Hermione crinkled her forehead together and paused to think. The pain outside of her head didn't compare to the pounding that was going on inside of her head. "Yeah, I'm fine," She said, not bothering to look over at him. She figured that the more she saw him, the more confused she would get. |

"Okay..." Sirius said, confused. She wasn't looking at him. Not good. "Is everything alright? I know I stepped out of line yesterday, and now Harry's talking about how you've been grouchy all day..."

Hermione sighed and put both hands on her desk. "I know I've been a bit... Mean, I guess. I'm just... Confused Sirius." Hermione looked up at her teacher, though she didn't dare take a step closer. "I'm confused, and frustrated, and angry at myself." |

Hermione grabbed her bag and frowned when she turned around. Sirius was grimacing. She walked by him, stopping at his side. "Thank you, Sirius," She said softly, putting her hand on his arm as she walked away. |

Hermione took a look back at Sirius as she walked out the door, students taking her place. She received a weird look from both Harry and Ron. She gave each of them a weak smile before she continued to walk. She didn't want to go to the Hospital Wing, but, she probably should. Headaches like this weren't good... She could at least get some sleeping pills or something like that! |

Sirius snapped back into action, offering his remaining students a smile. He walked back to the front of the class, spinning on his heel until he faced them. "Right, how many of you honestly practiced?"

Unfortunately, very few hands went into the air. Draco's, Harry's and even Neville's hand went up. But, other than that, not very few more did.
Hermione then steered herself to the Hospital Wing. She looked at Madam Pomfrey and grinned.
"What're you doing here, Hermione?" The woman asked her, looking at her to see if she had hurt anything.
"I'm having a very splitting headache, and I can't seem to get rid of it..." Hermione said softly, looking up at Pomfrey. "Do you think I can just stay here for the period? I'm sure I'll start to feel better with a little silence."
"Sure," She said, throwing her hand to offer one of the many empty beds in the room. "Just one class period... And I'll only do this once."

Sirius sighed, chuckling to himself as he scratched his head. "Alright," He clapped his hands together. "I think you kids might think it's okay to try and pull one over on me, but it won't be happening. While I do wish to make your experience in my class as fun as possible, I can assure that you will not like me if I decide to give you a standard lesson." He started, walking around the class. "I understand the reluctance to do anyhting that doesn't meet your fancy, I really do. I've been there. Actually, I was one of the baddest students to ever step into Hogwarts. I am still your teacher, and I intend to teach you." He stopped at the front of the class again. "Let's see, forty points from Slytherin, because Draco earned you ten for doing what I asked, and thirty from Gryffindor." |

The whole room groaned when the points started to decrease. They had all thought that this class would be easy and the one where they had no homework. Guess not.
Two rather loud groans came from Harry and Ron. Even though Harry had practiced, he couldn't hold up the Gryffindor class forever. "Say, where's Hermione?" Ron finally asked, looking around the room for her. "She never did come back..."
"My guess is as good as yours, Ron," Harry said simply. |

"Miss Granger wasn't feeling well, so she's currently at the Infirmary." Sirius answered. "Now I know you thought this class was going to be one where you didn't have to do anything. You are wrong. That isn't to say that I'll be giving you so much homework that you'll never see the light of day; no, I'll leave that to our 'Favorite Potions Master'."

Harry looked at Ron, certainly puzzled. She looked okay this morning, other than being cranky. He wondered what was wrong. Then, Sirius' comment caught his attention. Only half the room laughed: The Gryffindor side. The other half, Slytherins, all just glared at Sirius, which only made Harry and Ron laugh harder.
