"Bet you I can," Shawn chuckled back, running after her. He was so glad he was in shape, because if he wasn't, he wouldn't be able to catch her. His muscular legs helped him take big strides, helping him to catch up. It took him about a few minutes, but he finally did. "Hey, Chance," He huffed, a grin still present in his voice.

Chance thought for a second, slowing down, then grinned and swerved towards the waterfall, hoping she would see a hollow cave in the back. Her smile widened as she saw what she was looking for, behind the waterfall lay a cave about eight feet tall and the width of the falls. Running headlong, she splashed into the pool and ducked under the roaring water, shaking the water from her hair on the other side.

((Sorry, I had to go to my grandparents for a few days. -Fail- xD)) Shawn watched the girl turn, barely making the turn himself, well, before he ran into the tree. He watched as she ducked underneith the waterfall. How did she do that? Well, that, he did not know. He jogged over to it, not really wanting to get his head wet. But, for love of a chase, Shawn grinned, held his breath, and ran under, almost smacking into Chance. "Woah," He muttered. "Haha, sorry Chance!" He said, a grin on his face. He shook his head, sending water droplets flying everywhere.

Chance stepped back and grinned at him, water still dripping from her hair. She sat down and fell back, her arms outstretched above her head. Sighing, she watched the water crash from over head and felt its roar slightly vibrate the cave walls and floor. She wanted to stay here with Shawn forever. Well, not forever, but at least for tonight and tomorrow.

Shawn turned to see a soaked Chance grin at him. This alone made him smile. As she stretched and sat down, Shawn yawned, but did the same. He looked at the water, crashing down, just transfixed. He had never knew this place was there! Though, he loved the fact he knew about it with Chance. He, without even looking, reached down and grabbed the girl's hand, holding it in his own.

As she dried off, Chance drifted into a light sleep. she turned on her side, still holding Shawn's hand, and snuggled close to him, smiling in her sleep. her dreams were vivid, walking through a field of wildflowers with Shawn, glimpses from her childhood, a newly hatched pichu smiling up at her.

Shawn grinned as Chance snuggled close to him. He noticed she was asleep, and didn't want to her to get cold. Seeing how she was wet and all. He went from a sitting position to laying down, wrapping his arm around around the girl. He couldn't help but smile as he held her, taking a small nap himself. Though, Shawn was never one to dream.
