Parker beamed and hoped out of the Hummer as Krys went to take care of business. That girl always had something to take care of, leaving Parker to her tinkering as usual. Parker resigned herself back to her desk in the garage, moving the mouse she woke the PC from its sleep. An intricate blueprint of the now complete Hummer was still open on the screen. She looked admiringly at it for a moment before saving and clearing her screen. She flipped through her emails, junk mostly nothing new. She sighed and kicked back a leg on her pine desk, and grabbed the polish as she began to shine her boots. She liked everything oiled and in working order. The bases weapons never lacked for a good cleaning, Parker always kept her mind busy with making sure everything was functional. She paused only when a tennis ball hit her boot that still clung to the concrete floor. "Kaz, you silly thing." she said as she patted his scruff.

Walking out of the garage, Krystal heard her phone ring and saw it was Dev, quickly she got into her room and answered calmly. "Hey, how you holdin' up?" She asked sitting in her computer chair and kicking her legs up onto the desk, holding the phone between her neck and shoulder and grabbing her laptop, putting it on her lap and looking through her emails and important files again to update them.

The wind hit hard as Echo rode along trying to find this 'base' that has been brought up many times, if she found it, she would be one step closer to attacking the heart of the government. "I better be close, this has been one hella long ride" She groaned to herself as she hit a rather large bump that made her almost fall off the bike but she continued to hold on. Suddenly she saw something walking in the distance and decided it would be best if she went the rest of the way on foot. Hopping off the bike she hid it behind a large rock and covered it with a tarp, about the same color as the ground, soon after she began to walk towards the people, hiding behind some brush so they wouldn't notice her. Quickly she found her way to what looked like a back door and found a quick route to the roof, she went with the plan and jumped up to the top to see if there were any vents or windows that she could easily get through without being noticed.

Xander returned to the hallway after grabbing a water bottle and a protein bar for Dev. As he opened the door to his room, he half-expected to see Charlotte there still. He was surprised, however, to find that it was only Dev on her phone. Tossing the water and the protein bar over to her, he sat down in the chair and listened to the conversation between her and who Xander assumed was Krystal. He wondered how the other base was holding up, but he didn't say anything.

Parker reached down to pat Kaz absentmindedly, and threw the ball for him while she was at it. She tilted her boot back and forth admiring her reflection as she material now shone like a new copper penny. She winked and smiled to herself,as she grabbed the already finished brother and walked out of the garage towards their rooms. She needed to get cleaned up if nothing else, she stood naked in front of her closet for some time selecting clothes and just staring at her body awkwardly. She wondered if this was normal for a young girl to scrutinize herself thus, she pinched at her hips. She turned this way and that, lifted her chin up stretching her neck. She poked at the underside of her arms, watch the flesh move if just slightly. Her arms and most of her face was still smeared black with engine grease and garage mess, it wasnt very lady like to tell the truth. Finally as she decided this was as good as it gets, she pulled the shower curtain closed as she stepped inside the steaming sanctuary.

Krystal gave a small sigh of relief then continued looking through documents and files "I do actually, I'v just recently been notified by one of our spies that there is some kind of danger near your base, they haven't found out too much about it but they believe it is being caused by the government. I was planning on Parker, Altair and I to come up to your base, you could use some help leading with your new injury." she slowly let the phone slide a bit away from her ear, knowing Dev she would probably be upset with what she said.

Echo slid through one of the air vents quiet like snow and watched as people moved around below her. She carefully moved on until she got to a small room with lots of computers within it, seeing that no one was in it she kicked out of the tight tunnel, falling from the ceiling and landing in a crouch. "Looks like I hit the jackpot" She smirked as she looked around and began to look through what looked like the main computer, but she didn't see anything that would be in any other government computer, "What is this place...".

"Help?" Dev paused for a moment. "Xander and I can handle this but bless your luck stars I want to see your face. We could use a face to face chat. Now get over as fast as you can before I go there and snipe you." Dev said irritated. She put her phone o speaker and opened the protein bar.

"I can see you have just as much attitude as ever" Krystal rolled her eyes then closed her laptop and finished packing her bag with her laptop, her pistol and her notepad. Putting in her bluetooth she threw her bag outside the door and went to find Parker and Altair to tell them the news.

Dev just hung up the phone. She ruffled Xander's hair and exited the room then into hers. She opened the closet and then took out a sweatshirt. Carefully she put on the sweatshirt so she wouldn't hurt her shoulder. She pulled up the sleeves and went to do a perimeter check.

Xander was surprised when his hair was suddenly ruffled as Dev went by. Had it been anyone else he wouldn't have taken something like that, but he didn't actually mind it that much coming from Dev. As she left the room, he quickly made sure it didn't look ridiculous now and walked over to his closet. Opening the doors, he pushed aside several coats identical to the one he was wearing and reached into the back to pull out a sniper rifle; his favorite one. "We're going to to a little perimeter check before Krystal gets here." he said in a low voice, making sure everything on the weapon was in place. He didn't often talk to his weapons, but it was easy to do when no one was listening.
He swung the strap around his waist, leaving the rifle on his back. As he left his room, he noticed there weren't many people around. It seemed everyone was getting too comfortable around here. Xander headed for the exit, not bothering to tell anyone where he was going. Of course, he had no idea Dev was already doing a perimeter check.

