"And maybe if you weren't a liar and an annoying know-it-all, you'd be a better friend." He sneered, standing and walking out of the Great Hall. "What is wrong with you, Hermione?" Hermione was taken aback by Ron's words. The sad thing was... He was so right. "Harry, I can't even... I don't know." Hermione bit her bottom lip to keep from crying. She'd have to make it up to him later somehow. |

Hermione snuck at glance at Sirius at the head table before she walked out of the Great Hall. She wondered how angry he would be at her if she told Harry what was going on. But, Harry had the right to know: He was her best friend, and Sirius' God son. "Can you keep a secret?" But she already knew the answer. |
