Hermione tried to process Sirius' comment. It did sound pretty complicated. "Well, I would hope that you wouldn't change... You're too... " Hermione stopped talking. Sirius was so what? She didn't even know. |

"Why aren't you?" Hermione asked him back, raising her eyebrow. A playful grin appeared on her face. She wrapped her arm around Sirius' waist, a little joke. And, as soon as she did, Crookshanks jumped out of her arms. "Crookshanks! No!" She cried, reaching out for him.

Sirius reacted a second before Hermione did, reaching out for the cat. Unfortunately, it didn't end the way they wanted it to. They tumbled to the floor, Sirius ending up on top of her. Thankfully, he had enough sense to keep his eight off of her.

Hermione felt herself tumbling to the ground, Sirius landing on top of her. She could feel the pressure on her, but it wasn't heavy. "Oh, hello Professor," Hermione said, giggling softly. This is so wrong.... Hermione thought to herself, though she couldn't help but grin. Hermione then looked to her side, Crookshanks staring at the both of them. She reached over, attempting to touch his fur, but the cat was just a few inches away. Sirius had her trapped under him. |
