yet another weapon as it fell over the side of building. She immeidately pulled herself together however, just in time to reply.
"So far." She said, smirking, ducking his punch with just as much speed and flitting some distance away. Damnit. Her head still hurt, and it was making her groggy. She was prepared however, should he flit again. She glanced at her shoulder, noticing the blood flow was eventually slowing, before smiling to herself.
She'd have to time this carefully. She could end the battle without killing him if she wished. Wincing at the pain in her wrist, she used her other hand to rub it. It didn't look like it was broken, but it was feeling numb. She wasn't going to be able to hold another blade for the duration of this battle, atleast.

His mind was operational again, he was surveying the rooftop that was their makeshift battle field, he smiled, using flitting to make his jump more accurate, the nails of his right hand lengthened as he rebounded off the wall of the building next to theirs, he then came flying at Rene, clawed hand held in the direction of her throat. "So far maybe, but once this is said and done I will be, cos you won't be around to hold that record, will you?" Abadon was cursing himself now, he hated leaving his feet for longer than necessary, he was afraid of heights yet loved them, thereofre birdging the gap between the two buildings twice had him on edge, he shook the thoughts rom his mind, making his face turn serious as he let out a blood curldling roar.

Rene watched silently as Abadon made his next move, throwing himself forward, claws outstretched, yowling like a wild animal. Rene grimaced. He really was barbaric. Such a shame, with power like his.
As he got closer, she smirked, then grinned; Revealing the full length of her own fangs, before lifting a wrist to her mouth.
"I didn't particularly want to waste this on you. But your definately worthy enough to see it it would seem."
At that, she plunged her fangs into her own wrist, causing blood to spurt like a makeshift fountain. Within a second, she released her own arm and swung it in a wide arc, blood flying in all directions. Eventually, it seemed to melt into the air, becoming a dark red, blood scented mist.
It was one of her more complicated tactics, but also very useful. The mist was too dense for vampires to see through, even for Rene, who had to rely on her blood manipulating abilities to inform her of Abadons whereabouts. The mist also smelt of nothing but blood, meaning she couldn't be found by scent.
She moved away from where she was, Abadon aiming for nothing but air as she attempted to get her head together. She really shouldn't have headbutted so hard...

Abadon fell through the mist, landing perfectly, going instantly into a crouch, feeling the ground for vibrations, he knew his vision was impared in the mist, and so was his sense of smell, but he didn't mind, he had trained himself for times like these, he waited, listening and feeling for movement. "Hmm, c'mon, chicken, chicken, chicken, You know you want me, and I know it aint to kill me, you just can't get enough of my wild personallity can ya?" He then moved silently, preparing for when she chose to attack, or even if she moved, he wanted to either end this, or get to know her properly, cos this vampire was definately turning out to be something to him, he was actually starting to LIKE her, he never thought this possible.

Rene remained deadly still, listening as Abadon ranted. She held back a snort, knowing even the slightest of sounds would probably alert him. That was the only issue with this technique, it didn't cover everything.
On a lighter note, her head was feeling clearer, and she knew how to attack without actually moving. She was beginng to get bored of fighting this guy, what with the way he kept talking. Ugh. Damnit. She wanted this finished already.
As she stood, blood contiued to pump from her wrist, seeing as she hadn't closed the wound. Smiling to herself, she finally revealed her location delibrately, but not unprepared. "Your awfully full of it, "aint ya"?" She said, her voice travelling through the mist, and before Abadon could react to her sound, she forced her own blood to form into red metal chains, strapping themselves tightly around the males ankles and wrists.
The mist evaporated, Rene having finished with it, crouched above Abadon, on another building not too far off.

Abadon snarled violently, his arms immediately pulling at the chains, his jacket all but falling off, only stopped by the chains, his entire body straining, stretching the chains, not enough to break them as fast as he needed to, "When I get out of these I'm gonna hunt you down and ram my fist down your god damn throat, you preppy little fang toothed vixen." Abadon focused all of his effort into one chain, it broke rather suddenly, but that only seemed to strengthen the others, "I am so going to gut you!" He continued testing each chain one by one, trying to find a trick to this, a pattern maybe. He leaned hsi head back and let out a roar, ramming his free hand into the roof of the building, lengthening and strengthening his finger nails, pulling out a large clump of cement and hurling it towards the face of Rene.

