Underwater. I've always loved the sea, so anything having to do with the ocean is fine. Anything from mermaids to a killer octopus. Or it could be random sailors to a deserted island.
Supernatural? aww yisss I am, and will always be, a supernatural fan. Spiderman to elementals, I'm game.
Extraterrestrial omg please say yes. I freaking love aliens. L.O.V.E. I'm fine with making up my own species, or following along with a pre-made one. The only thing I will not do is aliens attacking and humans have to fight them off and stuff. Just no. Aliens "attack" and humans befriend them? Sure. Just no big silly battles. e.e