Parker stepped out of the shower,rubbing a hand over her sopping tresses and squeezing the water out at the ends. She wrapped herself in a towel, and opened the bathroom door. The steam furled around her like fog as it touched the cool air in her bedroom. She padded her way across the wood floors to the edge of her queen size bed. She sat there for a while fully relaxed if only for a short time before making her way to the closet to find something to wear.
Finally she settled on the steam punk inspired usual, clasping the buckles on her corset before shoving her feet into some brown leather boots. She was about to go put her hair in a braid when she heard someone knock...

Krystal shook her head when Dev had hung up "Yup, still as much attitude as ever" she went up to Parker's door and knocked, standing and looking around before going deep into her thoughts. Suddenly Kaz came running up with his tennis ball in his mouth and dropped it at her feet, giving a small whimper "You crazy pup" giving a slight smile she picked up the ball and tossed it down the hall, not to far so that he wouldn't peel out and take anyone down on his way.

Echo heard some movement outside and quickly put a hard drive into the computer, hoping it would all download smoothly and swiftly. Putting on her black jacket, she threw the hood over her head so it would hide her face and quietly she hid behind another computer and desk just so, so that she could not be spotted very easily her black jacket also gave the illusion of her just being another shadow. "What on earth is taking it so long" she half groaned to herself in a quiet voice, turning her head so she could see the main computer and hard drive.

Dev went around the corner and opened the door into the computer room. She walked aroun the room. Nothing seemed unusual. Yet, as Dev was about to leave she noticed that a board in the ceiling was missing. It was actually on the ground. Dev pressed one of the spacebars on the keyboard and the computer screen lit up. Dev used the light and reflected it one the blade of her connected broadswords. She tilted it as it scanned the room and saw a black hood. Dev got into a stance. "what are you doing here!" Dev yelled. Quickly Dev pressed the silent alarm linked to Xander and Dev's rooms.

Parker zipped the zipper on her left boot before rising from her bed. She opened her door to see Krystal standing there, her hair hanging limp around her face. "Whats up Krys?" she smiled as she asked. Opening the door and waving her in as she turned to grab a hair tie from the bathroom.

Krystal walked into the room and watched as Kaz ran in behind her, "We need to go to the Eastern base, Dev is injured and will need some help running the place, I'v also been alarmed about some strange events near that area from one of our spies. I'll get into detail on the way if your coming with, I'm dragging Altair along as well." she said looking towards the door then back at Parker. Suddenly Kaz pawed at Krystal and gave a small whine "And of course your going, Dev will sure be excited to see you." she smiled then patted him on the head.

Echo let out a breath as she heard the voice of a teenage girl, swiftly she jumped out pulling out her gun and aiming it at the stranger quick as lightning. Echo was not the best with guns but instead physical combat, though she would take it however she could get it. Disguising her voice with an accent she began to speak "You know, I was wondering the same thing about you." with a thrust forward she kicked the stranger hard in the side and jumped back landing in a perfect stance. This was Echo's version of a warning, she didn't often have to warn others but she felt different about this one, like she was not a threat.

PArkers eyes lit up, "Oh my God, yes! Roadtrip" she was like a child in a candy store now. "We can take the Hummer! Oh! I've got to pack..I've got to .." she trailed off talking a mile a minute. Grabbing things widlly around the room and lugging a travel bag out of the closet. She tossed the keys to the Hummer to Krystal, "Here tell Altair he can drive."

Xander was about to exit the building when he heard two loud beeps from a device on his belt; his phone also went off with a notification that there had been a breach and informed where the alarm had been activated. The computer room was practically right where he'd left Dev. He cursed at himself for not sticking with her and went swiftly back down the hallway, holding both of his silver pistols. He was beginning to hate this hallway, what with having to go up and down it so much recently.
He didn't even bother with caution -- bursting through the computer room door, Xander jabbed one of the pistols up to the side of the intruder's head. "You have ten seconds to tell us who you are and why you're here." he stated, pressing the gun harder against her head.

Krystal caught the keys and rolled her eyes as she went to exit the room, "Meet us in the garage, we'll leave immediately." then walking back into the hall she stopped to think where Altair could be. Walking quickly back to her door, Krystal grabbed her bag and ran back down and out of the hall and walking into the weaponry room which was next to the training room. Altair spent alot of his time training so if he wasn't there he had to be in his room.

Echo sighed when the other stranger came in then rolled her eyes, "Why are there so many teens here, is this a training camp or something? Usually the government doesn't have this cute of apprentices" she gave a charming yet mischievous smile then stood straight with her hands in the air, gun still pointed at the female stranger and an iphone in the other hand. 'What is going on here...' Silent thoughts began racing through her head.

Dev landed on her butt from being kicked. She then stood up and looked at Xander. "Lower your weapon, Xander. I think we can settle this by talking." Dev commanded. "Before we tell you anything who do you work for?" Dev asked the girl.

Xander looked at Dev and then back to the intruder. Reluctantly he lowered his arm, still gripping the pistol firmly. Outcomes raced through his mind as he waited for this person to answer Dev's question. If only he'd strategized beforehand; he could have avoided being noticed, maybe had the upper hand. Xander hated this feeling, he couldn't stand doing nothing while there was a gun pointed at Dev.