Panting slightly, Rene was finally beginning to feel the slight effects of her injuries, most of her will focused on lkeeing Abadon in chains. She was running out of energy fast, ans if she didn't think soon, she was going to end up severely injured.
Unfortunately, due to her lack of energy, she was unable to completely avoid the chunk of cement that was aimed at her, moving just enough to have it avoid hitting her face. She literally had to bite back on a yelp however as the heavy stone slammed into her already injured shoulder; Rene destictly feeling it break.
Well. There was nothing more dangerous than a caged animal, right?... She smirked, allowing her broken arm to fall to her side. She was running out of steam, but was finding it somewhat difficult to actually finish the guy off, those this was due in part to her own injuries. She hadn't fought in such a long time, damn. It made her rusty...
She sat down, sighing, keeping all senses trained on the male. She refused to conitue. She was tired, and still annoyed. If Abadon insisted on killing her, then she would fight back, gladly. But for now, she just couldn't see the point.

Abadon saw that she was feeling the strain, which was lucky as even the animal in him that he allowed to control his body was growing weak, he let himself slump to the building roof underneath his feet, "Well, I can give you one thing, you're the only one who's managed to keep me still for this long, I'd normally have my teeth in any other Old Blood's throat by now, but you..." He sighed, bending to lick his wounds, finishing the healing he had started through out the battle, before looking back up and continuing to speak, "I like you, I know I showed it in an extremly odd way in fightin' ya the way I did, but I do, it's strange, I aint liked soemone before, I was always for myself, let me out, I'll help you to wherever you're staying."

Licking the blood from a slender hand, Rene paused, glancing over at the male trapped in her chains below. She was silent as he spoke, raising an eyebrow once he'd finished. Well... That was a rather sudden change of pace... Standing, she allowed her arm to fall to her side, her broken shoulder already undergoing the healing process.
She kept her eyes on Abadon, judging just what it was she should do from this point. Sure, she had to admit, silently, of course, that he was interesting; Only because of the way he allowed his animalistic instinct to take over and lead in battle. Many Old Bloods, like Rene, avoided letting their instinct take over, simply because it was clas.sed as overly savage. Naturally, however, the Old Bloods had abilities to help them survive, the Younger Vampires didn't; All they could do was rely on the very instincts the Old Bloods avoided.
Sighing quietly, Rene turned on her heel, her back facing towards Abadon as the red chains holding him melted into their previous state; Creating small streams of blood all over the building's roof.
"Your not bad... I'll admit. Your more of a challenge to my kind than I had guessed." She looked over her shoulder, all killing instinct evaporating from her ex pression. "And I think I can manage. Thankyou."
Taking one swift leap, she jumped from the building's roof, coming to land in a back alley away from the prying eyes of human-kind. No doubt there was still a crowd around here somewhere... It took her less than a second to figure out the direction of Xaphan's castle, and with one last glance at the make-shift battleground above, she flitted; Leaving the alley as empty as it had been previously.

Abadon smiled, going right into a flit to keep up with Rene, he ran along-side her right hand side, looking at her and grinning, letting a slight laugh out, "C'mon now, you know you can't get rid of someone as pesistent as me easily. So... Where 're we goin'?" Abadon continued to keep up with his new friend-of-sorts. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sumnor was fast asleep, which of course brought on the nightmares that tortured him every night, threatening to take what little sanity he ahd left to claim, You're pathetic, benign, take it, all that was once yours is now mine, I took your wife from you, and I am currently working on taking Niele and Dryac, followed by your father... everyone that cares for you will be lost to you one by one... "GET THE HELL OUTTA MY HEAD! I'M GONNA RIP YOUR THROAT OUT WITH MY BARE HANDS IF YOU TRY! SOME GOD OF VAMPIRES! I SPIT ON ANYONE WHO WORSHIPS YOU! YOU PIECE OF SHI.T!" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Xaphan had collapsed onto a barrel that was conveniantly placed behind him, his head in his hands, "I'd never of thought you two would fall in love, I mean you're both so... well I can't even say that you're different, you're so similar in personality, this is un-presidented, I wonder if you two could have a child... imagine the power the seed of the two species would have at it's disposal." "I know Xaphan, but that's not what we're thinking right now, right now all we can think about is making eachother happy and content." "Well as long as you talk the truth Dryac, Father should be fine, he may be able to read minds but if you really do feel that way he should be happy for us to live as one."
